Fantasy The Reckoning

Kira whimpered out of concern for her friends then frowned. What's with the weird noises? "Guys, just go! Now!" she barked, not caring if the man outside heard her. No way was he getting the upper hand. She wasn't going to let him have her friend and she would really test this death threat. Well, as soon as everyone was upstairs. "Please, just listen to me without question!" she growled, a bit dominant. Her body burned and she had to clutch the wall to keep from falling. The muscles in her legs...god, it felt like they were moving out of place. Then they'd stop. "Please," she whispered, out of breath and paling fast.

As Kira leaned on the wall, Dysis asked "Are...yo-" she couldn't finish due to a pain in her chest. Crying out, it felt as if her lungs were collapsing. Unable to breath, she soon became light headed. Leaning on the wall her vision dimmed. 'Im going to die' she though as the pressure on her chest increased. Right before she passed out, some of it let up, allowing for her to slowly gasp for breath through a slightly closed throat. Using the wall for for support Dysis stumbled her way over to the door. Glancing around, she was sure she was alone. Though, her pain numbed mind was hard processing anything at the moment, also making her slightly nauseous. Turning to the large door, she flung it open. Wondering what all the fuss was about.

Leo had turned up to the party late, as he had to walk all the way from his house which was situated at the other side of the town. He clenched his fists, recently he had been receiving shock like pains and aches all over his body... He dismissed them as growing pains and thought nothing of them since they were generally mild for now, not exactly hurting a lot, but the consistent pain annoyed him. "Ah this this it" he said to himself as he approached the house and entered the building with haste. He was late as it is and was getting later by each passing minute... Even by each second. As he made his way into the house he looked for Kira so he could greet her, but he couldn't find her, so instead he decided to grab a refreshment from the table and just speak to her later.

The pains in his body got progressively worse but again he dismissed them, he also began to feel a tad nauseous... "Shit, it must he that bug that's going around" he muttered as he took a sip of his drink. Leo looked around as the once nice/friendly atmosphere changed into an eerie one in relation to Kira's plees for everyone to go upstairs, he followed them and said nothing, finishing his drink and putting it in a nearby bin. "I wonder what's going on..." He said to himself, and with that he began to hear coughing, turning to see that this coughing was coming from Aero. He sighed, he didn't like the mood of the room and couldn't exaclty do anything in a futile attempt to brighten it as right at that moment the pains in his body worsened. From feet to his knees, his knees to his head, the pain worsened. "Gah.." Leo muttered as he clutched onto his head, what on earth was going on?

Aero was able to sense the gist of the situation and was slowly began to shuffle her way upstairs, her legs feeling like they were being slowly cut off by razor sharp knives. She got close to the stairs and slowly began limping up when-"ooassh". A flood of thick red liquid gushed out of her mouth and into the floor. Aerowen's fell to her knees, the mixture of her own blood and her lunch-a nutty salad spewing across the floor. When she thought it was finished, she paused for a second and slowly got too her knees before gasping and kneeling back down. Among the crimson vomit were four ivory shapes, small and slender. Reaching a gentle hand into her mouth, Aero felt along her gums with a single fingertip and nearly puked again. The tiny shapes in her spew were teeth and by the small dot of blood on her finger, they were growing back and sharper than ever.

Mason offers Ellie a small smile replying with "Yeah, best water in the world right here." He said taking another sip of his drink. Mason's eyes were glazed over. His usual soft hazel eyed look were replaced by a set which were too adventurous for their own good. Every few seconds his eyes would dart between Ellie and Kira to a completely unrelated corner of the room as if there was a third party unbeknownst to the rest of them. He gave off a small half smile as Kira took his hand from her hip and placed it on his glass, he wouldn't argue and placidly sipped on the water.

The sound of a phone ringing pierced his mind as sharp as the metallic scrape of metal across rough concrete. He placed the glass back down on the counter as the noise rang. His relinquishment of his glass had been a little too harsh as Mason could not only hear but feel the glass shattered as it made contact with the marble counter. Mason could not find the opportunity to apologize before Kira's growl came up from some depths of her stomach as the noise he'd clearly heard her make was not one a human was capable of. Mason was ready to protest, to demand to know whats wrong but the look in Kira's eyes was too familiar not to recognize even as his piercing headache resurfaced with a vengeance. It was her If you don't do what I say I'm going to kick you in the nuts look. He immediately took Ellie by the wrist nodding to Kira. "If you don't meet us upstairs in two minutes I'm coming back down."

