Fandom The Second Pirate Era (One Piece RP)

Feather swung and blocked Lana's attack, reaching into his cape and withdrawing another sword from it. He jabbed it at her, but Calvin ran and blocked it easily. Now that he had backup, he could beat this guy. Feather growled and swung at Calvin. "You all are really ticking me off! All I want is this kids bounty!" He swung both swords at Calvin, which he parried and dodged. He backed up into a wall and ducked as Feather plunged his sword into the wall right next to him. He ducked around him and tried to cut Feather in the back, but Feather pulled out the machete and swung it at Calvin, forcing him to back up. "Yeesh. This guy is no joke. He only has two swords against our three, and he's still beating us." He wiped sweat from his forehead, then laughed. "Didn't know my bounty was worth so much to people."

Lana jumped back and dodged Feather's sword. Trying to find a new angle to attack him from, and catch him by surprise. "You have a bounty? How come you didn't mention that?" she said and raised an eyebrow without taking her eyes off Feather. "Since you always end up in trouble, we're just gonna have to figure this out without dying." Lana said with an evil smile and moved her feet further apart to get a more offensive stance, as Calvin was forced to back up. She swung her swords rapidly on each side of her body, creating a virtual windmill in a matter of seconds. As her swords caught speed, she kicked off the ground into a high jump, and slashed her swords downwards with surprising energy and speed into Feathers' machete. The momentum of her swords came to a stop, and created a heavy force upon his muscle, despite Lana's weaker body. A faint 'thud' could be heard instead of the normal cling of metal, caused by their swords meeting and breaking the sound barrier. Hoping to bring Feather to a couple of seconds stop, to have Calvin bring in a lethal attack.

Not hearing a response, Red Fox naturally went up the stairs. He looked back down the hall and heard the fight continue. Looks like theyd be fine. He yawned, shrugged and jumped off the ships deck to the ground below. He saw a guy with fresh fish as he walked back to the tavern to gather his things again. He took off his bear skin and knives, placing them back in the chest. He put on his shirt and jacket once more as well. He grabbed his things and began hauling them up to his room

"Oi, what is all this crap..."

Kemuri sighed, rubbing the back of her head. She chuckled softly reaching up to run a hand through her hair. She tilted her head to one side approaching on of the barrels. She sighed moving through the hold. This was a lot of cargo to be carrying around on such a small ship. Motioning the the little one to stay close she began wandering about examining the barrels.

(Sorry its so short)

Calvin shrugged. "You never asked. Why should I tell someone if I'm wanted by the Navy for an accident." He watched her spin her swords, bringing them to tremendous speed. He watched in awe as she slammed the swords into Feather's machete, halting them both. He smiled, pulling his Red Katana back into a slashing stance. He smiled, then brought it forward quickly. Feather lifted his second sword to block his attack, but it wasn't enough. As the two weapons met, he heard a faint screeching sound. His sword continued cutting into Feather's, splitting the metal off of the sword. As he cut half of the sword off of the blade, he quickly tilted his wrist so the sharp edge aimed upward, and dug into the flesh of Feather's chest. He kept cutting until his sword came out the other side, and stopped before it hit Lana. Feather stumbled backward, looking down at his chest wound. It was a mix of amazement and confusion. He looked up at Calvin and Lana, then fell backward, landing on the wooden floor with a thud. As the blood started to pool around Feather, Calvin looked at Lana. He sighed, then shook the blood off of his Katana, putting it back in it's sheath. He walked over and pulled his wanted poster out of Feather's pocket, crumpling it up and putting it in his own.

Lana landed just as Calvins sword went through Feathers' body. It was only inches away from her head, before he pulled his katana back out. Lana took a step aside and watched as Feather fell to the floor. It was like she was watching in slow-motion. Her muscles was aching from that previous attack, but she clenched her teeth and forced herself to think of other things. Such as Calvins' bounty. "I told you we'd figure it out. Well, now that I know, how much of a bounty are you worth?" She asked as she took a step back to avoid getting the blood on her boots, and walked around it with an easygoing look. Lana caught a glimpse of the pieces of swords before they were drowned in the puddle of blood. "You're quite strong, y'know." she added with a nod.

