This being the main point of play, since not even I am keen to sit and play someone telling someone to run laps till they puke.

Lol well, he isn't in the business to please. And if she has a problem with it, he would be more than willing to go into round two. Or worse. And with this being war time, he is likely allowed a lot more flexibility when it comes to enacting harsher discipline.

Lol and I still tried to go easy in her. And kept most of the rant short and leaving the rest to imagination.

Also, it should be warned a backhand will be the first response to any backtalk. And if she wants to give the evil eye. Well, that wont go well for her either. Though if she spent any time in early training, she should be familiar enough with being smoke to know what not to do.


Hopefully, the Marlon can run her hard enough that the Captain does not see fit to step in. With which case, it will be bad for everybody.

Oh! And he will see that she has her new call sign is recorded and spread around for others to use.



Thankfully! The next bit will be the soft part between him and Ryuko.

Had to get the military theatrics out of the way before we start bonding. And just as he has to discipline her, it's also his job to help her fit in and be part of the team to the best of his ability.

Tis what he intends to due for the rest of the down time. Discipline training and team bonding.

I will say though! Marlon doesnt particularly like having to boot camp his mates. But he understand the necessity and will flip the switch if its needed. The hard eye they are under makes it all the more necessary. And he does intend to set a proper example the best he can, should he be in the position to be chewed out by a superior, such as from Duenan or the Captain.

Oh, noted with respect! Gabi was more than ready to take heat for that call. Not so much from Conway, but the captain in charge of the mission. In fact, since Gabi and Ryuko joined, I think some part of Gabi was expecting a butting-of-heads somewhere because Third Heavy Recon is not a Recon Patrol squadron nor a Special Forces element.

Gabi's warm welcome into Third Heavy Recon has surprised her from the get-go. She wasn't expecting people who would be sympathetic to her and Ryuko's loss of the Jungle Rats; she was expecting to be treated like just another one of the FNGs (gals).

Pretty much everything Gabi has done is a result of her being Recon Patrol (and she wouldn't change OCCs even if we could). From her scouting to her drones to inventing mecha-goodies to just being a team player, even now with her Ajax range-increasing ideas - for Gabi, all that comes from her being Special Forces.

She feels lucky to have become a part of Third Heavy Recon when instead she was expecting to join a squadron full of Captain Edisons. =)