Mason was fleet of foot for someone sporting a fever so intense is was a miracle he hadn't burst into flames. He looked back at the poor gentle redhead he was escorting by the wrist mournfully. "I'm sorry just bare with uuuu-holy shit!" His eyes for the first time tonight were not playing tricks on him, all of his friends doubled over in pain from what he could not longer brush off as a benign stomach bug. Mason turned back to Ellie with a stumbled prose as he'd nearly tricked over a leg of the couch, He could feel his muscles ache as getting up from simply stumbling was ranking high on one of the hardest things he's ever had to do. Bracing himself on Ellie's shoulder Mason aligned himself to make eye contact. "Get upstairs, I'm going to bring the others." He hacked weakly. His hazel eyes usually meant to convey compassion were now squinted desperation and also no longer completely hazel. Spots of vermillion were bleeding across the irises of his eyes.

The scruff of Leo's shirt would be yanked as Mason tried to escort him upstairs "Come on man, upstairs, upstairs." He hobbled with a weak grip on Leo's shirt. stumbling over by the first step to make it up the staircase he drug himself up for at least three steps before getting to Aero. "Oh my god, Aero we need to get you to the hospital." Mason pulled out his phone his weak digits failing to grip onto it. Mason's body followed suit going limp as he danced between consciousness and unconsciousness. A warm fluid spouted from his forehead trickling down across his brow, Mason's half aware thoughts made him assumed he'd cracked himself against the staircase but in reality something seemed to be forcing it's way out of the sides of his forehead.

Max wasn’t sure his mind could even comprehend the pain his body was in. It had become hard to stand. As his legs turned to pudding he toppled over, coughing uncontrollably. Looking around at his friends a sense of dread overcame him. He wanted to help them, but it was like his body was rebelling against him. A few strands of his hair had fallen from the loosening bun-like ponytail in his hair. But his appearance was the least of his worries right now. "Guys.." He said, his voice cracking before trailing off. Now even his voice was failing him. There was no sharper sense of betrayal than the mutiny of oneself. He couldn’t help it, he fell to his side, curling his body up. Despite everything he couldn’t help but smile. Something about the idea of a grown man lying in the fetal position, crying like a baby was funny to him. Even if it was himself, and despite how embarrassed he would be later. Right now, it was the only sense happiness he could find right now. It wasn't a viable distraction to the pain. His nostrils flared as the metallic scent of his blood filled the air. He shut his eyes. Something wasn't right, why did he like it? Why did the scent of blood seem so appealing to him? Suddenly he felt nauseous at the very idea. He attempted to shake the idea from his head. All he could do was press his head into the ground. Hoping to find some relief.

Ellie dropped the can of soda she was holding when Mason grabbed her wrist. What was happening? All of a sudden it seemed like there was a lot of commotion going on. As Mason rushed her to the stairs she could see everyone in pain or sick. Things felt almost in slow motion and 'it' was definitely happening again. There was no doubt in her mind any more. Part of her wanted to run, who knew what they would become or if they would try to kill her, running would be the smart choice right now. But they were her friends, the first real ones he'd had in a while and a bigger part of her didn't want to lose them besides they would probably need her.

Of course it was Mason who took charge, he could be pretty dependable when they needed him. Not knowing what else to do and realizing that being upstairs was probably a smart decision she ran to the top of the staircase. Looking back she saw Dysis open the front door but from her angle she couldn't see anyone there. Crouching down she watched and waited to see what was happening. More than anything she wanted to tell them what was going on with them and maybe get them into separate rooms until they knew for sure exactly what creature they were becoming and whether or not they were a danger to themselves or others.

Of course Ellie felt nothing, no change just like the last time. Not that she wanted to become some random inhuman creature but she hated being helpless. Rubbing her hands over the scars on her arms she remembered how terrible it felt to have her blood stolen from her. She would do anything to prevent that from happening. She shook her head free of her thoughts and snapped back to reality keeping her eyes locked on the door waiting for something to happen.

