If the demons are so close, and I wanted Ragnar to charge through first wave, would I use a dash then roll an attack/flurry with a stunt to clinch and use a demon as a battering ram to get through?
You can not quite get to them in one action. Doing a Dash action (I think it is Spd 3) will get you in range to hit them next action.
 
Then I shall run at the horde demons like a screaming idiot! (If there is any left by the time I get there)

I don't think dashing requires any rolls, does it?

Once I calculate the dash stuff, I'll post it tinight.
 
Sherwood Sherwood correction for my own goof on movement rules. Aredins action should have been a speed 3 dash to try and keep up. Not speed 4, which I based on his weapon.
 
Does a regular move cost an action? Or would I need to add a penalty to attack if I attacked the same turn?
 
It would effectively be a Flurry; one act of moving up and the second act of attacking.
 
As long as you do more than "I hit the guy." You can give yourself a 1 dice stunt. If it is somewhat creative, and makes the pulse race a bit, you can go with a 2 die. I award the 3 dice ones myself, and those are only for the epic ones.
 
Don't play another person's character without their permission. But, you can talk to each other, and try to coordinate your actions that way.
 
Hmm. Well I could just run. Or I could do something cinematic. I have a feeling aiming for the latter is what should be aimed for.

Now then, would jumping off a comrade, to soar into the air to get to and hitting a DB with a falling fist be considered a 2die stunt when written with flair?

So it would be a flurry of three actions.

Move
Jump
Attack. A punch at speed 5.

When I attack I apply a -3dv to myself. Reduced to -1 with the +2 defense on punch.

I would roll my attack(which I think is Dex+MA) and add the stunt Dice. And another from the accuracy +1 of punching, and another 4 from Kata bracers

If the sorcerer is surrounded by other DB. Then Ragnar will go right into the thick of it. If they are too spread out he will aim for the closest UNLESS one of them is clearly a bigger threat.
