Fantasy The War (Players Needed)

Avelyn roamed the Fire kingdoms streets. Her black hood shadowed her identity. And she maneuvered easily through the crowd, getting a few wary glances from children. Couldn't these people see what was going on? The wars, etc. all because of the rulers petty ways. Avelyn found her way to the markets. And approached a man her age, who also supported the Rebels. And was a good proven man. She approached him. And her voice was clear and loud enough for him to hear. "What are your best explosives?" She asked in a serious manner. @Arty

Kais began to set up shop in the kingdom, in the black market. He set some items for sale, such as small explosives, and put a small price to it. Kais turned around for an instant, and started to prepare several weapons for demonstrations, and sat in a chair, waiting. In the shop, several devices could be seen, from muskets to blunderbusses, explosives of all kinds, and different types of ammunition.
Shylu Vaan It had been a while since Shy had been in the city of the fire kindom. Every now and then she'd get a hello and a thanks from strangers, most likely former contract clients. Each time she would curtsy and continue on her way. Walking toward the black market, a common place for a mercenary such as herself, she noticed a familiar face, in fact that was the rebellion leader. She walked up to her and the shopkeeper giggling, "Well what do we have here? Buying something from this guy huh? Well its nice to have the supplies." Looking to the man she did a simple curtsy and introduced herself... sorta. "Hello, I'm Jaina Reed." She was well aware that she'd have to stick to that alias for it was the same one she'd given to Avelyn. Despite supporting the rebellion greatly she still wanted to keep her identity a secret until she saw what Avelyn could do. She wanted to be sure she could trust the girl first.

Aermik glared at the soldiers, all of them cowering away from what they perceived as an impossible monster, "Stow your weapons. Now." Swords dropped as many soldiers were too terrified to put their weapons away. Some managed to as all eyes continued to be fixed on him as Galandor and Bellatrix left. "Gather your wounded brethren. I am appalled that peace was broken so easily between all of you. Those of my command, there will be severe punishment." He added emphasis on the last bit as soldiers began working, getting the wounded and moving them towards the infirmary. Aermik sheathed his sword, looking at his now tattered apron. It was stained with blood and ripped in several places, but he could repair it. He sighed as he oversaw the management of the injured. Doing his part and moving people from one room to another before running a hand against his chest. Not a scratch. Never was. He briefly pondered how his acts would affect how he was seen. No doubt some of the soldiers of the fire kingdom would have nightmares for months. Even his own soldiers knew that whenever their general was angry, there was hell to pay for every last person involved.

Aermik spotted Thalia, Tina, and Faolin, striding towards them he glanced at each one before kneeling down and hugging Tina. "Thank Hell you're safe, little one." He sighed looking up at Thalia. "Casualties were minimal. Thankfully men scare easily whenever they have a pre-conceived notion that you're a monster. Feelings of helplessness will often end bloodshed much easier." He spoke looking between the two before looking back down to the little one in his arms, "Are you injured? Did that scum Zelarous cause you injury?" He asked speaking softly.

Softly Faolin looked at him. He replied, "No she's okay just shaken from all the bloodshed she saw. Battle Shock easily cured." He checked Tina and smiled. He waited then closed his eyes and looked at Thalia and stated, "I think we are required to stay here."

Dropping her to do the rounds on the first day. It didn't seem glamorous, but frankly, she was planning to do the job unless he said differently anyway. Elsbeth had done inventory before, so the idea wasn't too hard to grasp for her. A deep breath later, she was ready for work. With the best commanding shout she could muster, she bellowed out orders to those of the army who could hear her, in case any had yet not gotten the message from the the perceived monster, Aermik; "Soldiers of the Blaze Guard, and of Queen Bellatrix's command! Rendezvous in the castle infirmary immediately! All able soldiers, carry the wounded and tend to them! Casualities are to be rounded up and reported! Any further conflict will be met with severe punishment! I repeat..". She repeated this a dozen times as she began to tend herself to the infirmary, picking up one or two injured along the way. Setting them down on the nearest spot she could manage, she began to ponder the heft of the situation. A burst of conflict, in the midst of a Queen... possibly of either side's fault, no less. The entire situation threatened to instigate war right on Bellatrix's doorstep. And it wouldn't be a beautiful sight, to say the least. If things continue, it'll be just like... no, she couldn't think of the worst now. She had an impression to set. And so, she began to tend to the wounded herself the best she could, using the extent of what she knew of elemental infusion and medicine to its' best. If she had to work behind the scenes, so be it.

Avelyn turned her hooded head, her face still shadowed, only her lips and her tip of her nose showed. "Jaina." She said with an emotionless polite tone, with a curt nod.

