Fish maintained eye contact with the large satyr as he stood, nodding back at him in gratitude for his response, then glanced around the room. She wasn't sure what to make of the demonic-looking being, with his silence and all of the emotional composure of a toddler. His transparency, however, was a welcome simplicity after being unceremoniously (although the party could be considered an informal initiation of sorts) thrust into an organization she knew nearly nothing about. The changes to her form were welcome-- her gills looked as if they'd be fully functional, and wearing a swim cap becomes unnecessary once you're bald-- but she would have to learn more about the institution before dedicating herself to it. Blinking, Fish realized she might as well start that quest for knowledge with getting to know her new colleagues.
"D'ya have a name, big guy?" She craned her neck back to meet his eyes once more. "I'm Fish, now. I used to have another name, but the past's the past. Gotta appreciate the present," she said, more-so reassuring herself than him. "And how about your friend over there?" She asked, motioning towards the rocky figure standing next to her new acquaintance. She took a step back, simply so she'd be able to fit both of them in her view at once.
