Fantasy The Final Battle

Scylla slightly gag at hearing the name that banished her to earth. But besides that, she already knows that's need to know about Gavreel. "I don't need to know anything about Gavreel, Milicent." She simply rubs the back of her helmet. "So, I would like to know more about Beezelbub. In any case, it would give this war more prospective."

@CharmyPie

Milicent frowned lightly.

"Forgive me. I will not speak his name again." She turned around and walked down the passageway, grabbing a torch on her way. It was dark and dusty. Cobwebs and dust filled the place. If Milicent could sneeze, she would have.

"Would you…" she began shyly. "Would you tell me about you?"

@Angelostar4

Scylla just let the woman led the way with the torch in her hand. She was trying her best to not sneeze, but eventually she had to, so sneeze in her inner elbow. "Me? Well, i'm a Valkyrie of course... and I have a younger sister." Scylla says rather quickly. "I had a mother, and.... I don't remember much else. It's all quite hazy you see." As Scylla tries to remember more about herself, it was hazy after all. Could only remember bits and pieces of her childhood, but after that... it was all clear.

@CharmyPie

"Now would be a good time as ever to ask why Milicent keeps calling me Luna... wait a minute... i've already asked" She just shake her head, and the black feathers on her helmet sway just a bit from it. "I don't mind you calling me Luna. If that's what you perfer to call me, I have no problems with it." She looks up to the ceiling of this passageway, not really looking at Milicent at all.

@CharmyPie

"Your soul speaks to me. The feeling you give me is exactly the same. But alas, you are not her." She smiled sadly. The idea of Luna being dead did not appeal to her. She continued walking to the chapel.

The were faces with a wooden door with holy runes. It burned the vampire a bit, but nonetheless, she opened it. Half the room was bright, the other was dark. Upon entering, the candles lit themselves up. The room shined brighter. But the dark sie remained dark.

"She used to be pure. She used to be holy."

@Angelostar4

"Ahhh... I see then." Scylla says as she walk through the door, which was layed with holy runes. As Scylla took in the view of the painting that was in front of her, this Beezelbub figure look simply... wonderful. "Why could cause such a figure to fall from grace this heavily?" She says to herself.

@CharmyPie

Scylla crosses her arms, and continues to look at the portrait in front of her. "I guess this lady was the mother of all sin then" She says while squinting her eyes at it. "But, I firmly believe that no sin is bad in the slightest... just indulge in it lightly as all..." Scylla turns her head to Milicent.

@CharmyPie
"She was corrupted. She became a slave to darkness, and through her, chaos, sin, darkness, impurity spread throughout. All because man loved her brother more." She turned to the darkside of the room. She walked towards it and it lit itself. There was Beezelbub now, in all her darkness.

Scylla uncrossed her arms, and took a step a back from the sudden transformation. "Ah... that's... that's just horrible." Scylla says under her breath. Her face was just purely in awe. "So, this what extreme jealousy can do to such a person? I-I can't really believe this." She looks at Milicent. "Why? Why did they love... 'that' man more than her?"

@CharmyPie

The vampire sighed and shook her head.

"I wish I knew. She spent all her life, just wanting to be… his equal. Maybe she finally got tired. Maybe this is why war is upon us. I wish not to partake of this war. My existence was long supposed to be gone." She smiled sadly.

@Angelostar4

Scylla just look away from the portrait. "All because one person wanted to be the top dog, and wouldn't want to share the spotlight." She let out a smile and stare at the young woman. "Tell me. Is the reason why you don't want to be known... is because you still care for this Luna person?"

@CharmyPie

The vampire sighed lightly, a smile on her face.

"I don't think I belong to this world, is all. I've missed a lot, I feel. This world doesn't feel the same anymore." She grinned.

"Luna has been gone for a long time, I am sure." She looked back at the portraits of the Queen of Hell again

@Angelostar4

"Huh... well, i'm sorry for prying then." Scylla began to walk towards the passageway. "I guess that's enough in this area, don't you think Milicent?" Her face was showing a rather neutral expression on her face. "Now I feel slightly bad for slaying those demons... nah! I still love killing them and making them suffer somewhat. Entertainment at it's finest for one such as myself."