"God, what's happening?" she rushed up to her friends. "Guys, you need to get everyone who can't and get upstairs," she nodded Leo. Ellie seemed...good, as she ran past her to get upstairs. Healthy, if not scared to death of the situation before her. Mason slid to the floor next to her, coughing up a storm. "Mace!" she cried, sliding to her knees as the situation got worse and worse. Grabbing his phone, she dialed the police like he was, holding the phone between her shoulder and ear as she pulled her two friends with strength she never knew she had.

"Hello, yes, I need help. There's a gunman right outside my door and all of my friends are sick and hurt! Pierce Mansion. No, he hasn't shot anyone yet! I don't know why they're hurt! Yes! Yes, just PLEASE come!" she cried, dropping the phone as she got up the stairs. As she placed them next to Ellie, she fell to her knees, her body feeling like it was pulling itself apart.

Letting out an guttural and mutilated cry of pain, she lifted her head to Ellie, eyes glowing a deep silver and teeth feeling twice the size as before. Her eyes read fear and pain, reaching a clawed hand to her. "Help..." she coughed and collapsed on the ground, curling in on herself in pain. Make it stop, make it stop, MAKE IT STOP!

As Kira snarled at her, Dysis gave her a terrified look. What the hell was happening? She turned away, slowly crawling up the stairs as her vision blurred from lack of oxygen. As she reached the top, Dysis was Clutching her chest, it felt as if her lungs had been removed from her body. She was sucking in air, yet no relief was had. Then the skin on her legs began to crawl, as if something underneath was trying to force its way through. Giving a cry at the sudden pain, Dysis leaned on the wall, still clutching her chest, just wanting it all to end.

Aero would crawl her way up the stairs, moaning pitifully as the pain of her new teeth growing in overtook her. They pierced fiercely through her gums with a slight curve to them-like the teeth of a cat, Aero noticed. The pains of teeth became much more unnoticed when her skin started crawling, not even crawling but coming alive. Aero couldn't even take it anymore, using her faster growing and ridiculously sharp nails to rip off her shirt, scratching intensely all over her body. Her skin would get darker and darker and contrary to the scratching, softer until it felt like fur. "Ohhh...why is -is..ughh". Aerowen moaned loudly as her headache came back, trying to ignore it and keep crawling up the stairs.

The vague muffled voices of his panicked friends only barely managed to make it through the shield of demi-consciousness that has been swirling through Mason's mind ever since his foot touched against the stairs. He had lucid control of his body but for some unearthly reason his body wouldn't obey at leas not properly. When attempting to move his legs his fingers would respond, when he attempted to force himself up he could only feel his jaw clenching and unclenching. This culminated into what he could only assume looked like one of the most volatile seizures of all time to any outside watchers. His body wouldn't work yet he still felt the tips of his feet striking the stairs as if he were ascending them anyway.

Being laid down by the top of the stairs Mason could only convulse as every fiber of his muscles burned with an intense agony. One after another his convulsions would strike like trucks until finally he had a moment of reprieve. His muscles expanded allowing his body to carry oxygen for one long soothing breath. Just the relief of that one moment made Mason comforted that the worse was over. Then he burst into flames. It didn't register to overloaded mind until the flames were already steadily crackling at which point an incredible scream erupted from him it that reverberated through his frame. As his screams persisted, and they did, the flames wrapping around him fluctuated. The fires engulfed him and only him as every thing Mason's body came in contact with stayed in perfect condition.

Mason was lifted into the air by unseen force his body being thrown against a wall, pinned by something none of them could see. He attempted to roll to extinguish the flames but to no avail he only trashed about as his body steadily rose against the wall until he was now pinned directly against the ceiling defying the laws of gravity.

Kira looked up and screamed at the image of her friend on the wall. It scared her so bad that her claws, teeth and muscles snapped back into place. Her eyes stayed silver but she stood, backing against the banister. "M-Mason!" her knees went weak and she collapsed to the ground. No, stop this! Stop! This is a bad dream! Just a bad dream! Her body burned once more and she sobbed, letting everything just happen. Her body snapped and popped and muffled animal cries. Sitting straight, her body was transformed into a lean, tawny mountain lion that sat on its hind legs and gave a confused look. I- she tried to speak but only let out a little squeak. Frightened, she tried to stand but fell into the wall and cried out. Looking to her paws and seeing claws dig into her father's expensive wood flooring, she let out a cat scream that echoed in the forest.

