You can be visicious, but atempting to do something like crippling someone, yes, even just try is already an offfense OOC and IC. There is a reason i don't let you have powers that could cause permanent damage as a standard and for obvious reasons the PSA, a hero school, will not let someone that would literally try to do physically injure their competition outside of appropriate scenarios.
