Mariel went outside and took his hand. She did not know some people saw that as being really close, she just wanted to be guided. And since she was used to be guided by holding her guides hand, she did so. "Which direction?", she asked, looking at Gears.

Gears started a little when the small girl grabbed his hand. His face went a deep shade of crimson as he stood there for a second looking down at Mariel with a very embarrassed look on his face. He led her over to his bike while holding her hand and let go. He swung one leg over it and sat down on the bike before he looked over at her


"You okay to jump on the back? I will drive us over to the girls dorm. Its quicker!" He gave her his usual childish smile but he was still a deep shade of crimson.

Mariel saw his shade. "Are you ill?", she asked worriedly as she sat on the bike. She wrapped her arms around Gears to not fall down. @Blacknife

After her class from her weird Professor earlier that morning, she felt that the time went fast. Guess that's what meditation will do to you. Llaryssa said bitterly as she was on her way to the library to check out some book regarding something about Arcane magic. She half hoped to bump with Mako, and asked how was his lessons.
Shaking her head, she went towards the librarian and asked for the location of the book she was looking. The librarian politely pointed where it was, obligingly Llaryssa walk towards where it was. On her way, she saw a girl that has a confused look, a guy asked if she was in need of assistance. She just smiled at them as she pass.

Mako was in the gym lifting weights as he finished up his usual routine. He set the weight bar back on its resting place as he sat up and wiped away the sweat with the towel he had brought with him. He closed his eyes as he whispered some words under his breath when a portal suddenly appeared in front of him and on the other side it showed Llaryssa's face. "Hey again." Mako said as he showed her a smile.

Gears almost tipped the bike as the girl wrapped her arms around him. "This it weird" He thought to himself. He turned around on the bike a little and asked "Your rather...touchy...arnt you?" He had his standerd childish smile on but his face had skipped a couple colors and was now a very dark shade of red "Then something clicked in Gearses head and he relaxed a little bit "How old are you by the way?" His face begging to turn back into its normal color.

"Fifteen. And if it is unpleasant for you, that I I touch you, I can stop, but I like body contact...it makes me feel that someone is close to me.", she said, still smiling at him. She unwrapped her arms and held onto the bike.

Gears smiled a little bit at the girl before saying "No, No its probably safer for you anyway" Gears turned back around and started the bike up. "She's just a kid" he thought to himself. He kicked the stand down and revved the engine "Hold on" He called back and started to drive the bike down the campus.

Mariel wrapped her arms around his body again. "How old are you?", she asked, not wanting silence. She pressed her face against his back as he drove.

Gears took a turn slowly. He was driving slow enogh so she could hear him without yelling "18" He replied stopping his bike just outside of the female dorms "Here you go" He said pointing to the large building "Your room should be posted on the notice board in the lobby" he said kicking the stand down on his bike and putting his hands on his legs.

"Thank you very much. But I don't want to go to my dorm, I only wanted to know where it is. Can you show me everything here?", she asked as she still held onto him.

Gears kicked the stand down and started the bike back up. He began putting around the school.


"So...What brings you here?"

Llaryssa found the book she was looking for. It was like an ordinary leather bound book on the outside, an embossed title written in an ancient language was consuming the whole front cover.


But as soon as she opened it, the magic of the book unravels. Each page that tackles a different forms of magic comes out of the books like a pop up but more magical and dangerous. Llaryssa was skimming the page about fire magic when suddenly someone said "Hey, again." Llaryssa yelp as the fire in the book licked her skin when she nearly throw the book away due to shock. It was Mako inside a familiar shimmering red light. A portal. He was smiling as if he was proud at what he was doing.


'What the hell, Mako!' She hissed. 'You scared the crap out of me!'

Gears kicked the stand down and started the bike back up. He began putting around the school.
"So...What brings you here?"

She sighed a little sad. "The other angels say I'm to trusting and I don't understand that there are bad people in the world. And I care about others too much. They call me naive. They want me to get life experience.",she answered with a sad tone.

Gears sighed at the thought that even angles treat each other poorly "Well...i know all too well what that's like..." He revved the bike a bit thinking about his past life "Dont worry. Gears will take care of you!" He had a giant smile on his face.

She hugged him tighter. "Thank you Gears. Your my friend.", she whispered, happily cuddling up with his back. @Blacknife

 

[Bishop]

Gears almost tipped the bike again as she hugged tighter "This girl..." He thought to himself "Anyway" He said pulling the bike to a stop just out front of the cafe. He stopped the bike and asked "Care for something to eat?"

Mariel nodded. "Yes, I am very hungry. Is that the place where you get the food?", she asked, curiously and obviously not knowing what an café was.

Gears kicked the bike stand down and got of it. He wrapped his arms around Mariel and lifted her of the bike and put her down "Yeah this is the place where you get stuff to eat" Gears tilted his head slightly. He decided that angles didn't know what many things are. He headed over to the door to the cafe and held it open for her "Little lady"

Mariel giggled slightly as she went inside and jumped up, so that she shortly reached up to him. "I'm not that little. I'm a big one already!", she said happily. She had already forgotten again where the dorms were.

Gears smiled and shook his head, smiling. He walked up to the counter and asked "One coffee and one...chocolate milk. Two ham and cheese sandwiches as well please" He grabbed the food and walked over to the nearest table and sat down. He set the milk and a sandwich in front of Mariel.

Mariel eager ate the sandwich. As she started to drink her chocolate milk, she smiled at Gears, a bit of cheese at her cheek. "That tastes good...", she surprisedly said.

Gears smiled at the little girl before he grabbed a napkin "So can i ask you something?" he said as he handed her a napkin and motioned to his face.


"So your 15 but do angles mature slower then humans?"

"What do you mean? Im fifteen in the angel count of years. I'd be older when you apply it to human years. So we do grow slower i guess because it is another world we live in.", she said, confused by his question. She cleaned her face and blushed a little. @Blacknife

Gears tilted his head as he bit into his sandwich "You act so...young" He wasn't sure how she would take it "Let me ask you somthing" He had another bite of his sandwich "You ever had a boyfriend?"

Mariel blushed immediately. "N...no.", she muttered. Mariel drank her chocolate milk embarrassedly.