Calvin smiled, pulling out his bounty and quickly turned to a surprised look. "It was only a measly fifty thousand before. They raised it to double the original amount. I guess it's because I have evaded capture." He did the clicking gesture with his Katana, thinking. "I guess it'll keep going up until some marine or pirate captures me and takes me to be executed." He yawned, then started to think of what this meant. If people were starting to figure out he was wanted, he would have to start life as a runaway. He sighed and looked up at Lana. "You say I'm strong, but it's more so the swords than me. I just tell them what to do, like a puppet master and his strings." Maybe she would try to kill him for his bounty. He had to wish her luck on that.

Kemuri sighed making her way up from below the deck. She headed back to the room a little less than surprised to see that the pirate captain was now taking a nice long nap in a pool of blood. Leaning against the door frame, her foot on a pile of shattered wood pieces she cleared her throat. Lana and Calvin were busily chatting amongst themselves about what she could only assume was the bounty flyer held in his hand. She briefly wondered how much it was, not that she was interested in the money. She just liked to know how high other peoples bounties were. She folded her bow, hooking it back on to her side as she stepped further in to the room moving to inspect the barrel of gunpowder, or what was left of it. She sniffed the powder a frown on her lips. Moving across to the other two she crouched by the dead pirate, reaching out briefly to pluck the feather from his hat.

"So there are a lot of barrels in this boat... Wanna go see what in them or are we still discussing bounties...?"

Fully dressed, Red Fox climbed down stairs with his smaller chest, his guitar, and a strange box like suitcase and laid out a bunch of gold on the bar counter in front of Maurice. "Whoever comes in... its on me..." He smiled at him and brought his stuff over to a table by a window. From the strange box suitcase he pulled this out. He pulled out record from his small chest , flipping it stylishly before placing the needle down on it. He waited and closed his eyes... he snapped his fingers to the

a bit before opening the window and lighting a cigar... then pulling out his old acoustic guitar he played along, puffing smoke out of the window.

Igneous started to get bored with the battle that was slowing quickly "I guess nothing last forever" he stands up from where he sat and walks back to the tavern. He continued to snack on the oysters that lie were they were they were left they weren't the best snack but he hadn't eaten in a day or so besides the small meal that he had a few moments ago. He had been taking his alone time to think about future he quietly spoke to himself "Should I head into the grand line now?" he sigh and grabs a drink washing down the oysters "I guess I'm strong enough to survive but my boat is no ship it wont make it..." he pondered for a moment then smiled "one of thoughts ships out in the water what be perfect" he stands up and is captured by some music, a young man was playing along to it "What luck" he walks over to the guy "You aboard one of those ships right are they damaged?"

After her and Kemuri got done looking around. They headed back up to the room. The man that the other two had been fighting was laying in a pool of blood. "Wow that's a lot of blood." she said to herself. She then heard Kemuri say something about a bounty. She cluched the paper in her pocket and said "Bounty what bounty?"

"Hmm?" He continued playing and looking att him through his glasses. Red Fox looked different then he did more than a year ago. He dressed in business casual, and had long dreadlocks that reached his back, and scruffy black beard. "I sure was." He smiled say as he played along. "And yeah! Theyre all good for taking. I suggest that if you want one now is the time to take it."

Igneous cracks his knuckles and walks off saying "Thanks by the way your a good musician" he steps outside and looks towards the dock "I maybe to late that guy already hung decoration" he runs to the dock and grabs his boat once he reaches the boat he leaps up top searching the bigger one first it was in good condition with the exception of pirate body's occupying the floor he picked them up one by one stacking them up in a corner of the ship. Eventually he ran to the hanging guy "hey uh.." he wasn't sure of the mans name and calling him hanging guy could be bad "hey hanger guy you mind me taking this boat?"