@CharmyPie

Milicent nodded. She took a chalice from the altar and drank. Afterwards, she headed out the door slowly. Her mouth was slightly bloody.

"If you dont mind, I'd like to make a stop somewhere." She smiled lightly. Her eyes were brighter than before. She continued walking down the passageway. "I'd like to see Luna's room."

@Angelostar4

"Sure, as long as the visit doesn't take too long." Scylla narrows her eyes at the blood that was on her lips, not to mention her brighten eyes. "The chalice must gave her an energy boost... no matter." Scylla thought as she follows the girl out of the room into the hallway once again. "To be honest, i'm quite intrigue on what this room holds"

@CharmyPie

The vampire walked in silence out of respect to her deceased love. She walked back out to the hallway and headed deeper into the castle. She reached a door, covered in vines.

"I don't think she wants me in here." She sighed. The witch hated Milicent most of all. Regardless, she pushed against the door, breaking the vines.

The room was bright and almost magical. At the far side, was a woman's body encased in glass. It was clean… it was like time itself froze in the room.

"Luna…" she walked towards the glass casket and stared at the body… an exact replica of Scylla.

@Angelostar4

Nothing could prepare Scylla for the sight that she would bare witness to. She was in utter confusion, shock, and just... bewilder. Clenching her teeth, she touches the glass casket. "She looks like me... but, she isn't me." She thought as her hands drift down on the glass casket. Scylla couldn't handle looking at this sight before her, so she turns her body around. "So, that's her..." She says slowly. "Kinda of looks like... me."

@CharmyPie

The vampire nodded, even though she knew that her guest couldn't see her. She stared at Luna's body. Lifeless. She thought. We're the same, Luna… but you're peacefully sleeping, and I'm left forever to suffer. Milicent put the chalice on the class casket and leaned to kiss it. I'll see you again tomorrow.

"And you feel like her too." She said as she got up. "But you aren't her." She stepped beside Scylla and nudged her. Her icy cold skin touching hers. "Are you alright?"

@Angelostar4

A beam of light from heaven hit earth. It hit on the ground in a lake. There was a patch of land in the middle with a single tree. Gavreel appeared under the tree and inhaled the air.

"Fresh Air.." He said with a smile "One that doesnt have the stench of darkness"

He then sat and looked at the water. He saw tons of mythical creature around the lake. He knew there a fight has occurred among the men of beezelbub, explaining the lack of demons at earth.

"You need to heal" Gavreel said as he touched the soil.

Scylla could feel the woman's cold skin on her arm, which snaps her out of her bewilderment. She looks over to Scylla, still looking somewhat confused. "Yes... i'm fine." Scylla slowly but surely, walks out of the room. "I feel sick to my stomach... why? I never felt this before!"

It was around five horrible hours into the search that one of Narcisse's hands finally saw the spear.

Saw was the keyword here - it was there, no doubt, the bright gold pattern immediately gave it away, but it was stuck between several corpses. No one had the slightest idea how the weapon got there, but it didn't matter. The real issue lied in getting it out there.

Expectedly, it seemed an easy task at first - "Pssht, it's just corpses-" - until Narcisse actually tried lifting one of them and instantly got his fingers crushed when it fell down before he could even get it up an inch. After several minutes of confused and pained screaming from his side, he assembled every single one of his hands and then tried again.

That time, he recalled fondly, it landed on his foot.

And after another several minutes of angry screaming he figured that lifting anything was probably not the best course of action. First question he asked himself was why exactly two bodies could weigh as much as ten tonnes, and, unsurprisingly, he didn't find the answer and moved on to the next. Narcisse proceeded to ponder how exactly he would manage to get the spear now.

Lucky for him, he found the solution after five minutes of pondering and a broken toe; simply roll the bodies over. One part of him wanted to slap himself on the forehead for not thinking about it sooner, and the other was just glad that he wouldn't break his spine, too. And so, Narcisse held the weapon in his hands, grinning from ear to ear when he noticed it wasn't burning at all. There had been no doubt that he had good intentions from the get go, but this confirmation should be enough to finally make the angel believe him.