Aushi had been around the forest, as gypsies foolishly do, wandering around. Her back pack was empty of the supplies she needed to survive, food, change of clothes, toiletries, but it did have a handy dandy police radio and her gun. She had spoken with the local police, having been interviewed for a spot only hours before sunset, and had taken the liberty of grabbing a police radio. The interview had gone great, and they had confessed she was getting the job, only needed to wait on references which she knew she'd be fine with, so she wasn't guilty about acting like a cop when she was one. So why was this future WPD rookie wandering around the forest in the middle of nowhere? She had no idea, really, perhaps old habits that she missed from her parents.

She was so unprepared for the trip through the forest that not only did she lack supplies, she lacked the proper clothing for it. She still wore the very professional looking clothing of the interview, it right out made her look like an agent, which had been the spot she was interviewing for in the first place, dress for the part you want, no? Still, it'd take years before the word Agent was followed by Garcia, she was ok with Officer for now. The night had been a gorgeous scene, worthy of the beautiful trees that decorated the sky. She was in bliss. The wind carried no songs, just he faint whispers of things you think are there... and a scream.

After a couple of more screams her radio decided that this was the time to interrupt, the radio was full of chaos. "Sick!-static-PAIN!-static-HELP!-silence-" She wasn't sure if it was pranks from the locals, or anything to take serious, but the screams that came from a closer location seemed to have taken priority in this gypsy cop. She dropped her basically empty bag and ran, a slight head ache forming behind her ears, completely ignored due to adrenaline. She was surprisingly close to the mansion, it had been a wonder how she hadn't seen it at all wandering around. With the screams and such going around, she wasn't willing to enter through the front door, where she hadn't noticed a man hid. Luckily for her she entered through a window! If it had an alarm, that would be ignored, she was a petty thief once, she can open a window. She opened the window just in time to hear Kira's call to the authorities.

With gun in hand her authoritative figure took possession of her demeanor and she carefully made her way towards the source of the chaos. Aiming her gun at the floor to avoid any unnecessary casualties, she was near the group when she shouted "WPD!" She didn't think clearly about anything else to say, she had been trained to be a cop in Spanish, and for now, how the screams were going, she didn't care about formalities.

Max just barely managed to push himself on to his knees. Blood was dripping from his mouth. It felt like razors were cutting through his mouth. He coughed a bit, just barely managing to lift his head. Using his hands to wipe the blood away from his mouth, he did his best to take in the surroundings. Due to the immense pain his vision was blurry. "What the..." He muttered. The sight before him was more than a little disturbing. He watched Mason, yet he wasn't entirely sure if he was hallucinating at this point. Maybe he had taken one too many painkillers before heading over here. Or maybe he was just going crazy. All of those seemed more likely than the truth. The shouts of his friends sounded as if they were going through a tunnel. He attempted to stand, pushing himself up with his feet, only to trip sending himself crashing a into the wall near his previous resting spot. Groaning, he pressed his bloodied palms against his head. Honestly, he had never felt so helpless in his life. Max felt himself losing conscientiousness. The only thing he could hear were animal cries? His body had gone completely limp. No matter how hard, they just wouldn't move. After a moment he just shut his eyes, letting the shear agony overtake him.

All outside sound was consumed by the roar for fire that burrowed into the depths of Mason's mind. The cadence of fire crackling sheered itself into his mind. At this point he had lost all perception of time, he had no idea how long he'd been invertedly pinned against the Mansion ceiling casting light down on the room like an incredibly noisy chandelier. Despite how much the flames grew as did Mason's screams they did not spread matching only his frame, not a single ember out of place. Eventually his throat was far too exerted to even continue to produce wails of agony. They were replaced by the sound of a woman announcing her affiliation with the WPD.

If she thought she was witnessing a grotesque spectacle only reserved for incredibly convincing moves she was about to receive another surprise literally dropping from above. The flames were suddenly extinguished leaving no trace of their existence in the manor, the only evidence as to the roaring demonic fires that embraced Mason were the changed individual they left behind. The weight of Mason's fall crushed a particularly expensive looking wooden counter which housed even more lavish looking vases and decorative pieces.

