Fantasy The Chalice Academy

Stewart pulls out a small card and reads it to himself, "Y-Yes." He nods.

(I accept all cursing. xD )

Serephene looked back toward a red-headed girl, hearing a yelp. She fixed her gaze on the new male. "You can take a seat anywhere," she said. "I think we have two classes with him." Her eyes unfocused and she looked away, narrowing her eyes at her arms. Great, her vision was blurry again. She set her head on her arms, trying to ignore the wave of exhaustion that passed over her body.

(I hope we have 2 classes with him because I don't know what class we have next. xD )

(I hope we get spy and demo man, *witty TF2 joke has landed*)

Stew walked in and sat by a window, I wonder if my powers work on them. He thinks to himself, he opens up his book and pretends to read, he starts trying to make them feel paranoid, I hope this doesn't affect them. He continues to pretend to read.

(Yeah, it could be about anything. Anywhere from people coming to get you to totally irrational things, like an earthquake opening up the ground below you and you fall in. It could be anything.)

A weird feeling swept over Tessa and she shuddered. God, what the hell? Her gaze fell on Serephene again. She's out to get me, Tessa thought, she's making me feel weird on purpose. Tessa's skin prickled.

"Stupid ice princess..." she muttered. She got the feeling she was being watched and kept her eyes on Serephene. The girl didn't seem to be looking at her... But, still... Tessa felt uneasy...

(And it could be that ice powered girl sitting near you that you already dislike...)

After a couple of seconds, just to test it out, he slides his book off his desk. The book lands with a loud THUD, he examines the room as he picks up his book.

(that's mean.... *cries* xD )

Serephene tensed. Something was a bit...strange. She felt a small hint of fear show itself. But about what? Serephene tried to draw herself together, making herself as small as possible. What is this feeling? It felt like...panic, or something of that sort. Then she saw her parents, just as they looked any day, just....transparent. No... She closed her eyes, squeezing them shut.

Then a loud thud echoes through the room, and Serephene quickly turns to the source of the sound, seeing that it was the new student. Her heart was hammering, but her facial expression remained unchanged. She immediately felt dizzy, and turned away, shaking slightly, and she leaned against the wall which held the windows. He probably just dropped his book, she thought to herself, attempting to calm down her heart. Why am I so...afraid?

"JESUS CHRIST!" Tessa exclaimed at the loud noise, and her desk burst into flames. She smacked herself in the forehead. Idiot, idiot, idiot. She stood up and backed away from her desk slowly. The flames wouldn't hurt her but she wasn't in the mood to catch fire today. Too much stuff was happening today.

Stew jumps up out of his chair, "AGH! FIRE!" He says as he backs against the windows, seeing as what he was doing he stops making everyone paranoid, This is all my fault. He thinks to himself.

(Mai God, you made me fall off my chair. xD --> Fallen from Heaven)

Serephene hears a loud yell and she flinches. She turned around to catch sight of a flame, and the new student backing away. She stumbled from her seat and aimed a jet of water at the desk, very careful not to spray the fire-user. It was still smoking, but at least no one was burned...or wet. Serephene's knees gave away right after, much to her dismay, and she collapsed to the floor, gripping the chair to keep her from falling face-first onto the floor. Her breathing was heavy, which she wasn't used to. Why is this happening? She grit her teeth and pulled herself up and took a seat, leaning against the windows again, trying to regain her energy.

Stewart walks over slowly, "Y-You ok?" He asks the girl, what was even going on? Why did he have to use his powers? He shouldn't tell them, they would hate him if he told them.

"This is your fault, Serephene!" Tessa yelled, "This is all your fault!" She crossed her arms. This was all Serephene's fault. She was the one making Tessa uneasy, she was the one that had made Tessa jump- maybe. She just wanted to get Tessa expelled or kill her or eat her or... Tessa was confused! And angry!

(Are you talking to me? xD --> Stew)
Serephene couldn't summon the energy to turn around. She was shaking a bit too much for her liking, even though it really wasn't much. She never shook like she did before...in fact, she never shook. She listened to the fire-user yell at her, but even if she had the energy to reply, she wouldn't have--it would probably only cause more trouble. She was the worst person anyone could talk to, and with her...communication problems, it wasn't making this situation any better.

(Yes I was talking to you)

Stewart rubs the back of his head, "Now, now, let's not jump to conclusions!" He tries to calm them down, Why me?! He internally scorns himself.

"I'm not jumping to conclusions!" Tessa snapped, "Shut up, you little freak! I'm talking to her! She's the one that's making me feel weird. She hates me, I just know it! She wants me to get kicked out of school!" With that, Tessa's hair caught fire, "DAMN IT, SEREPHENE!" Tessa crossed her arms and sulked. This was the worst day of her entire life.

Stewart had to tell them, "IT WAS ME!" He yells, he internally pleaded that she would believe him, "I-IT WAS ME!" He yells again. He was terrified, what had he got himself into?

Serephene heard a low voice ask about her condition, and as much as she would have liked to reply that she was fine, it was the complete opposite. She wasn't fine. She's never felt like this before. Her head didn't feel much better either, and she felt...hot. And that wasn't something normal. She tried to decide on what to do--she clearly wasn't feeling well...should she go to the infirmary? But there was a high chance that she'd get lost...and probably never make it. Maybe some sleep would help? But she couldn't make herself fall asleep--she was still...paranoid. And then there was the flame-haired girl who was yelling at her. Serephene didn't blame her, though--she probably didn't like people with powers with opposite elements of hers. I'm making people feel uncomfortable again....

This was when she wished she had invisibility powers. That would help a lot in this case.

(Hehe, Serephene has a bad....history. I didn't put it into detail, but she saw her parents, who are dead, and she's still...kinda freaked out.)
(oh, and she used a lot of her energy before your character came into the classroom--and she's not used to such...things...if you read her profile, it says she's physically weak.)

(oh, sorry I put salt in the wound, and then threw her into a big vat of lemonade)
(oh.)

(Nah, it's fine--I'm just following the story line. The more unexpected, the more fun...or so I think. You can do whatever--I'll just follow in suit. :D )
