Genesis heard max's plan, and felt max jump off. He had to watch max, so he could catch him. "Arcanus, lay down some suppressive attacks for max, we cannot afford to have him overwhelmed." Genesis barked as he flew around, and tried keep his distance from the Salamence. Assailant Latios Daisie

 

[Assailant]

Max grit his teeth. I'm not being defeated here! He continued his bone rush, trying to take out as many of the Pokémon as he could. When things began to seem hopeless, and the enemies had gathered in massive numbers, Max grinned. This will be your defeat!

Max used Close Combat

 

[Latios]

Many Joltiks fell to his attacks but one managed to latch on to his fist during his onslaught of attacks. It crawled up his arm and began to shook Max aggressively with its electricity.
Assailant Daisie Emperor Of Embers

 

[Daisie]

Arcanus nodded steadily as he looked up with valor. He reached out his attacks as far as he could, using Hypnosis and Confusion at every chance he had, taking down as many of the Joltiks as he could. "Hold on, Max! Just a little longer!", he encouraged, trying his hardest to help from the angle they were at.

[Assailant]

Max began to shake violently, lurching from the electricity. He was holding on as hard as he could, trying not to spasm off of the Salamance.

STOP STOP STOP STOP STOP STOP STOP, he mentally screamed, his thoughts moving as fast as his body. He began to rapidly punch the enemy, the electrically induced spasms doing most of the work for him, before throwing in a metal claw for good measure.

 

[Latios]

The Joltiks lost its grip and flew off but with that distraction the rest hand managed to move it and we're already trying to climb up his legs to shock his some more.
Assailant

 

[Assailant]

"AGH!" Dammit, he'd overextended. A single Joltic shocking him would hardly do anything, but with this number shocking him... he could already begin to feel his consciousness fading. His whole body was spasming and he was beginning to lose his grip. So, with what willpower he had left, he ignored the Joltics and focused on the Salamance. He may go down, but if his allies were ridden of a dangerous foe, it would be worth it.

[Daisie]

Arcanus sensed Maxs' distress, and he desperately looked down at Genesis. "He's going to die up there, I need you to get me up there! He needs assistance!", he almost screamed to Genesis, panicking.

[Latios]

The Salamance roared as he was hit by the attacks. It began to lose control over its flight and flew around in random directions to lose Max once more. The Joltiks on the other had began to consume Max with their numbers and began shocking him with the intensity increasing the more clawed on. Mean while Skarmory's began to dive bomb out of the clouds once they figured out the Salamance was in trouble. They tried to pick Max off the Salamance with their sharp talons.

[Emperor Of Embers]

Genesis zoomed up to the salamence, "Arcanus.... Be careful please...." He said as he got close enough for Arcanus to jump. "Now or never Arcanus! Hurry!" Genesis screamed as he saw the flailing dragon trying to knock max off. Assailant Daisie Latios

 

[Daisie]

Arcanus made a leap onto the Salamence, grunting as he landed down. "Genesis, catch Max!". Panicking, Arcanus shoved Max with his shoulder, flinching as the electric shock was transferred to him, as well. He hoped that Genesis would actually be able to catch the Lucario, though he wasn't sure how it was all going to work out. Either way... He had to try something, and time was short.

 

[Assailant]

Max continued trying to hold on to the flying behemoth, simply by instinct. The electricity had him spasming, resulting in him hitting Arcanus multiple times. Eventually, he ended up letting go and falling towards Genesis, still spasming. At this point, he didn't seem to be conscious, though it was hard to tell. His eyes were open, but his eyelids were twitching along with his whole body. He wasn't screaming, but the way his muscles were contracting betrayed his agony. As the electricity persisted, so did the spasms.

 

[Emperor Of Embers]

Genesis swooped under max, and caught the electrocuted Lucario. "Now to get Arcanus.." Genesis said to himself as he used telepathy, "Arcanus, are you able to let go?" he did not know if he had regained control of his muscles or not, and he flew around the flailing beast arcanus was on.

 

[Latios]

Joltik's were clingy creatures so some stayed with Max as he fell onto Genesis. If they weren't felt with they would continue to shock Max to death

The Joltiks losing their last target now focused on doing the same to Arcanus as they did to Max. However they were now in fewer numbers but still equally deadly. They began to try and crawl their way up Arcanus's legs.

Joltik's were clingy creatures so some stayed with Max as he fell onto Genesis. If they weren't felt with they would continue to shock Max to death

The Joltiks losing their last target now focused on doing the same to Arcanus as they did to Max. However they were now in fewer numbers but still equally deadly. They began to try and crawl their way up Arcanus's legs.
Daisie

Genesis felt the electricity flow from max to him, and then he pointed down at an angle, going down quickly. He was growling at the pain as grew angrier and angrier. About 1 minute later, he crashed into the island, throwing max, April, and the joltiks off of him, scattering them. He recovered and transformed, breathing heavily as he growled out of pain and anger, his armor heavily dented, and his eyes with small scratches that were visible upon close inspection.
Genesis watched as the joltiks skittered to April and Max. "Not on my watch, little bugs." he slowly gets up, and then he breathed deep, and ran to the joltiks, his feet aflame as he readied Blaze Kick.

Genesis used Blaze Kick!

