Tera stretched out her shoulders as they finished, glad to have been able to at least help somebody after having been turned down so many times. When the girl offered to perform some fortune telling, she was going to suggest that they continue to the last few booths, not really keen with the idea of having to stay in the heat any longer than necessary, but the rather blunt rejection of the girl made her stop, her eyes widening. Shara's earlier words came to mind. 'An odd one indeed.' She decided to just disregard it, offering the girl a sympathetic smile and a shrug. There wasn't a single person in the school who didn't have their quirks, his just happened to be rather prominent socially. "That was rather blunt. Anyways, we should probably go ask the rest of those making the booths if they want help." This earned her a few shaking heads of those who were still scowling at Cyril's words, most likely from said booth creators. "Or maybe we should just call it a day. We've helped out more than enough." She said, trying to spare her friend from more disapproving looks, although it didn't look like he cared that much about them.

He shrugged and walked up next to her. He put his arm around her and smiled "come on, we have some time to kill before dinner is ready." He guided her down the hallway towards the stairs. He leaned in close to her and smiled "besides we can make this into a date." He leaned in closer to whisper into her ear. When he felt a familiar presence near the stairs.

Kano/ Cain Path to the basement.

Cain walked till he reached a new door that was never there before. Cain took a big key from his pocket and put it into the key hole, he jiggled it a little and the door opened. "Magic proof door. Completely unbreakable and only opens with this key. Personaly suggested that one myself." "Noting less expected from the great Cain himself." "So how is that home work coming along?" "Haven't even started on it." "Nothing less expected from the great Kano himself." Cain led them down a dimly lit hallway that led to stairs that go down for god knows how long. The only thing signifying there is a bottom was the dim torch light that could be seen. But most of the stairs were hard to see because of the darkness (don't ask me why they couldn't pay for more lighting down there. Budget?) Kano got close to Ken and whispered into his ears. "Stay close and do as I say." This was indeed a new sight for Kano, never has he ever heard of this stair case or the "ice" before. It was odd to say the least, but he followed keeping an open mind, at this point anything could happen. As they got closer to the sort at the bottom Cain spoke. "This is where you both must leave, I cannot take you any farther. I must ask that you ether stop here or go back." "Got it. Oi you too Ken." Kano sat down on the step and started to whistle his favorite tune. Never gona give you up by Rick Ashly. His whistle echoed all throughout the stair case.

Ken shrugged and leaned against the all while looking around. 'How did I not know about this place? Well assuming this is the entrance, then really I'm done..... But sadly this has caught my attention.' He let out a small sigh and once again closed his eyes he sent out a small electric wave trying to map out the place, he was careful to make it as sutbtel as possible. He then looked over at Kano with a raised eyebrow. "No comment." He mumbled as he looked away. ((@Rantos Np))

"What? Whats the matter Ken, are new discoveries too boring to you? Are you only satisfied when you have found something to gossip, oh im so sorry. I mean when you find information? How can you be bored?" Kano caught a glimpse as Cain entered the door and shut it behind him. He saw something simmer and glow. That must have been the ice. "Ok how about this. I can get us into that room no troubles at all, How does that sound to you? Final learn what this "ice" really is?"

"I don't gossip, and yeah it would be intresting to see what is inside that room." Ken said wondering what the hell was this ice. 'I wonder if a few spiders are in there, if not maybe I can put some in there.' He thought as he got up from the wall. "And I don't know, I just get bored easily. Right now I'm not bored...just more curious then I would ever like to admit." @Rantos

"Cool. Lets go have our pants rocked bro." Kano readied himself for teleporting two people. Last time he did it before warning the other person he gave that person a heart attack. "Sorry about assuming that you were bored, you just kind of have a resting bitch face. (its a thing) any way be ready to dash because once we are in then we need to make sure old man Cain dont see us. Ready? Go!" As Kano said go he dashed away behind a rock. Within that instant of saying go Kano transported both of them. They both seemed to be in a cavern under the school. It was cold and the feeling of death was ever looming. Kano took a look around the cavern and was awe struck. 'Da hell is this place?"

