"They're preparing to get a feeding tube in. I don't know if entering now is a good time." Krios still steps aside though. "I suggest not going inside, the medics are still busy."

Stepping past Krios, she props open the med-bay door, "If this works, they're not going to need the feeding tube," Jackie says over her shoulder. She goes to the egg, nudging a medic aside despite their protests. Closing her eyes, Jackie places one hand on the back of Isabel's neck, the other on her bicep as she concentrates on doing this right and evening out her breathing. She brings the most stable corruption she has within her through her body, lines of charcoal black weaving across the skin of her forearms like veins, and starts to inject the stable mana into both Isabel and the egg, ignoring the medics frantically trying to get her out of the way. Slowly but surely, a portion of Sanctum starts to manifest in Isabel's subconscious, until the mana she'd be able to put within Isabel without issue runs out, and Jackie takes her hands off the surface until the corruption disapates. She leans close to Isabel to make sure she's not too far for this to work - if it works - then speaks within her mind, reaching out to the fragment of Sanctum within Isabel, "Can you hear me, sweetie?"

Julie still holds on to Chai, crying her eyes out. It didn't seem like Chai was going anywhere for a very long time.

Chai alternates to rubbing Julie's back. "Yup, yup. Just let it out, dude. It's okay."

Isabel didn't react or twitch to Jackie's touch at all. She was still wearing the same clothes from the last time she was around. But it seemed clean, her body seemed well taken care of as if she weren't in a coma in the first place. The cocoon was handling most things but her muscles seem weak due to lack of use. There was a long period of silence in her mind as if Jackie's idea failed. Suddenly a faint voice responds to Jackie in her mind. "Who are you?"

Before Sanctum could even twitch, she forces him down and quiet, grabbing Isabel's hand in both of her's like it would give her a better link. "My name is Jackie. I'm one of your guild members. Your name is Isabel van Fenrir, you're 21 now, and you're our guild leader. You've been asleep a long time, sweet heart." While the outside of her seems fine and composed, she is actually feeling slightly overwhelmed that it had actually worked. She and Isabel hadn't gotten along, exactly, but for some reason, memory or no memory, knowing she could speak to Isabel meant a lot more to her than she expected. Maybe taking care of the Deku kids had made her more maternal.

Chai pops open the fridge and hands a small tub of ice cream to Julie, then grabs another for herself, walking to a drawer and pulling out two spoons. She hands one to Julie with a smile, "There you go."

What was I like in the past? I don't remember any of my childhood... where am I from?" Isabels voice gave off signs of panic. She usually had moments like this in her head. When she completely forgets about herself and freaks out because of it. "My name's Isabel Van Fen'rir. I'm 21, and I'm the leader of Dragon's Roar. Blue could be my favourite color. I have three kids." Isabel kept repeating the same information Jackie had given her over and over as if that's all she really had at the moment. "I can't remember anything else. I know I have a sister since she's talked to me recently. With the addition of you being my friend as well as Isaac and Alpha."


Julie takes the spoon and starts to dive into the ice cream. If there were any ice cream fans out there, this would be abuse. She didn't care if she was making a mess, she just needed to take her mind off of it.

The servant drops in front of the bolted door. A loud thud could be heard inside the room as well.

Lilith checked the hallway, making sure it was completely empty before walking to the servant. She searched his body, trying to find a key for the lock.

There was a key in the servants pocket. But Lilith could feel a burning sensation on her stomach. As if something in the world was telling her to stop.

After he was seemingly dismissed by Hekate, he supposed it was because she didn't have to say anything back to him and felt no need for small talk, Bruce simply back down at the table and continued to eat. The food that was on his plate was cold now. What a shame. He wouldn't insult the chef though, the food was still perfectly fine except for its temperature and he wanted to have enough to fill him since it seemed that Alpha wasn't going to be filled any time soon. He had to admit that this made him want to hire a personal chef for his little mansion. Maybe just for dinner since he liked to either make his own meals or go and just buy some fast food. Gotta love that fast food. He started to wonder how Isabel was doing, he figured she'd be all right with all these servants around to take care of her. The missing guild members from the table were probably there with her. The ones that knew her at least. He wouldn't go looking around since Julie had told them not to. Besides, he was definitely the last person Isabel would want to see after what he did to the guild and to her if she remembered any of that at all. Bruce wouldn't be able to bring himself to face her anyways since he knew it was his fault of what happened. He should've known that the Dark Arts wouldn't let him go peacefully and live his life anymore than the guild would've. Their mistake, really. He was going to rip that hooded woman's head right off and put it in a display case in his house so that when people came over to visit, which was actually a rare occasion, they could see that in the end Bruce was loyal to the guild and had helped to save the world yet again.


