Sorry for not posting yet, I've been a bit busy recently and haven't found time to write. I'll write up an draft and proof read it tomorrow. Thomas will be wishing he did miss the fun magical combat

Oh and Ginge, do you want us to try theorise about the origins and mechanics of the shadow beasts? I've had some ideas kicking around in my head but I am not sure if I should spend the time committing them to paper.

Alright, I finally posted. Took longer than I thought it would, honestly.

Well, it'd be cool and perhaps natural for our characters to speculate on the origins of these previously unseen creatures, so when/if that discussion rises IC then people may want to put forward their theories. I do however have the lore worked out for them (though I am occasionally caught out by a great question I hadn't thought of like Kharmin's (which I have since answered in PM)) and look forward to our characters eventually figuring it out!
 
I think I am going to have to leave the RP. I haven't been able to find the time or motivation for writing recently. I wish you guys the best and I hope you end up defeating the Anarquesse.

Sad news! Thanks for being upfront and honest about it too. Many times with writing I find you have to push through an initial wall of demotivation/dryness before you really start to find your footing in what you're writing and get invested in it. Nevertheless, I'd welcome you back should you wish to return at some point and aide us on our quest! It was certainly fun talking ideas with you :)

Uuugh I'm stuck between wanting to give the others a chance to join in and wanting to post.

I've finally posted something. For some reason, the first one is always the hardest for me, but it's done now.
 
Sorry for my absence over the past couple of days, my body was adjusting to some new meds and I wasn't doing great. I'm now doing a lot better and in better new, despite having no wifi on holiday, I do have really good data! So I will be working on a post at some point today and will be around and back to poeting regularly over the rest of the week! :)
 
I'd like to say I'm still alive! Just a bit busy over university right now, is all! I'll be waiting on SkyGinge's post before updating my water girl.
 
For those just outside the clearing, you will have heard the sound of the hut collapsing and will perhaps want to comment on it in your next posts!

Epiphany Epiphany and Archon Archon : Where are your characters in relation to the rest of the characters?

On a side note, are people happy having fun playing out the present combat a bit further? Or shall we wind down towards finishing the battle off?

Didn't seem that way to my tired brain!

Time for sleep now as my body is tired from a nice walk along Welsh waterfalls today. The lovely landscape is giving me plenty of inspiration for this.

Am I the only one here on holiday at the moment? :P
