Hmm, if that did happen, the Imperial army would be quick to move in and sieze the Katagami's southern lands. Not to mention now that the main shogunate army is destroyed and Chosokabe army, the Shogunate is very weak. Probably the best way to take the major part of the rp is in the direction of trying to rally shogunate forces as the Imperial army begins to dominate.
Oh shall I finish of the Chosokabe army?
Well the current Katagami lands are both fairly small and deep in Shogunate territory so it's unlikely the Empire would be able to get involved much beyond covert support for one side or the other.
Also that wasn't the entire Shogunate army. Just the Katagami's attempt at a spearhead. Although the defeat of the Chosokabe is a serious blow as it effectively quashed dissent in the western islands.
Also, go ahead and finish off the army but leave Ichikoji to Hisamune.

You know. Even if either side wins both factions are filled to the brim with clans vying for the shogun's position.
It's likely that regardless of who this war goes to the victorious clans will just turn on each other start a whole new war in the wake of this one.

I don't really have any ideas I'm just going to with the flow and come up with things along the wayRight. I'm writing up my post now, so I'll try to give an opening for everyone to pull out.
I'm thinking we'll have a sort of interlude section in between the battles to let everyone mention or introduce somethings going on between clans in the months between battle.
I'll introduce the respective faction leaders andBlitzer can mention the eradication of the chosokabe as well as present Otomo's plan for the next offensive there.
If anyone else has any ideas for anything that should happen next they should throw out their ideas now too.

So with all the conversation threads coming to an end, I think we've got another brief timeskip coming soon to a few days after the battle so that any immediate things can be addressed, conversations, people can yell at each other about who did what wrong during the battle, etc. and then once that's settled up we'll do the big one and also discuss the location for the next battle.
As always, if anyone has any ideas for the setting of the battle or anything else go ahead and throw'em out. Imperials will be on the offensive.

Sounds good. I'm outlining my plan in my head. I see two options. Go after the Chosokabe mainland to remove the threat of them rising. That would be a long campaign. Fuka has Always been an NPC. His only purpose was for this battle and to serve as a commander of Fukashi castle.

Sorry for not being here today guys. Was busy and couldn't get around to posting. Seeing as how the Imperial side jumped to in their castle, I'll move the Shogunate forces to a camp some ways away so they can discuss whatever they need to for the moment.