Jesus, why was he having these thoughts while he was eating? He should be focused on the turkey and mashed potatoes that aren't there anymore because he ate them while he thought. Maybe there was such a thing as brain food.

Hekate didn't answer since she wasn't required to. Once she reaches the dining room she notices even more members not being there. "Hmm..."
"Well she's run out of her own mana she had conserved to take care of every single need she has in the fight against Bruce. She's been unable to get a separate and permanent source that generates its own mana. The cocoon recently ran out of its mana and because of this she wasn't getting no oxygen. She wasn't breathing on her own either so we had to use a ventilator. I'm keeping check on her blood pressure and brain activity. Both aren't too high. Which is bad for the second part. The medics still need time to work."

The hooded woman was sitting back in the base, watching the news on her crystal ball. America has been building up alliances and has declared war on Germany. The hooded woman had completed her task, all she had to do was kill everyone in the White House. Get captured and tortured for answers only to refuse the first couple times. Then admit Germany had sent her. As planned several other Dark Arts members 'persuaded' the leader of Germany to sign papers which gives Germany full ownership to the Dark Arts. America is known to just jump in any war or battle, now with all of this happening. Especially with which country it is, they would definitely wage a new world war that would include many supernatural beings as well. The documents Germany signed really no longer mattered afterwards so Germany still gets nothing out of it. "Step one is complete. Step two is in play." The hooded woman gets up and looks out the window, all she could see was icy water and fish. "It's time for the world to hate Dragon's Roar."

"Thank you for explaining that way better than I could, and Kiros thanks for being there when we all left after the war, it means alot." Isaac said, hoping he'd understand what he meant.

You cared about all of us and protected us when you could."

Julie takes the spoon and starts to dive into the ice cream. If there were any ice cream fans out there, this would be abuse. She didn't care if she was making a mess, she just needed to take her mind off of it.

Chai eats with almost as much vigor, as she has a huge sweet tooth, and says nothing for a bit, until she pipes up, "What brings you and your guild here?"

The Dark Arts was supplying Germany and it's allies with Meta Demon and all forms of genetically modified monsters. While this was happening, several bases around the world for the Dark Arts were preparing to make the world turn against Dragon's Roar. With the rise in enemies on Germany's side, America and it's allies have been putting in everything they have into this battle in Europe. The area in which the main forces were fighting was in the center of several different Dark Arts bases around the world. With the base in the Arctic Circle at the top as if they were forming a star.


The hooded woman was sitting inside the library located at the base in the Arctic Circle. The book was mostly about the origins of witch mana. A man in a lab coat walks into the room. "Preparations are almost complete. We just need more power. To connect each member... I think you know what this means."

Lilith ignored it, after all, she wasn't one to give up over gut feelings. She grabbed the key, which felt cold in her palm, and began opening the lock. She unlocked the door, and pushed it open.

Once Lilith opened the door she could feel a bitter loneliness. All she could see were toys scattered around a dark room. The walls were decorated in child-like designs. "Trouble with some organization." Julie starts to explain the situation from start to finish. Once she was done she fidgets. Her cat ears start to twitch as if they were annoyed by a sound. Julie seemed infuriated at whatever was going on. "I told them, stay away from Isabels room!" Julie immediately races off. Catching on to the scent of who it was on her way.

She pushes the base of the display to the side, revealing a trap door underneath it, and lifts it, jumping inside quickly. She reaches the end, which comes out in the floor of Isabel's room, pulling herself out from under the false panel of the floor. The Omega Operative, a small child with unruly black hair and even wilder orange eyes, stares down Lilith, activating her translator with one her hands. "You should not be here. You are intruding into a place where you were previous welcome. Leave or I will not protect you."

The one giving chase continues down the hall past where Julie vanished, feeding Latin into her earpiece in a hissed whisper as she slides to a stop in front of what is supposedly a Japanese samurai suit of armour. She pushes the base of the display to the side, revealing a trap door underneath it, and lifts it, jumping inside quickly. She reaches the end, which comes out in the floor of Isabel's room, pulling herself out from under the false panel of the floor. The Omega Operative, a small child with unruly black hair and even wilder orange eyes, stares down Lilith, activating her translator with one her hands. "You should not be here. You are intruding into a place where you were previous welcome. Leave or I will not protect you."

Lilith felt a chill go down her spine as she stared into the room. Something here just wasn't right. She gasped in suprised when she saw the child, and wondered if it was her room. She held her hands up, back away slowly, "Alright, alright, I'm leaving."
