"Let's." Mako said as he began to walk with her. "So are you like, the campus tourist or something? If not you could be." Mako said to her as he started conversating. He wasn't to sure what to talk about with a girl considering he never talked with one before. Even though he usually felt nervous around girls, he felt...comfortable around her. Maybe it was because she saw one of his worst fears which he wasn't sure she knew that demons is a fear of his.

Llaryssa and Mako started to cross the grounds. Few students were still chattering. Couple of them waved at Llaryssa and she too, waved back."So are you like, the campus tourist or something? If not you could be." Mako asked her. She smiled at him and said, 'Honestly, usually students here carries a map. They find their way to where they want to go.' Then she stared at him, 'I just happened to pass by you and decided that it was an act of kindness to point the way. Plus it was only 5 feet away. It did made me feel like a good samaritan.' Llaryssa giggled at him. 'I thought guys were supposed to be good at directions?'

'what line of work are you in?' Llaryssa never had any experience about the outside world. Aside from when she was a kid, then that was it. She was homeschooled until she started going to the Academy. She did travel, though there weren't any instances that she used her abilities in an exciting way. The most exciting thing happened to her while she used her ability was to heal a planesick man. Eager to learn about Mako does she asked again, 'Are you always travelling?'

"Sadime," Lilian simply says aloud as she walks ahead of the girl, almost as if to save the name to memory for later so she would not forget it. In truth this is a very different school year for her, seeing as how she has met so many people in so few days. The last year she was here was nowhere as eventful, the whole time she went here last year consisted of classes and so on...no real interactions between other students. As she walked up to the dormitories double doors she looked back at the girl and asked, "The rooms here are sectioned off with two students per room, seeing as how you are late to arrive there will not be one ready for you." With that said Lilian pauses and then adds with a slight nod as she walks into the dormitory, "Although you are welcome to room with me if you wish, I do have a vacancy in my room."


In truth Lilian was never against rooming with someone, she just has never been assigned a roommate in her time at the school. More times than naught the late admites would chose their room out of the available rooms that are left, or bunk with someone that had a free spot if the school had not already made arrangements before their arrival.

Gears stepped outside of the boys dorm and walked over to his bike. He kicked the stand up,jumped on and started the engine. He revved it for a bit before he began putting down the walk way towards the courtyard. He rolled past the fountain and next to the cafe on the corner. He kicked the stand out and walked in, grabbed a coffee then jumped back on as he rode towards the English building. He parked the bike and headed inside.


He sat down at his desk while sipping his coffee. he began eyeing the other students. "I am probably the only human in this school..."

"And with my occupation on hold there's really no need for much direction unless its to class." Mako said and that piqued Llaryssa's interest. 'A job? Really? That's amazing.' She smiled at him. "Depends on what the quest is." Mako said. "Certain missions you get from people will take you to different place. From the gates of the underworld to the city of Congreton. It's very enjoable if you like to travel but its also dangerous." He knew more of the danger than anyone. Even though he's been healed multiple times he has the scars to prove his worth. "Its deadly with all the evil lurking around." He said to her. He remembered the first time he was out on his own. He didn't know what to do but as he continued on he slowly gained knowledge of living on his own.

"Certain missions you get from people will take you to different place. From the gates of the underworld to the city of Congreton. It's very enjoyable if you like to travel but its also dangerous. Its deadly with all the evil lurking around." Mako explained at her. "But it sure beats the boredom." Llaryssa said, " At least you get to travel a lot. Meet a lot of new people." she added. She envied him. Though she knew that it was dangerous, Llaryssa always wanted to go out in the world. She can't wait 'till she graduated. She promised herself that she'll travel until she'll ran out of place to go to. "What do you do in this job of yours?"

Sadime stopped and considered this for a moment. It was either with some random girl, who probobly wouldn't be as open with her appearance, or Lilian, who despite her emotionless tone, was quite nice to her. "If it doesn't bother you?" Sadime questioned politely, a soft smile on her face.

Isabella wanted to burst out and tell Via her reasons, her past, and so on, but she was well aware of the higher ups that forced her here regarded such information as classified. Especially since even they knew little beyond what they could deduce from a ruin and the little tidbits Isabella would occasionally feed them, they refused to let information out. So, instead of enacting a scene like it was some type of show, Isabella just sighed and scratched her head. "I enjoyed my secluded life, but some imbeciles interrupted it in a very unfashionable manner. After I was discovered to be alive, I've been treated as a calamity waiting to swallow a country into nothingness. So now, I'm here with not much choice, but I wasn't against it because it presented me with things to gain, like amusement and knowledge. Perhaps at a later date I will tell you more, but right now it would spoil the mood."


