Just as a note, willpower, mental strength and spiritual strength is what will protect ya from being turned into a Taken. Echoes are much weaker then Oryx in taking people, so thats why they fight first!


Oh and for Ir Yut, heres the low down. She has a Song of Death that can best be described in this Card. But has a major weakness, she basically glows in a bright green column of bright light for half of the song's duration, which since she's recently been revived and Crota isn't here should be around 4 minutes in total, 4 times longer then normal. She's a large target, easily identifiable from her song, and easier to kill then most other Majors. Juuuust a warning cause.... THAT

Only one species, but if the multiple species have the same or very similar DNA they will be affected too. If you were to use it against chimpanzees, it would kill humans too.

Small thing there, the Darkness is the counter-part of the Light and is flexible, while there is the etheric soul inside. If it destroys only one set of DNA, and the Darkness is not a organic thing, The Fallen, Hive, Vex, and Cabal each are different species. Vex are directly stated to not be relative to any known species.I figure the Oryx and the Doctor won't realize this until a Troll or a Dragoon comes into combat!

One thing Doc. @Some_Bloke All the Taken vanished, and civilian ones with Shreikers are protecting the Vex portal to the Crimson Terrace. Otherwise, Hive underground but thats it.