"I suggest you stay away from the plant kingdom tonight." Avelyn said to her cooly. Hinting of a mission. Jaina Reed. Not likely her name was Jaina, but it didn't matter, as long as she supported the cause.

Shylu Vaan "Oh? Is that so?" Shy looked at her for a moment, it was obvious neither of the two girls yet trusted each other. Returning to a cheerful tone she smiled, "Okay, no plants tonight. That's okay because I have to train one of my pups anyway, I got a new one so I gotta train the little guy." Shy giggled and whistled. A small circle of fire appeared on the ground and a small skull faced pup appeared from it. Leaning down she picked it up and snuggled it before holding it out, "See, his name is Skelly!" Shy smiled as Skelly yipped in happiness.

The beast Lunged out at Ryan and Iris. Ryan pointed his dagger at the ground. A thorn bush sprouted from it and grabbed the beast in mid air. The thorns wrapped around it, as if a predator capturing it's prey. The beast bursted into fire, burning the thorn bush into ash. Ryan looked shocked at the inflamed beast, it's body engulfed in fire. "Hell hound" ,Ryan mutters, as the beast came closer to them. It howled a hideous howl that sounded like a banshee. Ryan held his dagger up as he looks at Iris, hoping that she would do something. The beast erupted another hideous howl that made Ryan's ear bleed. Ryan shooked in fear, not because of it's howl or image. He shivered because of what the beast said. The hell hound screamed, "Food!"

Avelyn nodded at her question. Both didn't trust each other. But she couldn't turn her back. Tonight. Tonight the Rebels would be known. And she'd have to be more cautious. She bit her lips in thought before the skeleton dog brought her to attention. She reached her arm out at a batman pace and pet its head softly before returning her hand at her side. "Cute." She said with a small smile, it would be hard to tell her emotions, considering her face was mostly hidden.

Thalia shook her head and was used to seeing all this bloodshed when in battle but her heart broke for many of the soldiers wounded and dead. Thalia didn't listen to where they instructed her to go to, she thought the best she could do is round up all of the castle plants energy as well as a few of the leafs of it. Thalia walked at a quick pace over to the medical part of the castle and saw bodies everywhere, some of the bodies could be saved and some couldn't. Thalia did everything in her power to save a few of them, Thalia didn't know why she was doing this but she knew she just had to as a way to say sorry to Bellatrix for what she did. Thalia stood in the center of the room and she opened her arms and a bright yellow aura came from her and a billion small lights in a tiny speck shape came from Thalia, it was a beautiful sight to see. Thalia was energized from the energy that she took from the plants of the castle. Thalia watched as the specks dissolved into the soldiers bodies, slowly healing the ones that were really wounded and the others that weren't wounded as bad it healed them quickly.

Watching Faolin gaped. Wow. She was very powerful. He wanted to touch the floating lights but stopped himself. He was jaw slacked. He then sighed and closed his eyes. He sighed then watched as some soldiers got up. He shook his head in disbelief and smiled. She was great. He smiled.

When Thalia was done she felt a bit light headed but then the energy that she took from the plants began to kick in. Thalia let out a sigh and she took in a deep breath and then exhaled out as she saw the soldiers getting up and others just resting for a bit. Thalia smiled and she turned to walk out when she saw Faolin,"Where are the others?" She asked him since she didn't know if he was there the whole time watching her. @Lighthouse8477

"Ah. Well..." He walked over towards the right side, and cautiously rolled a large barrel. On it was marked "Angel Spirits". "This right here... needs to be hauled over by a horse and a cart. It can..." He started to do a few calculations in his head. "At least, crack the walls that this kingdom have. IF you can get me some more... We'll see. I don't think that this is what you need... I've been working on... a sort of... cannon if you can call it. Meet me in a day if you'd like some live testing. But anyways..." He picked the barrel up, and set it on a cart. "Take it. Just be sure to use it well..." He winked, and attended another customer. "What can I do for you?" @Kihara017

Smiling Faolin looked over at her. He smiled and stated, "That was magnificent and I forget for right now." He looked around and pointed, "Their right there." He looked at her and smiled. She was amazing.

