The Dark, Demented, and Twisted

"If you would be so kind as to, then yes please. Though, I don't know when would be best," Kiki said, looking with concern at Marci, "Well, would now be a good time to head over there? Or are you going to wait longer?" Kiki's tail flicked behind her, thinking about the mental ramifications that could occur.

"Actually, I was going to refuse your request outright." Zaero said plainly and without a hint of remorse.

( xD I feel like this is one of those times in an anime where someone is talking really quickly (Kiki), and then someone else who is really stone-faced (Zaero) is just like "No." xD )

Amber had grown tired of the gardens. She wasn't sure if she wanted to go back inside.

.She had set off a few people, and they seemed to be just fine with out her. Like she said, they would be there a while. She might as well be nice. She hummed and twirled on her way back inside, enjoying her beautiful, natural habitat. Nature. She quietly entered the house, smiling to the people she had seen on her way.

She did not want to try to talk to any of them yet though. She figured she could talk to Rin and the his other room mate, but they seemed to like there solitude and sleep. She made her way to her room and shut the door behind her. She wished she could of packed things. Her room was cold and barren. She layer on the bed and stared at the ceiling. She drifted in and out of sleep, thinking about the events of the day.

( xD I know right? haha)

"Ok," Kiki said simply, hopping down off of his shoulder. "I will find another way then. Somehow, she has to remember, and if you can't help, then so be it." Kiki began padding away, back towards Marci.

Zaero grabbed Kiki's tail and held on tightly. "You aren't going anywhere. And you're definitely not going to find a way to remove that memory spell. That would be going against His rules." Zaero said with a glance upwards.

Kiki floated to relieve pressure on her tail and glared at Zaero, "One, it isn't polite to grab a cat by its tail. Two, how are you going to stop me? And three, then please, explain to me what I SHOULD do then. My witch lost her memory, not of natural means, and I am her familiar. I am not just a simple cat as you have noticed, so a simple stop would have sufficed. Oh, and one more thing, please, I implore you. Explain to me what his rules against this are." Kiki balanced herself on the hand holding her tail and glared.

Zaero was not one to stand for affronts to his authority. In a voice of deadly calm, he replied, "I am aware that you are not a simple cat, but you are a very willful familiar. Also, how am I going to stop you? There are a myriad of ways. Most of them are not pleasant for you. Remember, I am an archangel, as you have noticed. No matter how much you tell me to remember and respect your power, I will always have superiority. Nothing you have can threaten me, not after my bout with dear brother Lucy." In a slightly less threatening tone, he explained the rules. "Father has decreed that we may only alter memories if it is to hide the presence of angels, fix an obvious detrimental effect, or..." Zaero wasn't sure if Kiki would like the last rule. However, he decided to say it anyway. "... or to prepare someone for being smitten by me, the embodiment of The Divine Wrath of God."

Kiki growled at Zaero, "I don't care who you are or what you are. I need to fix her. As for that, fixing an obvious detrimental effect, it IS that. Her not remembering could cause problems. What if she loses control of one of her abilities? Or what if things from the past come back to...erm... haunt her? It would not just affect her, it would affect the people around her. Besides! If I find a way to fix her memory, without your help, what do you care? You said that "Father has decreed that we". WE meaning angels. I am not an angel!" Kiki pulled at her tail, trying to release it from his grasp.

The creature's struggling did nothing to stop Zaero. "I never mentioned my meaning of "we". It refers to all of Father's creations, including you. If you did anything, I would be obligated not only to reverse it, but to punish you. The reason I can't punish whoever did cast the spell is because of its dark origins. The spell was cast not by a creation of my father's but of my brother's, Lucifer."

Kiki stopped struggling and floated again, muttering something unintelligible before speaking again, "Fine. What if she can convince Razeal over there to let her take a look into her own past with that book of his? It wouldn't be fixing it, per say, just helping it fix itself. Oh, but please release my tail, I would rather prefer not to use other methods to get my tail loose. I won't bolt, you would simply catch me again." Kiki looked at her poor tail, then back to Zaero.