Large leather wings bat like in nature were wrapped around Mason's nude form as they originated from his back. His screams had finally been hushed as now only the placid face of one simply thankful to have been allowed rest from his torture remained. The flames seemed to have burned everything off him save him actual body. What he lacked in proper clothing he gained in the form of small horns each about two inches in length erupting from both sides of his forehead. With a labored groan Mason managed to pick himself up off the ground long enough to fall back one knee. Mason had always been in pretty good shape but after his episode on the roof he seemed to have toned up considerably as his body probably now only consisted of 5% body fat.

He looked over confused and still groggy to the sound of the voice that had called out that she was from the police department. "Oh god, are they alright?" He asked hoarsely as he seemed to struggle to open his eyes.

Leo watched the scene before him with wide eyes, he was probably more shocked than he was scared but you could tell the fear on his face. Everyone around him was screaming in some form of agony... And the cause was unknown. He looked around with the intention of helping somebody when the pains in his body got worse, a lot worse. He could feel all of the muscles in his body tensing unnaturally, he fell to the floor, dropping his mobile as he did and slowly moved himself to sit up against the wall. The pain was excruciating, he now knew that these weren't growth pains. Leo joined in with his friends as they screamed in complete agony, his vision began to blur but he could still see. Leo tried to stand up but he couldn't move his legs, they just hurt too much. Leo watched the scene with Mason in shock, turning to where Kira was only to see a lion in her stead, or maybe that was Kira? He didn't know at present.

Progressively, the pains got worser than ha had ever got, he clenche his head in an attempt to stop the pain or at least calm it down but it didn't work, he coughed up blood that looked very... Silvery, although because he was too focused on the pain he took no notice. He screamed in agony, it felt like every muscle in his body was exploding. However, after a minute or so of the worse pain in his life it stopped and he sat there with no energy whatsoever. He saw a few of his friends change into something and was terrified, "Why is this happening?" He asked himself in his head, since he didn't have the energy to speak. Leo put his hand on the table next to him for support as he slowly began to stand up but as he did the table broke into pieces, Leo fell again as he looked at his hand in shock. He sighed in relief when the gun wielding cop entered the mansion, at least they were safer now

As her friends made it to the top of the stairs, mostly by dragging themselves or crawling, Ellie had backed up a bit to give them space but she could still clearly see them. She watched closely as her friends began changing. Mason had burst into flames and was screaming in agony, she knew he'd be okay soon and she knew exactly what he was changing into. Ellie had seen this all before. Kira was obviously some sort of shifter, she had transformed into a mountain lion. Aero also seemed to be shifting into something with fur. It was hard to tell with the others, Max was dripping blood from his mouth but that could be a few different creatures, she'd have to wait and see. L had no idea what was happening with Leo or Dysis, she'd have to wait and see for them too.

Out of what seemed like nowhere a girl showed up yelling that she was the police. Great, L thought, if she was going to stay human she would be in danger too. At this point Mason seemed to be coming out of it, and by it she meant that the fire was coming to a stop... and he appeared to be naked. She couldn't really see a whole lot, luckily his wings were covering him.

Quietly she opened a random closet door and fortunately saw towels, big fluffy white towels. Ellie piled a bunch in her arms for her friends. First she threw one at Mason's feet, "Here you go," she said not waiting for him to answer before throwing one to Max who now had blood on his forehead from coughing into his hands and then holding his head. She put the rest of the towels in a neat pile on the floor in case anyone needed more.

Once things calmed down she would explain what was happening to all of them. That is if they weren't all arrested or killed first.

Dysis was nearly unconscious due to lack of oxygen when pain erupted along her legs. They appeared to be melding together, with black scales pushing up an out of the skin. It was quite gruesome. It was quite painful. And no, she didn't enjoy it. Obviously. As she this was happening, waves of nausea started to pass over her like high tide. The only thing that kept her from retching was the lack of air and energy.

Though her vision was blurry, she thought she saw Mason erupt in...flames? Then, watching Kira she could have swore she shifted into a mountain lion. Looking to Areo, was she covered in fur?! What the fuck what happening?!?!? The confusion not helping her condition, Dysis closed her eyes and let the pain, nausea and migraine consumed her.