She stopped in her tracks, looking in front of her at an underwhelming sight. "I was hoping Arcane would be taught somewhere with a bit more flare like a cathedral or some exotic, out of the normal room... Sadly, it's a regular classroom unless we're lost... Well, the door is locked anyways, so what about you? What made you come here?"

She simply shook her head at her response and glanced back at her, replying as she walked down the hall toward her room, "I see no reason as to why you should not room with me." With that said she stops in front of the door and turns the key, opening the room to the both of them. The room was simply spotless, one side contained all of Lilian's things in a neat and orderly fashion and the other side was spotless as well but devoid of any personal touches. Lilian walked inside of the room and motioned for her new acquaintance to follow, "The left side has yet to have been taken so you may use it as you see fit." Lilian seemed to be rather indifferent to the addition of a roommate but in truth she was quite happy to have someone rooming with her, it being another new experience that she can add to her school life.


With all of that said Lilian sits down on her own bed and asks with a double blink, "So Sabine are you human? You have the bearing of someone with character." In truth seeing as how they were going to be rooming together Lilian figured that she should at least know something about this girl right off the bat.

"Hmm, so the mysterious type then," she simply said with a slight pout but then followed it up with a light nod and smile. "Seems like the teach's late..." she then pauses and looked over at Isabella her figuring on letting her know a bit about herself. "Well at an early age it was pretty obvious that myself and Vio couldn't go to a normal human school, seeing as how us changing out in the open would not be a good thing." With that said she let out a light laugh, and then looked through the window of the door that led into the arcane study room, "So for all of those years we were home schooled and rarely allowed to go out without supervision." It was pretty obvious that Via and Vio had a pretty crappy life, but not in the sense of pain and death like some of the students here but crappy enough to warrant mention.


With that said she turns from the windowed door and spun to face Isabella with a warm smile and a slight tilt to her head, "But it all worked out though, I ran into a silly cheeky monkey and am now in a pretty good school so all of that is behind me." Via was a glass half full girl which is pretty obvious if one would get to know her for more than a few moments.

"Thank you." Sadime said, still quite politely. She sat down on her new bed and looked at Lilian when she asked the question of her being. Sadime looked down, her hands clasped together. She looked down at her hands when she repo red. "I'm a vampire, but my appearance was cursed long ago. haha, little bit of a run in with a witch. " she said laughing nervously. Bringing back old memories of Somiss.

Lilian looked over at the girl and saw that she was a bit troubled by the things that she had said, Lilian growing accustomed to such things more often now thanks to her frequent conversations. With that in mind she lets a shadow form around her hand it now looking just like Sadime's hand, Lilian saying with a slight nod, "One's appearance is inconsequential, the real measure of a persons worth is in their actions." With that said Lilian lets the shadow dissipate as she stands from the bed and makes her way over to her desk, her opening a drawer as she adds, "Those that judge solely on appearance are fools." She then removes a brush-that looks quite expensive-from the drawer and walks over to Sadime, her moving behind her on the bed, "Would you mind?"


This was something the her mother has done for her ever since she was a child, and in that was she knew that it was quite relaxing to have someone else brush your hair. Lilian could tell that this girl was nervous and anxious in her new surroundings, and thus would like to help her in any way that she can.

Lilian's first words put deep thought into Sadimes mind, she guessed she had never thought of it like that, everyone else she ever saw, had always looked at her like a monster. Sadime was torn from her deep thoughts when Lilian sat behind her and asked her a if she could brush her hair. Memories flooded her mind, she remembered when her mother did the same. She also remembered when her mother kicked her out the seconds she saw Sadime as what she is now. Pain stung in Sadimes heart, damn Somiss, damn witch. Sadime was comforted by the though of someone brushing her hair, and a part of her slightly untensed. "Of course not..... Thank" a smile on Sadimes face, a warm comforted one, and relaxed.

'Huh, life really is unfair.' The bitterness was palpable on her voice. If only would her abilities permit her to go to the outside world without thinking that she can't protect herself. 'I'm sorry.' She murmured. 'I sound so bitter but I am really grateful for my gift.' She glance at her healing hands. Nearly stepping upon the corridor of the building, Llaryssa looked at him and said, 'Can you tell me what was it like? I mean the places that you've been?'

