Futuristic Agent of Maniacles OOC and Characters

Wait. You is a fellow boxer?

I kickbox in my freetime!

Nothing major. My brother used to train in a boxing gym. He learned a lot there, so he taught me whatever he knew. We used to spar a lot in the backyard since I was twelve. It was a pretty regular thing for years, at least four times a month. I'm twenty-two now.

Not like good or anything. It's really just the basics of boxing...if that. I only know enough to handle myself if I'm up against someone of similar size who doesn't know anything.

Kickboxing is an entirely different level lol

That still counts. I took up kickboxing for the same reasons listed earlier (cardio, self-defense, social etc). I know the basics but lack in reflexes. If only brass knuckles weren't banned in Texas..

Well, you could probably kick my head off my shoulders. I know no kicks moves. Btw, saw you mention writing is your life.

So I assume you want to be a professional writers as well?

In theory, maybe. But you'd prolly be able to gut punch me in the process. My balance is atrocious lmao.

In a way, yeah. I love writing fantasy, fiction and controversial topics but I can't write by myself. Nothing fun about expecting what's going to happen. So I come to rp forums to look for advanced writing buddies. I've done rps where it was in the process of being compiled into a book or animation -- depending on the other person's outlet.

Interesting.

I was gonna say that's what I'm working towards. Professional writing. I'd be happy to swap stories with you, give opinions, tips etc.

I'm halfway done with the first draft of my current book.

Sure I'd be more than happy to read through it (=

You'd have to bare with me though. My reading pace is  lol. Do you have a discord perchance m'dude?

I'm attempting to write a book, but I've got to worldbuild. I've got a good idea of plot, just got to fiddle

I'd be more than happy to discuss world-building with you too.

See my thing is. I LOVE to write and collab ideas. But writing a book on my own is about as pleasing as talking to yourself at a wall. You already know what you're going to say. There's no suspense. There's honestly no way of being like "oh shoot! i didn't see that coming, me!"

You sure about that suspense thing? I surprise myself daily. I didn't intend for Kai (Different Kai from this RP) to have an uncle, but then Drew happened

Your name is Scout!?
Like To Kill a Mockingbird? Amazing
You, my friend, and I are gonna get along wonderfully.

But yeah that's where I got the name idea from. I fell in love with it. And Evans was to keep it simple. I met a dude named Atticus. He was too young though.

Glad to hear it. I just figured there would be a connection. It's a good name to choose if you're choosing names.

Did you change it cause of the non-binary thing or just cause you didnt like your born with name?
Of course I associate Scout with a female name, but that might be cause of the book. It seems unisex.

I named a female character Bambi for example. A boy's name, but it strikes me more female.

A bit of both. So my dead name (which I prefer to not go into) has religious connotations AND it's more obvious that it's feminine. Scout is much simpler and I feel is unisex despite its storybook character name. I've also looked at Everet/Everette.

It's weird for me. Some have argued I'm more genderfluid (leaning more towards feminine/masculine depending on the mood or day) so I wanna find something that best fits it. Gender dysphoria is a B man.

Wyn IS a pretty name. I'd def see it as a fem name.
