Writer's block and creativity slumps suck! I don't know if there is any way I can help? It can simply just be the slowness of the RP due to it being the end of the year and folks being busy. Just don't stress so much that you end up burning yourself out.

I'm not sure if there is much to help. It's more than the RP being slow unfortunately. I'm probably pushing myself too much as is given I've been really sick the last few days with strep throat, but I have a hard time just laying around being sick god I am no different than how I described a majority of my characters LMAO but I also have a horrible immune system so being sick is very norm so I hate laying around cuz of it. But also seasonal depression always be lingering during this time too and sadly I think mine is hitting early because of this sickness making my slump worse. Hopefully it'll clear up soon

On a happy note, FEH just revealed the new Christmas units and look at who got one this year

Lol oh no! I've no issue with sex appeal in character design outside of time and place, but... yeeeeeah. XD The Christmas tree part of their outfits is a cute idea. They should've gone with cute instead of full on sex appeal, but I suppose that's typical Fire Emblem. SSB Mythra's outfit proves a female character's costume design can be modest and still sexy! The stockings don't work for that outfit though, imo.

I'm now trying to imagine what the interactions between Byleth and Layton would've been like had Byleth been female! XD

Look sex appeal can work and it doesn’t always bother me, but god F!Byleth’s design always bugged me in comparison to M!Byleth. Now I’m not looking for her to be completely covered up but oml when you put them side by side and do this it just shows lol. Like I agree the Christmas tree look is cute but then they gave her so much bare skin and her ugly af leggings for no reason all while M!Byleth is just rocking his look! Also Mythra’s smash look is so much nicer than her OG look. Closing the boob window and giving her black leggings was so good! Honestly a 10/10 censor than was actually super well received by fans

Lol I should have gone F!Byleth for gender balance among my characters but I didn’t. Luckily her personality ain’t different but she definitely gives off a different vibe appearance wise

If both sexes of Byleth liked to show off skin, it'd be less of an issue (C'mon, give us ladies something to look at too lol) but if it's just the female baring skin while the male is very covered, it's just odd! Layton is an old-fashioned English gentleman, so he'd definitely treat F!Byleth as a lady, but he'd certainly notice the extra skin and wonder what kind of a professor she is that she dresses like that!

JAP Pit reveals at least twice that he doesn't like showing off skin because he's much too shy and modest. Then it's revealed later in-game that Pit is RIPPED! Which, yes! Makes sense because of all the running around and fighting he does! NES KI and KI: OM&M were about Pit training to become stronger, and he's a soldier, so the angel having a muscular and athletic build is a given! It made me happy as so many fan artists like to draw him as a scrawny little weakling boy. That reveal must've taken so many people by surprise! XD While I dislike that SSBU Pit was given a more cutesy face (I prefer the facial proportions of his Brawl design), I do like that he was given more muscle definition.

If I ever make a full-bodied Melina picture, it'll show that she definitely inherited Mythra's "assets." XD I can see her trying on Mythra's old clothing, with the boob window, only for the entire family to scream, "ABSOLUTELY NOT!" to her! She thought Percy might like it! Little does she know, such a sight might kill the poor innocent boy!

It is quite literally illegal for M!Byleth to show skin in IS’s eyes but then F!Byleth shows off a lot! It’s so jarring how different the two are. But nevertheless I’m happy my boy finally is getting a winter design even if FE fans are mad it’s yet another FEH banner for FE3H lol

Poor Percy would politely be looking away with a bright red face. He’s definitely unable to look when boob window

It’s totally unfair that Sephiroth and Shulk have shirtless costumes in SSB and characters like Link and Ike don’t !

It's actually wild to me that they gave Shulk a shirtless alt. Like yes he has one in XC1 but wild choice given his others are based off party members and not his other costumes he has

A disappointed Melina walks off, nose in the air in a prissy manner to mask her injured dignity, and as she does she catches a poor random guy staring at her, completely dumbstruck! Without breaking her stride, she punches him in the face! Creep! He should know her get-up was meant only for the eyes of ONE guy!

While designing Ianthe, I imagined her having some envy toward her older cousin. There’s Melina looking very much like a Greek goddess with very little effort while Ianthe has more modest proportions outside of her big feet!

Melina gotta learn Percy ain't there for the assets. He's too pure for that. He probably has to be explained to why she's so upset with him not looking at her cuz he doesn't understand. He thought he was being a respectful, polite boy

He totally was, and Melina would later understand that and find it sweet once she’s over the disappointment and embarrassment. She’d never do such a thing unless she and Percy were in an official relationship, but the poor boy is still too pure, and a bit dense! I’d imagine it would take a while for them to understand each other and become a more harmonious pairing.

I can also see them on a date, and Melina leans in, giving a hint that she wants Percy to kiss her. Mika, who can see that Percy is not picking up on the very obvious cue, has to be sneaky and give him a slight shove to force him to initiate the kiss lol. Percy would be so doomed without his wingsquid!

Mythra probably heard so many times that Melina is so much like her! XD Sometimes she’s proud, other times she’s exasperated!

Mika has 3 sisters they know what girls can be like. Probably learns a lot from them to know the signs. Makes them perfect to help with the girls, especially since one of his sisters is bound to be girly and influenced by Ann lol

Don't take all the blame girl, it was also my bad. I mean, more than a month of waiting was a major error on my part. I'm working on Min Min's post as we speak, as well as Corrin's.
Nice post for Lucas btw. I also like the new headers, using the congratulations screens from Classic Mode is a nice touch.