One joltik was a steamy puddle of remains as genesis' killer instinct kicks in. He stared down the rest of the little spiders, and rubbed his claws together in a menacing way.
(would now be a good time to bring in Alistair and his pokemon?) Latios Assailant Daisie

 

[Daisie]

Arcanus looked down at the Joltiks with fury in his eyes, they had tried to kill Max. And they had gotten close, as well. He glared down at them with killer intent, and used Hypnosis on as many as he could, continually using Pound, as well. As he took down more of the Joltiks, anger raged through him. It was the Shadows' fault Amber had to die! It was their fault April had turned against him! It was their fault that he went through so much pain!

"Burn in Hell!", he roared at the tiny creatures, not hesitating to kill them every chance he got.

 

[Latios]

With much lightning bolt avoiding and Raikou helping to keep the Skarmory's off them they soon reached te gound where they could set him down. Draka too landed with the orb still in hand. The Salamance saw that I was now too late to do an air attack. Now it would be much harder. It came and hit the ground hard causing a large tremor to those also on the ground. Letting out a roa the Joltiks currently on it flied off and began to attack the group with their Electro Webs. At the same time the road also had down something else. From the beach several Kingler and Crawdaunt rose from the waters and filled in the ranks of the fallen Joltiks. They lunged themselves at the group with their Crab Hammers.

(Probably, probably not. It depends really. Maybe halfway through this battle he can come help out after hearing the fight) Emperor Of Embers

 

[Daisie]

Arcanus yelped a little bit as he was sent flinging forward by the crash. Panting, he weakly stood up with determination from the ground. Though at this rate, he knew he wouldn't last long. He glanced over at the rest of the group, across the battlefield. Countless Shadows laid in the way between them, he'd have to be on his own for now. At least until he could make is way over to the rest of the group. He used Nasty Plot quickly, before readying a Confusion. Stay alive.

 

[Assailant]

April quickly began to fly away, trying to keep her distance. The last thing she wanted was to tangle with the hoard of electric type enemies. She looked around in confusion and desperation.

"Sweetie, you don't need to fear. If they hurt you, I will simply heal you."

"Really? Even after everything?"

"Of course, that's what mothers are for!"

She shook her head and flew back a bit farther. She had to focus, she... she had to...

She didn't want to be in the fight. She just wanted to run. But she couldn' force herself to. If she was gonna fight, she was gonna get to safety as quick as possible. So she turned her attention to the Crawdaunt and the Kingler and used U-Turn as much as possible

 

[Emperor Of Embers]

Gensis used X-Scissor on the rest of the Joltiks, and turned to see Crawdaunts and Kinglers coming up on the beach, snapping their pincers in anticipation, he saw April flying around, and using U-Turn.

Genesis used Gear Grind!

His speed grew as he used X-Scissor and Blaze Kick in whatever shadows April did not kill. Assailant Latios Daisie

 

[Latios]

The army of crabs tried their best to hit April as she bounced off them with her attack. However she was too fast for their slow crab arms to hit her before she backed away. Most started to use moves like water gun and bubble beam to stop her before she came in too close. They also noticed the Genesect now attacking them and knew it would be a problem and tried to use Guillotine on him to get rid of him as soon as possible. On hit with that and Genesis would be out for the count.

Raikou being an Electric Type focused more on the incoming water types than the Salamance and Joltiks. Any of the crustations that came near him were crushed with a swift Thunder Fang.

With so little Joltiks remaining it was easy to be rid of them now that they weren't in the air. One Flamethrower later from Draka and they were all roasted to a crisp. That just left the Salamance. It lunged at Draka with as much speed as it could muster in an attempt to steal the orb. However Latios and Edron stepped in the way and flung it back with their combined Psychic. The two then proceeded to charge at the downed Salamance instead with Dragon Claw attacks at the ready. Emlas too began to attack the mighty Dragon before them.

Max's body continued to spasm for a few seconds before slowing down to twitches and finally simply being still. It was clear that he was out for the count.

April kept her distance, falling back once they began sufficiently retaliating. She began to panic and fled from them, looking around to see what she could do. Spotting Max, she flew over and grabbed his body, lifting it and flying it out of the battle.

 

[Daisie]

Arcanus quickly finished his attacks and looked over at the battle that seemed to almost be done, panting heavily. He watched April take Max away for a moment, relieved that the situation was handled well. He charged at the Salamence with the others, and simply used Pound.

 

[Emperor Of Embers]

Genesis dodged every single Guillotine, and jumped back, ripped out his Douse Drive, and used Techno Blast, where all but one Crawdaunt was deceased. Genesis took a knee, and felt his joints lock up as he rested. "How did you survive?!" he growled as he watched the crab move closer.

 

[Latios]

The Salamance roaring in pain from all the hits it was taking. It needed to get rid of them so it could complete its mission. The Salamance curled up into a ball before rapidly expanding its wings and tail to knock it's attackers away. Once free it preceded to charge at Draka again for the one she carried.

The Crawdaunt raised back its claw to deliver its lethal Guillotine on the Genesect who sat there almost paralyzed. Once fully charged it started to swing at Genesis.

The rest of the crab army had no more oppenets with April gone. They all started to converge on the rest of the group surrounding them with ease.
