Not Everything Is Perfect...(Val & Coedy)

Sam gulped, he pulled up to the house, and walked out of the car. He opened Avery' s door for her, and then walked to the back of the truck. He took her bike out, and walked up to her dad. "Hello sir, I apologize for your daughter's lateness.. her were hiking and I forgot a watch."

Haley giggled, Well you are special.. sooooo <(: she replied, and held the the phone over her face. She told herself that she would not drop the phone on her face.

Avery got out of the car. "Sorry dad." She said. He looked Sam up and down.

"How is he?" He asked, talking to Avery.

"Um, this is Mr. Hyde." She said. "He's my teacher."

Dane smiled a little more. Yes I am. And you love it. He couldn't stop smiling.

Sam stuck a hand out and then looked down at her and then looked at the huge man in front of him. "I'll see you at school, Avery." He said as he pulled his hand back and began to walk back to his car.

You know I can't help help but love it Haley giggled and then yawned as she waited for Danes reply. She couldn't wait for summer..

Avery's dad just nodded. "Well, thank you for making sure my daughter got home safely." He said, clearly still upset but not taking it out on him.

Dane smiled again. Well I have been told I'm irresistible. He laughed at himself a little as he hit send.

Sam nodded, he yawned a little bit and then got it I his car, he drove home and parked in the garage. He then walked inside his home. He stretched and sat on the bed and then hanged into athletic shorts. He was really tired.

Haley smiled it's true.. Imma head to bed.. Ttyl<3 she said to him, before she set her phone on the counter and then began to drift asleep.

Avery put her bike in the garage. Her dad was mad, but glad she was okay. He told her that she should never do that again. After being yelled at for running, she went to bed.

Dane smiled. Night. He set the phone next to his bed and started to go to sleep. He couldn't believe things had worked out the way they did.

(Morning time)

Sam was up at 4:50, already dressed, he made his coffee, and sat on the couch as he watched the news. He set his five hour energy on the counter, but continued to listen to the news. He yawned and rubbed his eyes as he stood. It was now 5, her leave at six-thirty for school.

Haley looked at the alarm clock as it buzzer. She groaned and sat on the edge of the bed. She ran her fingers through her hair and then stumbled to her closet. She looked through her clothes, and threw on a casual outfit. She then walked up the stairs, she slowly are a bagel and then walked back down to brush her teeth.

Avery sat up straight when her alarm went off. Turning it off, she got up to get dressed. She dark jeans and a purple hoodie. She grabbed a poptart for breakfast and headed out the door. She always left early because she had to walk so far.

Dane woke up and got ready. He grabbed some cereal for breakfast and left for school. The team was meeting early to get some extra practice in. So he got in his car and started driving.

Sam got to school, he unlocked his classroom, then began to write on the board. He looked at the time, then began to write the essay requirements. He yawned and then began to wait for the kids to file into the classroom.

Haley yawned as she looked at the time. Today was the only day in the week that she didn't have gymnastics first. She left for school in her car; driving down the street. She was still so happy over what had happened the day before.

Avery made it to school on time. She didn't want to be in school though, she still felt like a freak.

Dane showered quickly after the practice. He then went to his locker and, seeing as it was still early, went to where he knew Haley's locker was. He wasn't going to let people stop him from hanging out with her.

Sam watched the students pass by the class room, he leaned back in his swivel chair, and tapped on his computer.

Haley yawned as she walked into the school. She was met by a slugger, and a spit ball. She sighed, and picked the ball out of her hair, and then rubbed her shoulder. It really didn't hurt, but she didn't like bruises. She looked up at her locker, smiling as she saw Dane.

Avery didn't have English yet, but she wanted to. It was the one class she looked forward to.

Dane smiled when he saw Haley. But when he saw her rubbing her shoulder, he was a little worried. "Hey." He said with a smile. "Are you okay?" He asked, motioning to her shoulder.

Sam sat against the wall, he stood up when his students came into the room. He began to get th essay stuff out, but he usually started to teach five minutes after the bell rang.

Haley smiled softly, she nodded, and then kissed his cheek. "Yes punches and spit balls don't hurt me anymore Dane." She explained with a small giggle.

Avery sat in her first class, wanting to be in English. She wasn't sure if it was just English she was excited about. Maybe it was Mr. Hyde.

Dane wasn't sure he liked that. "Want me to beat anyone up?" He asked. "'Cause I'll do it."

Sam began to speak, knowing that all of his students HATED essays. He could only smile, and then he handed out the essay requirements. He then talked about them, and explained everything that had to be included on the essay. he was really thinking about Avery, he didn't know why thought.

Haley smiled a little, "Hey, Dane. I'm fine, I can beat people up by myself." she told him, before she kissed him happily.

Avery didn't like sitting through class. It was boring, she knew all of this already. The teacher had to repeat it so many times for the other kids.

Dane smiled a little and kissed her back. "As long as you're sure." He told her. "And we better get to class before we're in trouble."

Sam finished explaining the essay, and then sat at his desk. He personally didn't enjoy essays, but he knew that it was mandatory for the kids. He was actually glad that he was now a teacher.

Haley nodded, "Ah yes, class.. The wonderful world of social studies and sleeping." she laughed, and took his hand before she started to walk down the hall.

Avery pulled out a piece of paper and started writing. She wasn't paying attention to what she was writing, but she knew it was about Mr. Hyde. Did she like him or something?

Dane smiled more. He walked with her, laughing a little. "You'd better not fall asleep in class." He told her. "Or else you'll get it."

Sam swirled around in his chiar, waiting for the next question to come out of his students. He was summoned to the back of the classroom, where he then beganto explain the whole objective of the project.

Haley smirked, she gently punched his shoulder, and then laughed. "Oh yeah? And who's gonna give it?" she asked him ass she walked into the room. She took a seat, and then opened up her binder along with her notebooks.

Avery looked down at her paper again and was shocked. It was all about Mr. Hyde. She put it away quickly and focused on the class again.

Dane smiled. "Ow." He fake-whined. "That didn't hurt." Then he smiled more. "And I would do it." He said as they sat down. He got out his stuff.

Sam smiled, he left the student, and returned to the front of the classroom. He finished the essay stuff, and began to talk about being the character. And for some reason, he was thinking about Avery.

Haley looked over at him, she chuckled, and then placed a hand on his shoulder, "Oh! SO you are going to give it to me?" she whispered and yawned a little as the teacher began to teach.

Avery took notes, though she ended up scribbling his name on the paper. Why was she thinking about him so much.

Dane nodded. "Yes, yes I am." He whispered. When she yawned a little. "Stay awake."

Sam let the class work, he walked out of the classroom, he walked down the hall, and into a random class. He said hi to the teahcer, and looked at the class. He smiled softly when he saw Avery, and then turned to leave.

Haley looked at him and sighed, "Fine." she whispered as she sat up. She stretched her arms out, then looked at the teacher. She shrugged and rubbed her forehead.

Avery looked up as the door opened. She almost froze when Mr. Hyde walked in. Then she smiled back a little as he walked out. She definitely couldn't deny it anymore, she liked Mr. Hyde.

Dane smiled again. He was glad that she wasn't going to go to sleep. He turned and faced the front of the room and paid attention to the teacher. Though he'd much rather not have to deal with class.

Sam smiled to himself as he saw Avery's smile back. He felt his heart melt- yes, he had feelings for one of his students, call him crazy, but he did.

Haley wrote down her notes, occasionally poking Dane in the sides. She continued to write, and would casually play with her hair as well.
