In the lands of Kventer,
Two adventurers will meet
And their tale
Will be fuelled by
battle,
friendship,
beasts,
glory
and adventure
Will the rich tale of the two end with triumph and might?
Or will it end in downfall and doom?
That is to be discovered.
The adventure starts as the two adventurers meet in a tavern named "The Runes' Reading". After the two seemed to get along, they decided they would travel with one another, seeing as it would be a wise choice to work with each other and work towards their mutual dream and interest of hoping to become great heroes of Kventer.
They have been told about a local farmer, located just three kilometres West to Rurdstag, who is plagued by a detrimental group of about six goblins that frequent his land, killing off oxen, chickens and stealing crops. The farmer worries for his family's safety and health as the goblins are only scavenging for food however he's worried that the twisted bunch may start to look for more soon...
It's rare for the Evil to come this close to Rurdstag, many are suspecting that the Evil is once again brewing up, larger and larger every day, there are even rumours of a new Evil Yearg that has risen and is controlling the hordes of mythical beasts. Many have feared that the Evil Yearg will return, as they have done so, yet it's been over two-hundred years since the last one arose and plunged the world of Kventer into a war of savagery, depression and total chaos for twenty years. Who knows what the adventurers will be getting themselves into as their lives are about to be changed forever, just because they want to help a poor old farmer out...
