Fantasy Supernatural Highschool of Norway ((Always Open))

"That?!!" Melaina snarled as she looked down at the young male. "You'd think that as a boy you would be more sensitive towards a woman, but of course it's in human nature to be ignorant and insensitive." She snapped, all six of her eyes glaring at the man who had the audacity to be rude to someone who could easily immobilize him and play with his intestines just to get a kick out of it. Her anger and rage boiled at the surface, threatening to spill over.

Alex arrived at the school, finally. He was not sure where to go or what to do, he looked like a lost kid at an amusement park without a parent. He was nervous too...he didn't know anybody, and he was hoping the people here are nice.

Millions' eyes were wide from flabbergast-- but, within a moment, he regained his mental mooring, and they sharpened down to suspicious, conniving narrows, piercing back towards Melaina's own six-fold glare.

"A woman? What is, that a joke, or have you just never looked into a mirror your whole life? I hate to break it to you, but you're a giant freakin' spider-thing; you're a freak." The Warlock ran his tongue across the inside of his lower lip, and crossing the studs of his dolphin bites, and causing the facial jewelry to flare up for a moment, like bared fangs.

This thing in front of him was unnerving, but at the end of the day, Millions had encountered much worse. He wasn't afraid (or so he told himself.)

"A freak?" She laughed humorlessly. "Join the line; maybe you didn't notice, but you're standing in front of a school made for freaks. At least people know what I am. What are you supposed to be?" She waved her hand in the air. "Though I don't really care. I don't need the approval of others, but it seems like you do." She let her eyes drag up and down the boy. What the hell was this kid playing at? Melaina had half a mind to sew the boy's mouth shut, rip open his chest with her nails, and watch the horror set in his eyes as she pulled every organ out.

"And keep flaring those pieces of jewelry, at least mine are real." She ran her tongue over each point of her teeth.

Millions grinned, his hands planting on his hips. "You know, if I've learned one thing in my life, it's this: the people who very loudly insist that they don't care what other people think about them-- those are the ones who care more than anything else. "

Cocky as a rooster, the Warlock then turned his back on Melaina, sliding his hands in his pockets as he began to walk away, although, ineluctably, he bumped into Alex (@SomaFel) on his way past, which earned the other boy a comment of, "Watch where you're going, brat."

"s-sorry!" Alex says a little nervously. Alex entered the school and started to look for the office. He still had no clue where to go.

Melaina had to bite her tongue to stop herself from spitting out a slur of swear words. Watching the boy bump into another male, the spider smirked and shot a long strand of web, connecting the arrogant kid's feet together. "How 'bout you watch where you're going." Melaina mumbled as she walked off towards the forest. Why did she even want to go to school to begin with? It was clear everyone there was a jerk and too full of themselves to be bothered by others. The only thing she'd learn from that place is a review on how to retaliate to ignorance and arrogance.

"What the--" Finding his ankles forcibly interlocked, Millions made a blind grab before falling flat on his face. The Warlock rolled onto his back, then glanced down to find his feet snared by a bundle of web. Glancing towards the retreating form of Melaina, it wasn't difficult for him to connect the dots. With seething aggravation, he selected one of the talismans from his belt and threw it out, speaking the words, "Pollux invoco," before reaching down to begin tearing apart the cobwebs at his feet.

At the same time, the talisman he'd tossed, a miniature goat-skull, carved out of porcelain, was engulfed in a darksome, amethyst mist, causing it to grow in size to real-life scale. With this transition completed, it raised a terrifying shriek, somewhere between a banshee's cry and a hyena's cackle, and began soaring towards Melaina, jawbone hanging down from its cranium, swinging back and forth, apparently prepared to take a bite out of the Arachne.

Melaina looked back with a curious glance at the loud cry. She jumped seeing what appeared to be a goat skull rushing towards her. With a slight smile she mumbled, "scared me little guy." She then prepared herself for what she assumed was a response to her little web trick. Quickly she began sending out webs towards the skull in an attempt to stick it to one of the near by trees. Whether it would work or not, she was uncertain, but she continued firing out webs anyways.