"Well do not just stand there, we must go to Bellatrix to see if she needs any aid." Thalia said to him as she began walking out of the door and walked down the hallway looking for Bellatrix. Thalia tried to sense if Bellatrix was near but she didn't feel that she was close. "Bellatrix, where are you?" Thalia muttered. Thalia really needed to know what was going on, she comes for a meeting with bellatrix and ends up healing people instead while someones on a rampage around her. @xEmoBunnehx @Lighthouse8477

The lights that danced in the air of the room came to Elsbeth's eye as a large surprise. She rubbed her eyes with one hand, swearing she was seeing things, but as they began to dissipate, she turned to see the source of the wonders in her vision. It was a familiar figure, but she couldn't place her finger on it midst her muddy thoughts. "Hey, you're...", she mumbled, eating her words as Thalia began to turn towards the door. It seems someone stopped her in her path, though. This, was a new face to her. By his garment, he was of the Fire Kingdom royalty, and donned like a duke. That much was clear. She considered intercepting the conversation before they left, but she had been yet to tally up the dead - she still had a job to do. Formal introductions could come later. And so, she began looking through paperwork which had been planted on the table next to her - all reports that contained counts of the dead. They were even organised by region of the castle - she had given the soldiers less credit than they deserved, it seemed. From the looks of things though, it seemed the weight of the injured was taken off her soldiers, for the most part. She'd have to thank the woman later, as out of character as it might've felt. Elsbeth still had some pride left in her, and she'd be damned if she were to waste it because she couldn't say thank you to a person.

Silently Faolin follows Thalia. He sighs and states, "She went with my King after the maniac who did this. The Queen went with them. She told the Guard to keep us here however I agree I should go help them and I doubt that guy can stop us even though it's next to impossible to kill him." He smiled.

As Thalia walked past a few rooms she saw a glimpse of the Queen of the scorched lands. Thalia paid no attention and she walked towards the castle gates, the queen wasn't on her mind she wasn't going to stay put as someone with such rage roamed the land. Thalia heard from a few of the guards that it was Zelarous who did this, she thought this man was the loyal one and who would never do anything to harm Bellatrix's kingdom and her citizens. The castle gates opened and Thalia grabbed her horse and waited for Faolin. @Lighthouse8477 @xEmoBunnehx @Zelarous

Shylu Vaan Hearing the key words 'get me some more' Shy's full attention was toward the man. "You need more you say? I could probably do something for you, and since you're all for... well you know what I'm talking about... I'll do it for free." She held out her hand and set the pup down as it disappeared from view. Looking at him Shy spoke quickly and with purpose, "In my off time I'm a mercenary for hire, one of the good quality ones who don't cheap you out on a deal. You give me the information I need and I'll get you what you want." She smiled an almost devilish smile, which wouldn't matter since she is a demon, and spoke once more. "So, you up for hiring me for a job?"

"I am going to need to stay on the ground to kept a track on them," Thalia muttered. "You can take your Griffith," Thalia told him and she got down from her horse for a moment and she put her hand on the ground to get a sense of where and how far they are but the ground was way too dry and she couldn't get a reading. Thalia sighed and mounted up on her horse again,"Are you coming?" Thalia asked. @Lighthouse8477

"Hmm... It depends... What good are you. Anyone can say that for crap. Hey, I might as well be someone selling shit for an instance! Who knows!" He kept on tending to his items, sighing. "What. Good. Are. You. I could hire anyone for this."

Zelarous continued his way out of the kingdom. He was slightly worried, he knew that people were on his trail. He decided to take a risky move. He would attempt to divert them, perhaps it would allow him to divert their attention. The only problem is his position would be given away momentarily. He saw a house like structure with straw as a roof. He put his hand on the side of the building and it began to erupt into flames. He hoped that this would give him time to get out of the kingdom, though it pained him that queen Bellatrix would have to watch her people suffer because of her mistake. She should of trusted that he knew best.

Aermik picked up Tina, "Come on, let's stop those two before they interrupt the queen." He sighed as he stepped out into the courtyard, carrying Tina in his arms and he grabbed the reigns of Thalia's horse. "You should stay here, this is an order for the queen to sort out. A member of our family died, even more so he committed the highest crime in the land. Bellatrix does not want others interfering."

Thalia was about to ride off when she felt someone stop her horse by its reigns. Thalia followed her eyes up the persons arm and saw that it was Aermik,"She does, does she?" Thalia said quietly and she let out a sigh. "I am here in her kingdom after all," Thalia said and nodded to what Aermik told her about the queen ordering her to stay and that she probably wanted them to because she wanted to be alone with Zelarous to talk it out or do whatever she is to do. Thalia got off of her horse and she began to pet the side of it's neck gently watching as it remained calm. Thalia watched as one of the guards took her horse by the reign to bring her to the stables. Thalia faced Aermik,"Who is it that passed away?" Thalia asked him just out of curiousity. @Airagog

Faolin nodded and whistled his Griffeth landed. He looked at Aermik. He stated, "If my King had given that order I would stay. Since he didn't I need to help my friend and my King." He mounted his Griffeth who would stop any who tried to mount him without permission from Faolin who stated, "Give me one good reason not to go." If Thalia was staying he would to. If he had two he would pull her aboard his Griffith or have his Griffith grab her. They had taken her horse.
