At the moment we're still in the immediate aftermath of the battle and the shogunate forces are regrouping just across the border to their own territory.

I'm working on a conversation with nenma but I'll try to wrap it up quickly, after that I'll transition to either Masaki's castle or Shirobara's castle so we can do the scene. which one did you have in mind?

I don't mind, it kind of depends on whether Hanazawa would go to sparring pretty much as soon as he got back from a war.

No prob. This RP is pretty much always kinda slow on account of me working 6 nights a week at the times when everyone else seems to be on. But in a way it makes it easier to keep up with.

I'm only on now because I just woke up at random at like 3 am and can't get back to sleep.

I skimmed Shirobara's request and I'm trying to think up what he would ask in return.

Would Hiroshi have any as-of-yet unmentioned daughters?

My thought is that while Masaki would be apprehensive to grant the Shirobara autonomy, the addition of a marriage between the clans would assure him in his own mind that old loyalties wouldn't immediately evaporate.

Plus the guy's like 30 and apparently has no heirs, which I can only assume is a huge problem.

To the question, Yes but she is around 14-18 years old only, but I don't think that would be a problem in feudal japan. (I will post her CS later when I have the chance, I'm currently on my shift right now)
But about the marriage, Masaki would ask for it or Shirobara would suggest it ? He would ask for it later to exchange for Shirobara autonomy ? Because Shirobara wouldn't have the idea of separating from the Katagami until later when the Ueno approach them.

It would start when my clan the Ueno drive out their rival clan Yamada to the west and to their final stand in Komine castle, a castle that near the border of Ueno clan and Field Marshall Mibu clan. Yamada clan, being an emperor supporter, asked for help from the Mibu clan and other imperial loyalist. Meanwhile Ueno clan (an shogunate support) would be able to gather support from Shirobara and Katagami (they're very near the area, Mibu's territory is south of Ueno and west of Katagami). With this the battle turns from a battle between 2 clan into a battle between the imperial loyalist and the Shogunate loyalist and other clan would join since they wouldn't let their side lose a big fight.

Haven't dropped. Just was out of town for family thing yesterday and had to spend most of today running around trying to get transcripts so I can transfer schools in the fall. Working on post now but I have to go to work very soon. If I can't get it up before then I'll try and work on it at work if I have down time.

As for the scenario, maybe. Blitzer's pushing for an offensive in the direction of the captial as well. I'll present all the options once we get done with or little transition thing we're doing and we'll all discuss what we think would be the best.

Battle is over and now the Pro-imperials are discussing what to do next in Fuka's war room. Also Lord Fuka is now headless.