Okay so:
--Their kid would be SUPER into swordfighting. They have not only Hyacinth's prowess, but Kaida's as well! I'd like to imagine them trying to pick between the Falchion and the Yato, trying to decide which blade they like better!
--They would enjoy the ocean a lot, since Altea is by the shore (if I'm remembering correctly) and Corrin is a water dragon. Even in the winter, they'd want to go take a dip.
--I think that their kid would have Kaida's striped hair and pointed ears and Hyacinth's big blue eyes. They end up looking a lot like a Hylian XD
--Their kid would be pretty short considering Cinth and Kaida are also midgets. Maybe that makes them more prone to anger (from my experience, it's the short ones that are hobgoblins)
--I'd like to imagine their kid being super refined and charming, like Marth. Then Kaida drags him out to explore the wilderness and they're whining and complaining the whole time! I think eventually they'd grow up and learn to enjoy things.
--They'd definitely love animals, just like their auntie Clementine. Hunting becomes a problem for them- I think they'd like archery, but definitely not stalking and hunting game like Kaida!


Awwww! I feel like he would just blunder on about how he really admires her and wants to be good at all those things too. He hits her with the ol' puppy-dog eyes; she couldn't possibly get mad at a face like that!

Milton would probably be happy he's single and away from any relationship drama lol. I've had some thoughts about the kiddo. Feel free to disagree with these, Ploegy; Milton's your creation!

-The reason Bebe was often in need of repair was because Milton had incredible strength even as an infant. It's impressive even by angel and Blade standards! Milton had to learn to be gentle.
-He is a terrible cook, but an excellent brewer and alchemist. Not only does he make great teas, but he also makes medicine that is delicious! If he really likes someone, he may share some of his own homemade wine, which he also uses for elixirs. The locals will sometimes make up health problems to get a dose of the tasty medicine or wine. He'll humor children, but won't tolerate such a thing from adults. If a patient gets on his nerves, he'll give them a dose of very, very bitter medicine!
-Milton keeps his Angel/Aegis heritage a secret out of modesty. He'd rather avoid the attention such a reveal might bring him. He was amused when he gained the reputation of having an angel's touch.
-When Milton began to have doubts of becoming a warrior like his parents, he started avoiding them as he thought they would be very disappointed. Meanwhile, his parents were worried he didn't find them cool anymore! :C
-At 10 years old, Milton began to struggle with his schoolwork. It was later discovered that he needed glasses.
-Milton dislikes fighting, but if he's pushed into doing so, he is ruthless! He usually gives more than one warning that he wants no trouble. As such, if he is forced into a fight he's going to make sure the antagonizer regrets it!
-Much to everyone's surprise, it was Milton who first decided to leave home to find his own way through life. It was a very bittersweet moment when they realized the reserved little boy who always followed his twin sister's lead is now a fully independent and confident adult!

Dhskfjfk so I got bored and decided to attempt a family tree for all of the fan kids! (With the sole exception of Byleth and Samus’ kiddo Felis since he wasn’t really connected to anyone else in the family rip )

Couple of notes:
- I had to put Hyacinth as Kaida’s “partner” just to sneak his side of the family onto the overall tree
- I figured I’d center it around Zelda since she’s got the most kids and thus most connections to the other fighters. Just click on any of her other “partners” and you’ll eventually find the other fan kids lmao
- Some characters have a set of blank parents (Mythra/Pyra and Pit/Dark Pit) just so I could list them as siblings
- I am in no way a genealogist so let me know if I messed up anywhere on the family tree (Or if I forgot a kid lmao)

Cool! While this is just dumb fun designing fan kiddos for crack pairings, I wanted to make sure I wasn't stepping on any toes or unintentionally crossing boundaries. Some people can be protective of their character creations, even fandom OCs made in simple fun. Personally, I really like it when y'all come up with art and ideas for Melina and Ianthe! Melina was originally meant to be a simple character design exercise for shiggles, and it's still kind of crazy to me that it blew up into nearly 100 pages of art and theorizing.

I think the only kiddo you'd have to worry about me actually not wanting my toes stepped on for this is Gratia given she wasn't actually specifically doodled for all this and has a bunch of her own character stuff given I created her for a much different purpose and I created her years ago at that. She just works among all the silly shenanigans as a concept. But given who she's a kid of anyways I wouldn't expect anyone to have much input on her lol

I just realized something kinda funny. Felicien, the boy with the most sisters (given he's got so many on the Zelda side and 3 on the Joker side) is a ladies man, yet somehow is getting slapped by women for how he flirts. Clearly he has learned nothing of what girl's might like despite the many examples he would have. Good job Feli. He's 100% getting told he's a loser who won't have a girlfriend just like his father was told

I thought it'd be kind of interesting if Melina, the more independent of the twins, had a lot of hesitation about leaving home and family while the more reserved Milton flew the nest without looking back. Of course, Milton absolutely loves his family, but he got the urge and couldn't resist it. He probably had to be reminded to visit Angel Land once in a while. I think Pit would have some concern that he'd be forgotten, which would be pretty sad especially considering the hypothetical scenario of him being separated from the family for 1,000 years.

Supposing Melina and Percy click, she'd have to face a very difficult choice of leaving her home and family to stay with him, as well as possibly becoming mortal so she won't outlive him. I'd imagine it'd be hard on Mythra and Pit too. They're immortal beings that may have to face the possibility that their child will age and die; add the loss of 1,000 years and that becomes sadder (though Melina and Percy would never be a pair if this situation happened: Percy would be long-dead!). AND there's also the previous idea of Percy being lost because Heart stuff! Melina and Percy would definitely have a lot of obstacles to overcome if they want to be together!

Another silly thought but after the idea of Dark Pit having a son with brown hair came up that put a thought in my own head. It’s not exactly the same but now I imagine what people would think if all the sudden one of Pyra or Mythra’s kids had Pneuma’s hair color out of nowhere. Just this little teal haired child popping out and anyone (which would likely be almost everyone) who doesn’t know about Pneuma would be so lost where the color comes from
