Well I see bedrolls, rations, a hammock and things like that. My character didn't have time to retrieve anything. :( Our first adventure ought to be a Wal-Mart!

I'm also going to try and get a more sensible night's sleep and try to adjust my schedule, but I'll be taking a look at this in the morning!

Also there's so many different countries represented in a relatively small group: Vietnam, Phillipines, Australia, UK, US! No offence Americans, but this is probably the lowest percentage of Americans I've ever had in an RP on here. I love meeting people from all over the world, and in this case it means we're probably going to have posts going up all the way around the clock!

For those yet to post your character sheet: you have until the end of tomorrow, and then I'll be starting the RP! Stay tuned for further updates on whether we split to two groups, and some updates of different sections!
 
I have finally posted my cs. I honestly didn't think it would be this long. Be warned the backstory is extremely long. It's 7 am, I'm gonna sleep now, probably wake up and fix whatever my sleep deprived mind came up with.
 
Alright, CS is finally completed. May do some quick touch ups later, but for all intents and purposes it is finished. Now I'm going to take a long nap and try t forget the fact that I have work in the morning.
 
Dalamus Ulom Dalamus Ulom I dig the photo you picked for your character. The age disparity, though...? Might prove a challenge to write against a cluster of characters half his age. Curious to see what would motivate him to stick with such a group.

I'm used to playing the sole older person in an RP of 20-somethings. ;D
 
I get that. I'm just trying to square his dislike to be attached to people when he'll be forced by circumstance to group with a bunch of 'kids'

Well, generally speaking, groups have a higher chance of survival. And while he does have a dislike for people, it's more the fear that he's going to have to watch these people die than an actual dislike of other people. Really, he actually enjoys the company of others, even if they are half his age. Besides, the young are usually the most passionate, so are the most likely to actively seek vengeance against the Anarquesse.

Skyre is certainly going to have a harder time getting this particular bunch to follow him than in previous iterations, with nobles aplenty and people like Tai'yang who don't take to idealists!

Dalamus Ulom Dalamus Ulom That's cool. I wasn't trying to poke holes, so I apologize if it came across that way. I was just wondering how it was going to work. I know that it would be a challenge for me to write!

It will certainly be interesting to see, especially as my character is the youngest (thus far).

Kharmin Kharmin : I saw this message and was going to try to take a picture of the remains of my main course, but alas, my phone died at that very moment! But I had a mixed seafood thing for starters, steak for main course and then took little nibbles at everyone else's puddings.
 
I don't if I can still be accepted at this point considering I'm past the deadline and their 10 people, but here's my CS.

It was background that gave me hell. I ended up rewriting it twice today/yesterday. I just couldn't get it to flow properly, it felt wrong ( it was also never in a remotely usable state until now. I would have just posted it if it was.) I eventually decided to have the things be separated out, so I could salvage the good parts from the pervious versions. Benefit of this is that I can more depth to the little side tangents a lot more,it looks tackier though. I'll probably swap out the BBcode I use for it.

Well time to go to sleep.

I don't think so, sorry! All the CSes are submitted, and it's already past the date for CS submissions, which was yesterday. My condolences, _Line 213 _Line 213 !
