When Ari jumped in, he jumped right into New Lexi's throat. It was like swimming as he got to the stomach. Then Sandro said the words. Die
New Lexi died and disappeared, but all that was left there was a little snake, not Ari


The lightning struck nothing, as the snake was low to the ground, but when the Sleep gas came, the little snake opened its mouth


"Tainted Monsoon." An epic blast of wind and water blasted Sandro back and dispersed the gas. The difference with this is that the monsoon had black lightning inside it, which would shock horribly. Ari only knew basic and low intermediate level dark magic, but it was all he needed


The little snake glowed white and turned back into Ari. He jumped into the air and tossed a dagger at Sandro. "Your pathetic gas won't do a thing. I have wind at my side."





The world around them started to flash between black and white and shake violently.

"Interesting...how did you get such a pet?Well I have some of my own..." he screamed words of power, and the devil appeared again.


Devil: "Where's the other one?"


Sandro: not here. Just him now.


Sandro cast a spell, and swirling black ice engulfed each character, and began sucking at their life force.


"How long can you stand it?" Sandro hissed through gritted teeth. "Longer then the devil?"


The devil was still easily able to move. It cast a spell, and the world began to form around them, as he smashed his hammer down to blast hellfire at both his foes, shooting them back. While they both took heavy damage from frost and fire, Sandro had taken too much of a beating, as he had less durability. He frantically conjured a weak shield so he could work on a better one.

"If you say so. I think we should wait for them. In the meantime, is there anything around here to occupy my mind with?" he asked the Lich, as he looked around the expansive interior construction of the church, admiring slightly. He loathed such places like this one, but he could at least attempt to enjoy himself for once. As much as he disliked religion, or worship of gods of any kind, this place was better than the Abyss, in it's current state.

"I've got a book that may interest you. Here," Ceralder would seemingly pull a large book from out of thin air. It was very thick, with a leather bound cover as dark as midnight. The cover had glowing green runes enscribed upon it, with five different locks keeping the book closed.

He stared at the book for several seconds. "It looks awfully sinister. What is it filled with? Some form of black magic? Necromancy? A guide to become a lich, such as yourself?" he asked, with a curious, nearly inquisitve voice. Raziel had no intentions of selling his soul for the book, or anything like that. But it did seem quite interesting.

(Not hundreds, but in old school D&D- such that inspired every other RP that used other devils but Satan-there are thousands, but not all insanely powerful. This is strong and i can't conjure anything else while it's up.)

"No. I was forced into becoming a lich. Anyway, the book is some sort of ledger. I stole it from a demon. I don't know what language it's in, so I don't know what it says. Was hoping if you could give it a look through, see if you recognize any of the names, or can tell me what's in it,"

Ari felt his life being drained, and it was painful. "Fuck!" he yelled. He wasn't done yet. "Aurora! Come forth!" Lexi reappeared and turned into a new beast. An ice serpent named Aurora. Her presence brought about a strong blizzard. Ari wasn't affected

However, before they could attack, they were hit with a wave of hellfire. Ari was blasted back, burning. Aurora blasted some water onto Ari, extinguishing the hellfire


Ari looked at Sandro and pointed his finger. "Winter tornado" An icy tornado formed and busted against the weak shield, with the power of the blizzard at his side. The shield cracked heavily. If hit, Sandro would be ripped to shreds by the ice shards inside


Ari had taken heavy damage. He was still in a much better place than Sandro, but he ached all over. His magic reserves were still going strong


The world took complete form now, but they were still standing on the remnants of the time rift. Where were they? In the air. HIGH in the air.

"Very well. Let me have a look." he said, as he approached the lich, slowly. He looked at the sinister book and said "I spent many years in the Abyss, and it does look quite demonic. I can recognize more than half of the runes, in fact." he added, being rather astonished and admiring the book. "It must hold great power within..." he added, as he looked up at the Lich, with the face of someone who had just seen a powerful ancient artifact, that shouldn't get into the hands of an irresponsible owner.

His new shield made, he looked around. "Lidine ala paryog!" He vanished in light, to appear next to Ari. "MUCH AS I ENJOY FIGHTING YOU "he shouted over the wind "I THINK WE BETTER CHECK WHERE WE ARE?" He said a few words, and a ring of energy formed around the two, making a shield over them both. Sandro was surrounded in black fire.

"He's gone…" she cried, falling to her knees. "The one good thing life gave me…" she cried.

Ari suddenly started falling. "Fuck my life!" He yelled. They were over the clouds. They gained velocity very fast


Ari didn't have enough magic to summon Shen-Long, Xocotzi wasn't made for altitudes that high, and they were moving far too fast to summon a magic potion so he could summon Shen-Long


There was no way in hell Sandro's shield would survive an impact of the crash. There they were, free-falling at an altitude that would turn them into a meteor


"I stand corrected, Sandro. I haven't used that much magic in a serious fight in a decade." Ari yelled. Neither of them had enough magic to take an impact that huge if they hit the ground


What would Ari do?