Once the pain ebbed, only leaving her whole body throbbing, her numbed brain racked with dull pain and her stomach wanting to destroy its left with the vomit that lay within. Slowly opening her eyes, her vision blurry and going soft slightly around the edges. Things have appeared to calmed down...somewhat. There was a cop, wonderful. A yowling mountain lion, lovely. And a Mason in the nude with wings, amazing.

Now noticing that she could feel anything below her waist, Dysis directed her attention to herself. Fist thoughts? 'Fuck. Me.' Second? 'Okay, Mason got wings, Kira's a freaking mountain lion, I'm a fish, how the hell does that make sense?' And third 'Wait...aren't I going to suffocate?...shit' and as she predicted, Dysis couldn't breath.

Aero exhaled softly as the pain faded away from a second, her body collapsing against the stairs with relief. With her eyes widening as she looked up at Dysis-to see whatever the hell was happening, she'd reach out a hand uselessly to her, " D-dys-AAAAAAAUUUHH!". Aerowen couldn't help screaming as these pains came back, her body laying splayed across the stairs with her limbs being stretched out so far, they popped out of her sockets, the burning in her eyes came back horrifically until they evened out to-oh, God her eyes were pink. The left was a light doll pink and the right was hot pink. Aero's screaming stopped as her face cracked and curved, a muzzle, different eyes shape and overall facial feline feautures took its place.

When it was all said and done, a huge black panther was lounging across the stairs. Aero's."new body" still shook and jittered across the stairs like she was having a seizure but after a minute it stopped. Then she was hungry. It's hard enough shifting into a large carnivorous feline but imagine shifting into a large carnivorous feline and being a strict vegetarian your whole life. It hurts like a bitch. Aero flailed about, her wickedly sharp claws scratching the walls and roared menacingly but with a hint of confusion and terror, her human mindset not clicking as well with the animal one as Kira's.

Dust heard the noise coming from inside and the first thought shat came to his throbbing mind was, 'Trouble...'. Dust swiftly moved to a window that was, thankfully, unlocked. He lifted it up and snuck inside. He needed to move fast. Dust tapped into Kira's house line and knew that she called the cops. Moving silently throughout the house, he heard the noise coming from upstairs. Roaring? There was scratching on the walls as well. What was going on? Dust could hardly think. Damn this headache was unbearable. Dust walked up the stairs slowly. When he got to the second floor his eyes fell upon a series of unexplainable phenomena. Then he spotted Dysis turning into a... fish? Dust swiftly took out his pistol and pointed it at the two big cats. "No one is to make a single move, understand?" He spoke calmly. Despite his shock and confusion, his expression remained perfectly cool and collected. In an upright and authoritive posture, Dust made his way to Dysis. It was bad, she was suffocating. Wait... that's right, she was turning into a fish. Dust picked her up. 'Think... think... pool! Where is the pool?!' Dust thought, quickly moving back to the stairs, keeping the gun aimed at the others to make sure they didn't go after him. He made his way down the stairs and kicked open the door to the back yard of the house. Pool... where was the pool. The Pierce family was certainly rich enough to have a rather large pool. Finally spotting it, he ran to it and set her into the water. Dust sat down near the pool, suddenly hit by a wave of nausea. He doubled over and vomited. What was wrong with him? What was happening?

Looking to the staircase, a figure moved towards her. Squinting, Dysis though her numbed mind was playing tricks on her. As he neared, she managed to murmur in a confused tone "Aron?" Though she want sure if he had heard her because he quickly picked her up. His skin felt warm, he must be feeling these odd effects as well. Aron soon ran with her down the stairs and to the back of the house and kicking open the door. Running over to the pool, he quickly set her in the water.

The feeling she got as she sank deeper into the pool was the most uncomfortable thing she had ever felt in her life. As the gills along her sides began defusing water, letting oxygen into her bloodstream, Dysis still felt as if she was drowning. The act of not filling her lungs was terrifying. Wanting to relieve herself of this, Dysis attempted to swim upward...which just ended in her flailing around due to not knowing how to work the damn thing.