Cole was hanging around upside down by having rope tied around one foot,he was starting to get really bored waiting for the others, maybe they all died. He sighed knowing that would make things interesting, then he saw Igneous and watched him do what he was doing with a interested look on his face till the dude spoke to him. Cole looked at him with a confused glare as first then smiled," ya know,Hanger is just find. Ya ain't gotta add the "guy" to the end of it."he snickered." And I don't care if ya get the boat or not,all I know is I'm stayin right here." He declared, using his free foot he wrapped it around the rope holding him up and flipped back upwards before loosening the rope and dropping down to the dude's 'level'."say....I could have sworn I've seen you before...."he said getting a close look at Igneous.

Igneous smirked "alright Hanger I have to say it suits you well" he said jokingly as he looked up at the hanging bodies. He felt that this was a bit brutal but then again he had seen a lot worse. He took another observation of the boat which looked better with some of the bodies gone, as Hanger drops down from the rope he made an observation of Igneous he had believed to had seen him before "I don't know from where he hadn't been into any serious trouble except my affiliation with my bandit family and which would make since marines been stalking me lately but could that be worthy of a bounty hmm or maybe he just means back at the bar and I am over thinking things" "what you know me? really? could you tell me from where?"

"Well, I think we should bring the ships to shore anyways. There's a food storage in that other room. It'll probably be handy later on." Lana said, placing her claymores safely at her hips, looking from Calvin, to Kemuri to the girl who she did not yet know the name of. She took her headband off her head, revealing long, blonde hair, with brown streaks and fastened it to her right arm using her teeth as help. "Where are those barrels you're talking about?" Lana asked Kemuri and Alex, before glancing over at Calvin. She was still curious about his bounty, but not for collecting it. She had avoided getting a bounty herself, because of her status as a bounty-hunter. God knows what would have happened if she wasnt.

Calvin stood up and sighed again. He started to think of what to do with the bodies of the pirates. Either burn them or bring them out to sea and dump them there. Burning would be the better option, and the mountain or beach would be a good spot for it. He ran a hand through his hair and turned to walk out of the room. He weaved around each of the girls and continued down the corridor. He stopped and looked over his shoulder at them. "If one of you can drive a ship, then bring it around to the beach away from Foosha Village. And Kemuri, if you can, fix any damage to this ship, please. I or somebody else will help you. I have to arrange getting rid of all these pirate's bodies." With that he walked up the stairs, then proceeded to stand on the deck, observing it. There were a couple bodies spread out on it, and a few holes from Kemuri's arrows, but nothing too serious that he could see. He sighed and grabbed one of the ladders the pirates had used to climb from ship to ship, and put it up so he could reach the larger ship's deck. When he reached it, he noticed two guys standing near the mast, one of them being Cole and the other one being the guy from the tavern earlier. He sighed and looked up at the bodies hanging above him. He glanced at Cole. "You. Pile all of those bodies with the rest. We're bringing the ships to shore, and I want to get rid of the bodies. Get to it." He didn't wait for a reply and walked over to the quarter deck, examining if there was any damage to the wheel or masts. The smell of gunpowder and blood lingered in the air. Calvin sighed and started to think about preparations.

Now Cole was stumped,"I swear I've seen you before, but where...."he seemed to really be thinking hard." This is going to drive me crazy..." He mumbled to himself." Who are you exactly?" He asked hoping a name to the face my help him remember at least something."ya got any relation to the Hooks,Kat'z Cats,or any of the western pirates?" He also asked obviously knowing a lot of groups,he still hung above the ground as he spoke.he paid no attention to the orders given, and had no intention of following them with the way he told him to do it.

Igneous was engaged in thought with Hanger he needed to know if the marines were going to come after him. He got right to answering the guys question "My name is Igneous Cross and I was a bandit but that was during my childhood but they were a big name in the bandit community they go by 'Cross' let's see hmm oh I had a brother he was a captain of the Kaijun pirates but was killed by a Shichibukai" he waited in anxiety for an reply.

