Fantasy The Final Battle

The humans were in chaos, realizing what has happened.

"W-what are you doing?!" Some of them drew their swords and attempted to fight. Marcy dropped the drained body.

"Sorry… but… it hurt." She pouted at Scylla. Her eyes were a bright red again.

@Angelostar4

The Valkyrie drew out Levantine, and points the black blade at the humans, while still looking at Milicent. "If hurts so much..." She then looks at the humans with a smirk on her face. "How about you show me how much it hurts, on these humans... Shall we?"

@CharmyPie
The vampire grinned and gave her a nod. She chased after one who ran away and dragged him back. She drained him, slower this time.

She took his hand and made a portal back to hell.

"Well that was unexpected and unplanned. Hmmm. At least Gavreel didn't try to kill me... not yet anyway."

She sighed.

"I wont ever understand the light."

She looked at Zedekiel and gave him a smile. Darker
Walking through the portal with the Queen of Heel, Zedekiel said, "I hoped he wouldn't do such thing in a moment like that." After her sigh, he smiled softly, "It isn't hard to understand his outburst. A being, most likely without understand the very situation of the world at large, inflicted pain upon him after possibly baseless accusations while having bouts of insanity." He shrugged slightly before offering her a softer smile.

As for his poor soul, one might wonder how it isn't still at its darkest. If Zedekiel was one to have a deeper understanding of souls, he would also wonder that. It was clearly darker... but it seemed one hell of a soul to not be a thing of pure doomy pitch black corruption thingy.

(Corruption thingy omg xD )

Zel simply sighed.

"You know, love, I'm starting to doubt my dear brother. He's… hmmm… seemingly much more cruel now. How odd. It's like our roles have been reversed." The Queen of Lies and Deceit said.

She looked at Zedekiel and gave a small smile.

"Will you pledge your alliance to me, and stay by my side?"

(How else to explain it! *stares at the pledge thing* Alliance not allegiance? >.>)

If there was a word to describe Zedekiel's reaction to the word 'love', it was surprise. Then again, it isn't always that such long lived being gets surprised, so he took a few moments in brief daze as he looked at her. The Fallen Archangel of Mercy smiled and said, "It is truly strange, certainly. Hopefully, something isolated." He sighs softly at her request, before smiling at her, squeezing her hand for a moment before saying, "Beelzebub, Queen of Hell, beautiful being of many titles, may I forever be by your side, for as long as Humanity is kept safe from those of your side. For regardless of how amiable you are to me, both of us know how treacherous certain demonic beings can be, and regardless of how much I may offer you, a long time ago, I promised to protect Humanity, to shield it from harm."

(Allegiance* omg haha)

The Queen of hell smiled at such flattery.

"I already told you that my children will not behave. They, too, need to feed."

She sighed.

"Such a conflict, this is."

"A few of your children preying on a few humans, is understandable. Without foes Humanity will turn more and more upon itself. All that would be disliked is something such as a massive offensive coordinated by Archdemons and the like." Zedekiel smiled softly at her, "The way it has been since our contract, has been not been perfect for all, as I can understand the pain it brings to your children." He sighed quietly, "But I am sure they can find their ways to obtain the food they need. If they cannot, may they misbehave for survival."

She grinned at the odd fallen angel. She will never tire of how he freely talks to her, when she can burn him exactly where he stands.

But she sighed.

"When this war ends, and if I win, the earth would love me again. All shall love the queen, and she will be as beautiful as the dawn."

The Fallen Angel smiled at her for in his mind his life was forfeit the moment he made the contract, anything beyond that moment was already a victory for the Fallen Angel. His smile warmed slightly before he said, "But aren't you as beautiful as the dawn already?"

"What you see is an image. This was not who I am. I used to be… hmmm, good."

She smiled to herself.

"Then through me, all was made. Corruption, Freedom, sin…" she trailed off.

"I know what I see and I know what is, but what was made through you was not pure evil. The same way you witnessed your brother isn't purely good. Though I suspect you already understand the later." He squeezed her hand gently and asked, mostly probably hoping for sincerity, "If you could be, good as you were once upon the time, would you let yourself change?" He smiled softly at her

The Queen of Hell smiled devilishly. Her eyes were wide, showing the madness within. She laughed. It sounded, eerie, wrong, sinister… evil.

"I wouldn't have changed a thing."

She stared into Zedekiel's eyes and saw his soul.

"I call to your soul. May the darkness of the Queen corrupt it through and fro. Let it wring out the horrid light in your eyes. I set you free from the poisonous light, fallen archangel of mercy. Be reborn into the darkness."

And then they were both engulfed in fire.

"Forget everything before this, my love."

She smiled sadly as she whispered.

"I hoped it could go another way..." Zedekiel smiled sadly as he looked back into her eyes. Though he couldn't put it into words, specially while surrounded by hellfire, he knew that there were things that couldn't be forgotten even if his self was erased. At least, he hoped so.

But under the hellfire, as darkness corrupted his soul, his memories faded one by one. From the early moments when he was still and archangel along Haven to his times as a fallen angel through Astia to even his last moments in hell. In the end, even that last spark of light deep within his soul was extinguished.

The Fallen Angel of Mercy was no more; for at that moment he was reborn as... Zedekiel... a being that was more of a demon than his former fallen self. He seemed to be much like he once was on first sight, and on second as well, but it was clear that he was different from before. His eyes no longer had a shred of the light they once had. Even his aura was overflowing with darkness, albeit briefly, something like that couldn't be called a fallen angel any longer.

He was now Zedekiel, the Demonic Archangel of Mercy.

@CharmyPie

Though Zedekiel seemed to be in a daze briefly, as soon as his name was called. He looked at her, and gave her a smile, much like the one he used to give her, "My Queen, are you unwell?"

@CharmyPie ;~;

The Queen smiled. A tear escaped her eye. She wiped it quickly and faced the archdemon of corrupted mercy.

"I am." She smiled sweetly.

"Are you alright? How are you feeling?"

(*crying*)

(He did ask unwell. ;~; Don't let the tears hide letters from you.)

Seeing her sweet smile, Zedekiel relaxed, "I... see. I am well... I feel..." He pondered over something for a moment before looking at the back of his hands, opening and closing them, "I feel strong."

(*continues crying* sorry ; - ; )

Beezelbub grinned playfully and nodded.

"You always have been strong. You just needed a push and a guide." She paused. "If you listen carefully, you can hear the cry of the creatures of the earth from hell."

@Archene

Zedekiel smiled at her and said, "Thank you for the guidance." After the pause and the words that followed it, he quieted down, closed his eyes and tried to listened to the cries of the creatures of Astia. Soon enough, he opened his eyes and spoke to the Queen, "...There is much suffering there."

@CharmyPie (*hugs more* BeeZELbub by the way? :I Always thought it was Belzebub :I)

(even Im not sure anymore HAHA)

The Queen smiled at her child.

"We will eradicate the world that causes pain and suffering. And we will create a new. There will be no tears, only love and happiness."

She promised.

@Archene

Zedekiel smiled back at his Queen, A world without suffering... Even though the Archdemon had strange, probably mixed about the thought, but he knew that the Queen had her ways, "May a new world be made soon, My Queen."

@CharmyPie (But Zel's yours, how can you not know?)
