Realistic or Modern OOC Grad Night

It's late, but my mom's been in town so I'm gonna try and map out some relationships now before putting out my first post. These are all just loose ideas so totally tell me no or what you'd wanna change;


Jenny: Due to Nic having done research on what her father did, she'd definitely know who Jenny was and be hesitant around her, maybe even feeling a little bit guilty. However, if she comes anywhere near her with social worker BS, her attitude would quickly change to 'I don't need you, leave me alone!'

Chel: I feel as though Nic may be a bit jealous of Chel and all of the friends she has? In Nic's head Chel is who she'd be had she not been kicked out of her old school and given the info about who her dad was, so she has kind of a bitter taste in her mouth.

CRYING NIC BABY - i love the bit about social worker BS because jenny totally would as a sort of wall to put up and be like, objective reasoning here kid you're messed as fuck. i love this entirely and we'll see what they do

And then for Chel she'd prob feel horrible if she knew that Nic felt that way, but Chel would def try to welcome her whenever she could. Like i said prior sorta of a 'learn from the pro, kid' but i could def see them growing for their similarities rather than their differences ic

Mickey: I think Nic and Mickey would probably get along really well seeing as they're both sarcastic and brutally honest. So, perhaps close friends? I can see her teasing him about originally being a star athlete and if he get's pissed he'd toss the dad thing in her face. I feel like they don't know where to draw the line with each other.

Maggie: I doubt that Maggie and Nic would have too much in common, and she'd probably talk bad about how quiet and obsessed with work she is just because she doesn't know her like at all.

Rod: Nic could be part of the reason Rod got so into drinking, whether she was just the supplier and always egged him on or revealed some secret of his so he drank to cope with that I could see her having something to do with it.

Aleks: Nic could definitely help Aleks get drugs if he ever ran out, she's hooked up with a doctor and no one can know cause of the age difference of course. I feel like they'd be unlikely friends, but because of their sarcasm and acting like everything's okay when it's definitely not, I think they could get along with each other really well.

Colt: Maybe Colt was friends with Nic's mother in high school and still tried to be around as a shoulder to cry on after what happened? So maybe something father-figurey???? I'm not sure

Rosa: I think that, secretly, Nic is curious about what her father was like. So when Rosa comes back, her mother would obviously bring up that the two were close and Nic might approach her with some questions, but try not to seem too interested because she doesn't want anyone to have anymore of a reason to be on her about it.

Joseph: A lot like Rosa, though she'd probably think his job was weird and make quick quips about it.

Justina: I doubt that Nic and Justina would ever really cross paths except in the hallway and due to her judgemental nature, Nic would probably just be in shock by the whole pregnancy thing.

Nanami: I doubt their paths would ever even cross tbh