"I'll bring the ship around. I just might need someone to adjust the sails for me though." Lana responded to Calvin's orders and looked at Kemuri and the girl next to her, already planning the route to the beach in her head. They needed to tow the smaller boat to get both the ships in simultaneously. Besides, that would lessen the work with carrying the bodies over the ladders to the large ship, and the cargo. "Could you two help me out? I need to get a thick rope from this boat to the back of the other ship. Let's hope the mast and sails are intact." she said and walked past the two of them and up to deck. She climbed the ladder to the main ship, and walked up to the ship's wheel with a satisfied face. If there was some place she belonged, it was behind one of these. Narrowing her eyes, she looked up to check if the mast or sails had any rifts or damage on them. Pleased to see nothing but a few bullet-holes, she checked the helm by turning it a few times, hearing the familiar sound of wood creaking into movement beneath her as she changed the direction. She tapped her fingers on the helm while waiting for someone to confirm the attachment from the boat to the ship.

"Everyone around here is so goddamned bossy..."

Kemuri grumbled to herself moving to grab SkyFire from the deck. She huffed grabbing a heavy rope from off the deck and stepping on to the board. She had promised to fix the ships if she damaged them. So she would keep her word in that regard. But after that she wasn't to sure if she was going to hang around. These guys were great and all but Kemuri didn't take orders to well. Kicking the board into gears she took of for the front of the small ship, securing the rope to a firm location on the front. Then flying to the other one she attached the rope to the rear of the large ship. Landing on the deck she hopped down from the board kicking it off as she took a seat on the deck.

"All hooked up... I'll do repairs when the bodies are all cleaned up..."

"Thank you, now let's get this thing moving and get these bodies off of here." Lana said with a wry smile and grabbed one of the spokes and turned the wheel easily, stopping it at the angle she wished for the ship to leave. Away from shore, towards the beach Calvin had spoken of. During her time on the merchant-vessel, she'd have the time to look at the map of the island. "Drop the mainsail halfway, please." she said without looking at Kemuri. They were too close to shore for a full-sail. She'd have to get the headsails working when they gained speed, and were further away from shore if necessary. She doubted it, though. The wind was catching up, so full headsail would probably be enough to get them to where they were headed.

Henry stayed to watch the confrontation between the pirates and the brave people who went out to take them on. He watch Igneous leave as he grew board of the fight. Henry shrugged and decided to keep watching the chaos brought on by the small group of people. "Sad, Getting beat by a rag tag group of fighters." He was referring to the pitiful pirates. The never even made it to shore.

Henry watch closer to see the all or most of the pirates had been killed or beaten to a pulp and Igneous has taken a boat over to the ship. The Pirate ship then started to move towards the island. A few people watching from behind him started to scream "Shut it! I'm sure they won, Even with your untrained eyes you can see that." He told them. "I bet the deck of the thing is suck in blood. I wonder if they have anything good on there. I might just need to steal some things from it."

Cole listened to what Igneous had to say and smiled." Ah ha! Cross! That's it! I know a guy from 'em,though he went by Cross. As his first name....never got his last name though,he took me around tellin me about such and such and that's when I saw you. Wow it's been a while though, can't believe I remember a random face like that....and that I met ya randomly like this." He chuckled." So ya brother died by a shichibukai eh?"

Red Fox watched the ship approach to shore now from this seat and the open window. He also so some guy yell at a group of villagers. He smirked as the song ended and put his guitar back in its case. He stood up and grabbed another record, putting the needle down and enjoying the show. He wondered how they would settle who gets what? Or if they would start different crews and take the ships?

with his ray bans as watched the show unfold. He taps his his guitar case under his nice brown shoes feeling the groove. He relights his paper and puffs, while taking a sip of his glass of whiskey.
