Athena: You're a negligent mother!

Aphrodite, reading a smudged note on her hand: What? Nooo... I love my children. Eros, Pho..tos, Armonia... uhm...

Considering Ero's is the God of love and depending on which story your looking at, Aphrodite has more than fourteen children with five men, Σταφύλι is very over shadowed.

yes
redder than the flames she produces

But honestly I've been having [bisexual panics] all the time about Hestia

Most of the Greek mythology had a heavy theme of beauty, most of these myths were gods and demigods so they were always depicted as beautiful. Even something like nudity in statues had a purpose.
Like how some male character-based statues were sculpted with small genitalia, because it was considered a form of loyalty and self-control.

Everything in Greece was centered around standards of beauty and symmetry, this is also reflected in their architecture. They went as far as creating optical illusions just for the A E S T H E T I C S.

Ancient Greek silhouettes are so popular that it resurfaced as early as the French revolution and if you look at current trends today, most of our current silhouettes of dresses are similar.

I'm not surprised pop culture has so much Greek mythology in it. From the Percy Jackson books to the countless iterations of the stories to the current times of Lore Olympus. It reminds me a lot of how Japanese culture have hit it really big in the west in the last few years. I mean kitsunes were always really popular because of Naruto but there's a whole aesthetic based on Japanese snacks.

Especially in America we don't really have folklore, unless you consider cryptid are folklore.
I do like Fresno nightcrawlers, those silly little walking pants do bring a smile to my face.

Nahhhhh they're scary
And we kind of do have folklore, but it's not really like the greeks and romans, I mean we can't write a fricking RP about Hallow's Eve or The Headless Horseman or whatever

Ooh-

But something based on Native American folktales would be really cool-

Well, we could make a roleplay purely about Halloween. It's a holiday in other places but it's got so many motifs in America that we could play any Hollywood monster.

Lmao, for real

I'm really tempted to write a RP based on these little things:
