Fantasy Those who came before

((Come to my partyyyyyy

Jack

Still stuck in the back with the drunk man, many more just kept on piling up as well as my urge to just let the damn burst then and there, "I SWEAR IF I DO NOT MAKE IN INTO THE BATHROOM I WILL LITERALLY EXPLODE." As I kept on yelling the men started to tease me making toiletrie jokes. Not before long I ended up just shoving them all away leaving the hallway filled with drunk passed out men.

"..." Watching Leo leave, he waited for several minutes. Hearing Castle speak, Henry replied,"I can't deny he's interesting, but I prefer a more harmless sort of interesting. Anyways, as I said before, I'm obligated to go. I can't say it'll be a tasteful party, it may even be violent or crude. With that man, you can never tell."

He should ready himself to go look for the blacksmith. The appearance of Leo may suggest others, but he doubted they would go along with his whims. Henry decided to raise his guard again regardless of what may come. Looking at the group, he said while heaving his pack up and over his shoulder,"I'll be leaving in a moment to visit that blacksmith. Anyways, I'm also curious as to who else will be going to the party. I also should give my thanks to Jake before I start my search for a client."

Threlm noticed Leo leave the pub from the tree line. He couldn't hide his skeletal figure well so he usually never ventured this close into town. But he was really bored. He knew of the party and would probably end up going. He wondered if he was allowed to fight there. He dawned a trench coat that covered most of his body and his weapons that made him look like a beggar. He started trailing leo waiting for him to walk into thw forest again. When they entered the crowded street he knew leo knew it was him. He sighed he wasn't going to make this easy on him.

@Jack of Cloves

Castle nodded at his response before finishing the rest of her lunch, "You're right. Someone that amusing could know some interesting clients with different desires that I've encountered. Guess I'll have to find something to wear for the occasion then? Or is the usual attire better?" She folded her arms as she looked over her shoulder at Jake and smiled, "Thanks for the food by the way."

Jack

Having just sat down it seemed that the whole table was talking about someone, 'Did I really leave for that long?' I sighed and smiled out of habit, leaning on my hand. "Thanks for the food by the way." I nodded my head and smiled, "Well it's the least I could do, besides I'm sure that it would be very rare to see our group together like this again after this moment."

@FadeAway @EuclidAmarok @FrostXShadow @RazingCatfish

"Ah, you're back. I'll be going now, thank you for the meal." Henry thanked the man and threw his pack over his shoulder. Turning to Castle at her question of attire, Henry tacked on, "I'll be going in this attire, my normal mercenary work attire. I have no idea what Leo is planning so go with whatever you are comfortable with."

Giving a small wave from over his shoulder, he pushed his way out of the door and looked around. That will probably be their last meeting unless they decide to accept that invite. It was interesting while it lasted though. Turning right and walking down three stores, he spotted said blacksmith busily hammering away at a slab of steel. The kind woman never did give him her name, but this note and Jake's should do. Clearing his throat as he entered, he presented the note to the blacksmith. "Jake told me that you may need my help."

@Jack of Cloves @FadeAway @RazingCatfish @FrostXShadow

"Jake? That weirdo of a harpy?" The man laughed now chilling the steal, steam evaporated into the air building up more sweat on his face, "That boy is a strange on alright, burnt himself while trying to help me and my family. I'm practically in debt to him." He took in your look, and started to circle you as if you were a prey, "What can a boy like you do to help me?

@EuclidAmarok

Jack

I nodded as you left, "It seems like everyone is going to leave then huh?" I sighed sadly while I watched the doors shut close. "I guess I should start paying up then-" I called over the waitress then remembered something, "Ah! Wait, what was all the ruckus over here while I was gone? I at least wnat to know before all of you leave."

@FadeAway @FrostXShadow @RazingCatfish

Leo

Once you were in the ally the elf was no where to be found, it was very damp in there along with the combo that it was a very tight space. The man couldn't have disappeared so easily in that tight space, unless he had climbed out. Leo had jumped down behind you once you entered far enough into the ally and snatched your cloak before you could notice and ran back out into the crowd.

@Saruwatari Tomohisa

Henry pocketed his note as the man seemed to be hard at work. He watched as the man doused the steel in water, vapour hissing and rising over the blacksmith's face. "Hm, my name's Henry Jackswell, a mercenary. I do menial tasks along with ordinary mercenary work such as escorting, protecting, or most things that may require combat." Henry explained to the circling man with a raised eyebrow. "Aside from that, I can't be burnt or frozen, so I may be able to assist you though my skills as a smith is amateur."

@Jack of Cloves

Threlm tried to snatch him before he got back into the crowd but being unsuccessful. He almost yelled in fusteration. He then dratef back into the ally way deeper to see if there was anyone there that he could kill and take their coat. This wasn't a good situation for him. He could probably make a run for it but the guards would certainly stop him long enough for him to be surrounded. He sighed unsuccessful in his search for a person.

Leo

I chuckled lightly as I swung the cloak over me and put on the hood, "Thanks for the cloak~ Perfect timing too." I smiled as I let my words escape into the air heading off to my prior location, "This will keep him off me for a while."

The Blacksmith

The man took the sword and started to smooth it out bare handed on a belted mechanism that rotated with fine sandpaper. The sparks flew around but the man didn't flinch, "Well I will indeed consider your application-" as the man was just about to reply to you a guard had entered the room requesting 30 more swords and 15 kite shields. The man had grunted in frustration when the gaurd left the turned to you, "If you are able to fufill that order in 6 hours I will give you the job." He sent an employee over to you then went back to work

((Sorry for the short reply I'm busy rn

Threlm looked around for a moment longer before climbing up onto the roof. There was a archer a rooftop over and he decided it would be best to keep his skeletal form out of site. He ducked behind a wall and saw the roof entrance to the small house. He opened it walked inside closing the door behind him. He could here the bustling of a family somewhere below the stairs. He had to think of a way to quite them. If he just charged in it would make to much of a ruckus. He thought to himself, ~Im going to gut that pointy eared bastard ~

Henry sighed. It'll be interesting it seemed Most people can't do that in six hours, but he could use his magic to aid him. It'll be exhausting, and the actual hammering would require his personal attention. "I'm assuming those hilts and shields are a carpenter's job? The scabbards to I would assume would go to the leather worker, so I'll allow whoever accepts those orders to do those. I'll get to work on the blades though now." Henry the added on, "Unless you're not being paid, I expect payment too. Anyways, I'm not looking for an apprenticeship, just some coin."

Familiarizing himself with the layout of the blacksmith's workplace, he went straight to work. Taking a slab of steel from the side, he allowed the metal to heat up. Once blazing red, he reached into the furnace without care and retrieved the heated metal with his bare hand while also grabbing a nearby the hammer. The ice locked it in place as he struck the red steel flat. While he hammered, another steel slab was tossed into the flames by solidified air while an invisible foot worked the bellows to increase the heat. When one soon-to-be blade cooled, he would return it as he retrieved the next. Years of swordsmanship has given his arm the endurance needed for non-stop hammering. I wonder what the quality of the thirtieth short sword will be?

"You didn't miss much. Someone came out of the blue and revealed quite a bit about one of our previous traveling companion, Nat, if you haven't remembered. Then the man whom Henry pointed to be the author of these letters dropped by and talked for a bit before leaving in a hurry. Even I can't understand the events as of now but perhaps if I attended the party, some of my floating questions could be answered." Castle stood up and stretched, "I'm not too big on going to parties alone but if you're all going, that might change my mind."