As Lilian heard the girl give consent she ran her fingers through her hair first, so to make sure there were not large knots as he mother use to do. With that done she started to brush the girls hair, her feeling that it was quite fine upon closer inspection. As she sat on her legs behind the girl Lilian silently hummed a long under her breath as she usually does when occupied, which hinted that Lilian enjoyed singing. Lilian didn't as her anymore questions seeing as how she didn't seem to want to know anything else about the girl, her being a very good judge of character. With that she sat the brush in her lap and ran her fingers across the girls head to grab portions of her hair in between her fingers parting it as she did so to make sure she got all of the knots and so on.


As she does this she stops her humming and says with a light nod, "A friend is someone with whom you can be yourself, without having to fear what they may think of you because you know they respect who you are no matter the faults that you may see." After she said that she finished up the hair and sat back on the bed, her adding with a brief-uncharacteristic-light smile, "Though I have faults, I do look forward to calling you a friend Sadime."

One that I went to was literally a city inside a giant tree while another was surrounded by a huge wall. But the coolest city I've been to was where the city used trees as there homes and moved by way of bridges."

Not that i'm scaring you. I'm pretty certain you don't get frightened easily.' She let out a soft giggle.

She simply double blinks as the girl asks her what she was, Lilian having answered this question twice in the past three days which was an alarming amount considering her last year. With that in mind she sits next to the girl and answers, her looking to the opposite wall toward her own bed, "My father is a human and my mother is a well known Demoness." She pauses and then says after she glances over at the girl for a moment, "I suppose the majority of the populous would call me a mix breed if such a classification is accurate enough." She then stands from the bed and makes her way to the door, "If you would excuse me I should get to classes, there is an extra key to the room on my desk if you wish to leave and look around."


With that said she waves to the girl and makes her way to her Arcane study class, her eventually making it there and wondering why they have yet to enter the classroom. She walks around the students and jiggles the doorknob, her then scratching the back of her neck and then creating a key from the darkness to extend from her index finger. When she used it on the lock the door opened and she simply walked in to the class room, her walking to the back and taking a seat in her usual seat that she hardly ever used.

Sadime softly smiled as Lilian left. Yet, Sadime pondered the girls last words, she had never heard of a human and demon breed. But then oh well, she was nice and comforting, and a good friend. Sadime stood from the bed and walked over to the window, watching the outside peacefully. She turned and grabbed the key, exiting the room. Sadime decided she would explore the school some more.

'People who live in trees?' Llaryssa asked in disbelief. 'Those tree must be awfully big for someone to live in them.' She thought that she knew what sort of people were living on the trees, but not entirely sure so she kept her mouth shut. They entered the stone halls of the building. Llaryssa peered by the window that belongs to Arcane study room, some students were already inside, chatting. Some were familiar but there some new faces this year. 'Well, here's my stop.' So you know if you want to go on a da-" mako stopped himself as he didn't want to make it awkward between them. "Want to hang out. Yea that's it." He said with a nervous laugh as he handed her the paper.

"I've been there before. I'm just glad I got to walk a beautiful woman like you to class." Mako looked at her with a smile on his lips. It made Llaryssa giggled, then she looked at him fighting herself not to smile, 'Why mister. Flattery won't get you anywhere'


She was just to walk inside when suddenly, Mako fished out a pen paper from his pocket. "I-if you want you can contact me with this. Just say these words and a portal will show with my face looking through the otherside. So you know if you want to go on a da---- Want to hang out. Yeah that's it."


Llaryssa thought that she heard nervousness in his voice but she dismissed the idea. She then took the paper and examined it, 'hey as long as you're sure if I use this spell that I won't open any unecessary portal, then i'm willing to hangout.' She said while folding it neatly while placing it in the pocket of her purse. 'Bye Mako. Have a good day.' She flashed him her sunny smile and entered the room.


As she walked inside, she noticed the girl who passed by them. She opened the locked door using a key that Llaryssa could swear was made out of smoke. Shaking her head, she greeted 'Morning.' while a small smile was on her face. She seated few spaces in front of the girl.

"Well so much for bravery." Mako said with a sigh. He headed up the stairs to the second floor as he entered the classroom. The chalkboard said combat magic 101 written in chalk and the students were chatting it up with each other as Mako sat in his seat in the back. He looked around the room as he saw the group of kids talking to each other as he was alone. Itmade him feel somewhat awkward.

Gears was nodding of in English class while the teacher was rambling on about something that didn't mean anything to anyone anywhere.


He got bored and the teacher wasn't paying attention to the class so he started shifting the wood in the desk.


He placed his hand flat and faced down on the table and raised it. The wood shifted and raised out of the desk and formed a cube.


Doing the same he just started to make little shapes. Making them slightly more complex as he went along.