The Manes wove like a seamstress' needle through the empty air, evading all but one of the webby projectiles, which it was able to tear through with what seemed to amount to little difficulty. When it reached Melaina, it would shoot towards one of her legs, and chomp down upon one of the chitinous joints like a vise, employing molars meant for gnashing through tough plant matter.

Melaina gasped in pain, keeping the leg as still as possible. Every movement of the appendage threatened to crack her exoskeleton. Unlike human skin and flesh that gave slightly to pressure, the hard material covering her legs, abdomen, and a small portion of her back could handled so much pressure before it would concave slightly and crack like plastic. "Alright," Her voice was soft as she sat in the grass, trying to keep the one leg straight. "You win buddy." Melaina stroked the top of the skull, waiting for it to either release her or snap the leg off.

Millions, who was by then back up on his feet, observed the work which his enthralled caprine had done with a smile. Good. That would teach the spider-freak (and hopefully anyone else) to think twice about messing with him again. He let out a whistle, saying, "Oi, Pollux, that's enough. Pollux revenit!" At this command, the Manes relinquished Melaina's leg, jaw swinging counterclockwise in a full circle underneath its cranium, before launching back towards its master, shedding its size and purplish aura, so that it landed upon his palm back in its telesmic state.

The Warlock gave one last glance at Melaina out of the corner of his eye, before continuing on his way with a sneer, towards the front doors of the school.

Melaina let out a sigh as her fingers lightly trailed over the dents in her natural armor. She hadn't had a scare like that in some time. She didn't care if she got hurt, but if he decided to snap her leg that would've been it. Melaina recalled the first time she had lost a leg. Not only was it excruciatingly painful, but so was growing it back. At the time (being the age of four) she panicked and cried, blubbering over how she would never walk again and would most likely die soon after. Luckily the female spider soon molted and found that it was growing back. Though after reaching sexual maturity, something Melaina had passed many years ago, spiders were lucky to mold once more after. So if he hadn't stopped there it would've been the end of that leg.

Melaina continued to run her fingers over the bite marks. "They just like picking on this leg, huh?" She mumbled.

Ryan had finally made it to the school. After running away and somehow finding out about the school. Ryan has been trying to get tot he school. Now he is here, ready to control his powers and hopefully learn more. Ryan walked onto the grounds with a bookbag over his right shoulder. He knows that he is probably late for the semester, but hopes that they will still accept him. He begins to look for signs or something to guide him to the head master's office.

After a few minutes, he had finally found the building and the office of the schoolmaster. Ryan stared at the door for a while till he got enough of courage and knocked on the door. Ryan hoped that they still will accept him and hopes that he's not too late.

After a moment or two Melaina stood up, much calmer than her previous state. Slowly she began collecting her silk and slurping them up like noodles. She nodded in satisfaction at the now web-free area and walked back towards the doors of the school. The spider stretched her arms up above her head before letting her hands rest on the nape of her neck. I could really use a nap now, Melaina complained internally, but with the headmaster not answering his door it looked like she wouldn't be getting a dorm key any time soon. Oh well, might as well see if he'll- Melaina stopped seeing the group of people in front of the door. Looks like that idea was out.

Sarah got tired of waiting in the front office and left she sat outside the cafeteria and read a book. the book was all about werewolves. when someone in my family would turn 7 years old they get the book so they can learn about themselves.

Hunter was slowly getting tired of waiting for the Headmaster to answer his door and decided to head to the cafeteria "Hey, Celia want to get something to eat?" He asked the wolf girl as he stood straight from leaning against a wall.

Celia was getting tired of sitting at the headmaster's door as well. "Yeah... this is kind of a lost cause." She mumbled before standing up after sitting with her legs crossed for awhile. "Getting something to eat does sound nice right now, it's been awhile."

"It's settled then." The blonde said as he walked toward the cafeteria with his hands interlaced behind his head. "What do you think they have?"

"Hmmm... Probably a lot of food, after all it's a cafeteria." She commented as they walked.

Hunter gave Celia a poker face and just shook his head slightly "I was talking specifics, but ok" he said as he opened the cafeteria door for her.

"Oh, sorry!" She chuckled, walking through the cafeteria door. "So what are you going to get?"