Zaero let go of Kiki's tail, but not because of her empty threats. "I'm afraid you can't do that either. The real secret is no one can understand the Book of the Universe besides Father, me, my archangel brethren, and the book's keeper, Razeal. In addition, we are not to speak to a person about events that pertain to them, whether it be past or future. The fact is, whoever did this had incredibly detailed knowledge of the rules of Heaven. That does not bode well... another entry in my report to Michael I suppose." he said.

(Debating on making a fallen angel charrie to cause conflict. Good idea? :3)

Kiki licked at her tail and stayed floating in front of Zaero, "Well, Heaven must suck at keeping rules hidden from those... well... not in Heaven. You may want to fix that, dark creature or not, it isn't a good thing." Kiki decided she was done floating and sat on his shoulder again, actually quite interested in the conversation.

Khal has grown rather agitated as he walked the corridors and decides he best return to his room. He walks into the shadows and appears within his room. Looking around, he takes in the red and black colored walls and furniture, all with gold details and trims. "Fits me so well," he smiles before he lays down on the bed. As he just lays there, shadows stream off his body, some going under the door and into the corridor.

Samyaza strolls into the asylum building, the guards tried to throw him in, but he.... modestly refused. As soon as he was in he smirked and spoke to himself, "Oh, an angel and an archangel are already here. How fun. It seems I am late for the party." Yaza looks around, wondering where everyone is and decides to lean against a wall in the main room and wait.

(I have to go to bed. It's like 3:30 in the morning where I am. Plus, Razeal isn't online, and he is probably gonna want to meet with Samyaza too. So, I'll respond around noon tomorrow. Good night.)

Sage glanced around the pretty plain room that she seemed to be stuck in. She gracefully stood and tried to leave, only to find that the door had been locked from the outside. "Well, that's no fun.." She muttered, moving backwards and sitting cross-legged in the middle of the floor. Sage closed her eyes and seconds later, an astral projection of her appeared on the other side of the door. The projection glanced behind herself at the door for a moment before walking down the hallway in search of anyone else.

Amber decided it was finally time to face them. Not to mention the shadows radiating under her door didn't help her fall asleep. She thought she could hear a new voice too. She slowly made her way down the hall. She rolled her eyes. "Here we go. Just be nice... and the will be nice to you." She found her way back into the room and saw all the familiar faces. With a new one added.

She looked at everyone taking in facial expressions, seeing peoples feel and reaction to her in the room. She looked over at the new person. She smiled yet again and waved. If he wanted to know her name he would ask. She went over and sat down in a chair and watched and listened to what had been going on.

The shadows that are connected to his body see the projection. Khal stands up, absorbing the shadows, and walks out of his room. "Well hello there, you seem lost...and immaterial," mischievous smile. "Care to share the location of your body so we can speak face to face?" He crosses his arms and stares at the projection intently, waiting for an answer.

Razeal wiped the soot from his face that the ball of light left when it exploded on him. He could hear Marci yelling she was sorry as she left the dark ball chasing her. Razeal went to his room and washed his face and wondered what had transpired when he felt a dark chill. Razeal left his room and stopped outside a door with puffs of black smoke coming from the door. Razeal waited a little before saying

"Come out sir I beleave we have yet to be acquainted"

Razeal hoped only friends lived here but a sinister presense was here that much he knew.

The projection turned towards Khal. "Hello." She paused. "Ah, you've seen right through me then." She walked back the way she came and stopped at the door to her room. She the proceeded to knock on the door. "I'm behind here, but the door's locked." The projection leaned against the door and then vanished.

"Of course I could tell it wasn't you, I am a demon of deception thanks to the shadows," wicked smile as Khal follows. He looks at the door and shakes his head, "Poor mortals underestimate us so much." He becomes a mass of shadows that crawl under the door. On the other side, he becomes solid again and faces Sage. "Now then, why did they lock you up instead of letting you wander the house freely?" Khal is intrigued. Shade appears on his shoulder and looks at Sage too.

Zaero walked up the hallway, eyes closed, obviously thinking about something. He stopped by Razeal. "He's not there. He is meeting with another girl. I'll take you to him." Zaero slowly opened his eyes. Razeal was gone. Zaero had teleported him to Khal's location. He paused for a moment, then closed his eyes and disappeared down the dark corridor.