Seeing a man she only thought was the gunman, as he was in her house and she had no idea who it was, Kira snarled as he picked up a very fish-like Dysis. NO! She tried to form with her new-acquired maw, it actually sounding a bit like no. As she skittered, nails sliding helplessly on the polished wood, she could see what appeared to be an unmarked cop, holding a gun and yelling WPD. Seems legit. Kira rolled her eyes, startled by how...Human her thoughts were. Honestly, she thought she'd be thinking of killing rabbits and shit as a Mountain Lion but no. She just had to have Human memory when she saw Mason's butt!

Balancing atop the first stair, Kira leapt to the bottom, over two or three throwing up/bloody teens on her stairs. Somehow, she managed to keep to her paws down here and propelled out the door, racing towards the man on the side of her pool. Did he just put Dysis in the pool?! She's going to drown in her condition! Using her already moving body, she slammed into his crouching figure, sending them both above Dysis and into the pool. At first, Kira seemed okay. Then she flipped shit. I'm in the fucking pool with no hands and feet. Holy fucking shit, I think I'm drowning. Oh my god, oh my god, oh my- She stopped having a mental breakdown as she flailed to the surface. She mountain lion-paddled towards Dysis and dove down, taking her shirt as gently as she could in-between her teeth. God, am I fucking Beethoven or what?! Breaking the surface once more, she splashed her way to the shallow end, able to move easier as her hind paws were able to touch the ground. Setting Dysis on the stairs, since she looked like a fish and maybe would be okay in there, she clawed her way out of the water, looking a bit like Rasha from the movie Aladdin.

As Kira pulled her out of the water, Dysis snarled "What the fuck are you doing, Nala?" Dragging herself back into deeper water, she managed to make her way over to her brother. Grabbing him, she pulled him to the surface. Dragging him to the stairs, Dysis let him go. Now, one would notice how similar the two looked. Both having slightly sharp features, blue eyes and dark hair. Looking to Aron she commented "So...long time no see?" Him being here reminded her of their parents. Clenching her jaw, she forced the memories out of her mind. This wasn't the time for a family reunion. Turning to Kira, she casted her a venomous look that obviously meant that Dysis would hurt her if she touched him.

Out of anger, Kira snarled and clawed the water in front of her, retreating back in case Dysis decided to drown her. What the heck?! This guy has a gun, threatens your friends life, tries to drown you in the pool and you get mad at me?! Kira was sitting on land, yowling and growling loudly, fur sopping wet as she paced back and forth. Obviously we need to talk about true friends because I'm the perfect example! I dive in to save you from some crazy lunatic and you decide the best way to repay me is by cursing at me and calling me Nala?! No way, José!

@Zafirah

Kira spun and ran inside, able to walk normally on the pavement. Let them have their weird ass reunion. I hope they both drown, she spat angrily, charging the panther. She smelt like Aero, and it would make sense since the last time she saw her other-only bestfriend (oh, she has more than enough words at Dysis to put her in the doghouse) was covered in black fur. Kira huffed, that weird sound lions make when they see each other. Hoping she wouldn't claw her face off, Kira touched her nose to the panther's, whiskers moving across her.

Suddenly, Dust was body slammed into the pool. It wasn't until Dysis had pulled him out that he realized it becoming harder and harder to breath. He was drench and he looked at himself, suddenly realizing that his legs were melting together into... what the fuck? It was like frigging mermaid shit. Dust was panicking but his wide eyed, speechless expression was all he could muster as his lower body turned into a large, scaled fin. Dust dragged his way back into the water, flopping around in the water because he wasn't used to his changing body. Finally, Dust regained his bearings by grabbing onto the ledge of the pool. He brushed his hair to the side and placed all of his soaked equipment to the side. Dust, to his surprised noticed his hands were webbed. This was way too weird. Taking a deep breath, he looked at Dysis, her dark hair, pale blue eyes, and oddly similar facial features. No doubt this was the same Dysis, his sister, from three years ago. But now that he was finally with her... he didn't exactly know what to say.

"Ahem... I'd prefer it if you called me Dust... for confidential reasons," he said, mentally facepalming himself immediately afterwards. 'Is this how you're going to greet your sister after disappearing on her for three years?!'

"Ah.. yeah. Long time no see," Dust said, awkwardly. It was hard talking casually when you hardly ever get into normal conversation with anyone while making sure nobody knows you exist. "How you been?" He asked, not sure what else to say at the moment. God, he sucked at greeting people, much less his own sister.