He motioned at Ken to follow him and hide behind the rock with him. As Kano looked a little more he saw Cain standing before a giant ice chunk, within the ice showed two bodies. One body of a man trying to escape and the other of a boy sticking his middle finger up at the man.

Ken quietly followed behind Kano, he stopped not because he saw Cain, but because he saw the giant slab of ice with the two figures. If they were allowed here he would have bust out laughing, but sadly he couldn't. At least now if he was ever down he just would have to picture this display and he would be all good. What the hell is that? He wondered as he gazed at the ice careful not to make a sound. @Rantos

Alice gave him a dirty look when he put his arm around her. "Do you realize how close I am to punching your face?" Time to kill huh? I really don't want to be alone with him. She thought to herself. She blushed slightly when he leaned in towards her. "D-date?! Oh no I already told you no date." He then leand in closer and Alice pulled back a little. "You sure are persistent."

Kano whispered quietly into Ken's ear while still eyeing Cain. "So with all the information you have gathered you ever heard of anything like this in your life?" He looked at the ice. He got a weird feeling looking at the two bodies, like they dont belong, not like they dont belong at this school but like they dont belong in this world or any other one. "Im about two seconds away from walking out and asking Cain what that is."

Ken continue to inspect the ice as he slowly shook his head. "I don't know any detail...but this is likely the flash freeze that Cain was talking about. One of the three great sword techniques that only can by ridiculously strong members of the order of the tundra, whatever that is. And only one of the seven kings can do this...once again whatever that is." He whispered before looking at Kano. "Please tell me you aren't actually... No it's you, so you would...I don't think he would tell you, but you never know." He whispered as he continued to look at the people trapped in the ice. Who are they? What is going on? This...is intresting. @Rantos

"Oh yeah I remember that, the one class of Cain's I was there for he talked about that. So I guess we can assume that the one sticking the middle finger is one of the seven kings. Thats insane, what would one of the seven kings be doing in our basement you think? Maybe there was an epic battle here or something like that, but that still doesn't explain who that other guy is. Never seen him before." Kano took in everything he could, the landscape, the air in the room, trying to figure out what might have happened here. "There was definitely a battle here thats for sure, but look at all the destruction, I doubt that this battle could have gone on without anyone noticing. Maybe thats where the earthquakes are coming from." Kano looked at Ken when he asked if Kano was really going to go up to Cain. "Whats the problem, he knows we are here already so..."

Ken facedpalmed at the last statement. 'Note to self, practice your F-ing stealth.' He let out a sigh. "For my ego, I'm going to say you got us caught, or did he know the entire time?" He asked. "F so much for the stealthy approach." He muttered as he scratched his head. Well seeing as it is Kano and I it isn't really shocking that we would follow, so.....

Des's eyes widened as she threatened her. "Oh really? I'm persistent?" this girl is too much fun! Punch me in the face? Oh this girl is a challenge, I do love the chase. She might be a keeper. Well, at least for more than the night. He grinned at the thought of her. Man I haven't had this much fun sine.... well, never. I wonder whats so different about her? He looked at her, she didn't seem different than the others. He's dated a whole spectrum of girls, some who were uptight, while others very loose and others very very loose. Des felt the same about each of them, intrigue, passion and, boredom. But Alice, Alice made him feel different. "No dear you're persistent, I am devoted."

"Devoted my ass. And where the hell are you taking me?" This guy why haven't I done anything yet normally I would show no mercy. she looked up at him deep in thought wondering then looked away. No there's nothing different with him plus.......ugh. She moved his arm that he had put around her and kept walking. "Well you never did answer me where are we going?"

Xen was happy to actually meet people who saw him with different eyes than those in the past. He walked behind Alecta and was ready to see new things. He still felt that something was bothering her. ''Hey, your expresion changed there for a second. Is there something or someone who you'd rather not meet, in that direction?'' he asked , but he was just taking a guess.

I'll take that silence as a yes for amp carrying. Rush at midnight here I come. Alecta sighed as Xen asked about the smell. Honesty seemed to be the best policy with him. "Well you have to meet him eventually. And I should probably be around when you do, for your sake. And I believe I have a direct line to the only person who can shut him down. So yes but we're going anyway. The music rooms pretty and I want my amp." And so they went. After turning around a flight of stairs, they arrived at the door to the room and she took a deep breath and threw open the door to discover... Des and alice, arm in arm "Well." She said with no expression other then a raised eyebrow, "I'm glad we didn't come a moment sooner. Hello Desmond. You two want to be alone?"

Des smiled at her "Oh come on I am totally devoted." He chuckled as she knocked his arm away. He walked over to her and smiled "I'm not going to tell you like that, it's a special place, so you gotta work to know where it is." He winked at her and then felt the presence come closer and then was right in front of him. He looked at Alecta and grimaced. "Oh, it's you...." He really didn't like this girl, there was bad blood between them to say the least (@theunderwolf you can make it up, if you let me she'll be a bad conquest.). Then he noticed Xen "well I see you finally got a boyfriend, good for you Alecta." He reached out his hand to Xen, "I feel for you man." He looked at him apologetically.

Work to no what it is? What the hell did he mean by that? Alice looked over when she heard someone speak. Apparently it was some girl he knew. She didn't seem to happy to see him though. She then noticed a guy who seemed to be with her. Alice didn't say anything as the two talked she just stood back and listened.

Xen was hesitant at first but after a few seconds he took Des's hand for the handshake. He unintentionally put too much strength in his grip. ''The name's Xen, I just transfered here'' he then said. He ignored Des's statement about Alecta being his girlfriend. He didn't have that many interactions before , but he wasn't born yesterday. He understood the man in front of him liked to make fun of people or tease them, but he didn't take the bait.

Des nearly tumbled in pain as he gripped his hand to hard. He smiled and quickly let go, he heard a crack as some of the bones in his fingers and hands were broken. He held back the pain and shook his hand "Dude your grip is ridiculous. How strong are you?" He looked at him with surprised, he hadn't met someone this strong since...well never. Des's hand began to be covered in dark matter, it engulfed it completely. He looked at his hand and flexed it, well that will have to do for now. It will heal, but will probably take some time.

"Well thats the odd thing. God I still dont understand Cain to this day. Im pretty sure he knew sense before we entered that we were going to follow him. He would have lashed out if he found out we were trying to follow him without him knowing because then he would know our intentions would be bad, which is why you dont sneak after him. More likely then not his probably going to just make us swear to keep this a secret and if we dont swear then..." "Ill have to use non lethal force to shut you two up." Cain spoke from behind the two. "Im sorry, am I getting in the middle of an important conversation ?"

Ken stiffened a bit before looking at Cain and scratching the back of his head. "No actually we were just about finished with our conversation." He said with a small nervous smile. How do you shut someone up nonlethal besides black mail? Hold on he wouldn't cut out our tongues or hands...right? Rather safe than sorry...at least in this situation. "Anyway I swear not to tell anyone about the huge ice cube with the kid give the finger to a corpse, cross my heart. Here I'll even lock my mouth and throw away the key" He said as he crossed his heart and then pretended to zip up his mouth. "Anyway...what is that?" He asked as he peaked over his shoulder trying to get a better look. @Rantos

See, we're all being polite isn't that lovely Oh gods I really want to drown that bastard in a river of lava. He just made her angry, she had no idea why. And it was annoying Ignis too. he stepped out from behind her and did all but growl at him as the Cerberus eyed the boy. Alecta made him grow a few inches, just for spite. She meanwhile eyed the handshake warily, hoping for some fingers to break. But her anger had an unintended side effect, the stone floor was melting a little. Oops. She thought as she calmed down a bit. "Xen isn't my boyfriend" She said slowly, then thought though he is cute. Guh mind out of the emotions gutter Alecta. Just get the amp and go. So she turned and grabbed her waiting bass amp, only to discover it was gone. Oh yeah she has it. Oh well. If Xen's going to meet an ass like Des on his first day, he should meet her too. She'll love him.


"I don't date people I've just met Desmond. Unlike you," She turned and looked at Alice," It's Alice right? Please tell me you know what you're dealing with."
