Not Everything Is Perfect...(Val & Coedy)

"Ah! That's it! What a smart idea, Aves." Sam said with a fascinated smile as he continued to type out the questions. He cleared his throat, and saved the questions before he closed the computer. "So how was your day?" He asked her with a smile.

Haley smirked as she grabbed another apple from the fridge, as she ate, she got his text. 666 Pearl Street NW(; she sent the text, and went back to pulling all of their data out. She also was supplying food, and more test subjects; her parents and younger brother.

Avery smiled a little more when he called her 'Aves' again. She liked that nickname. She shrugged a little at his question, leaning on her handle bars some. "It was okay, I guess." She said. "I mean, I was stuck in school all day." She smiled a little. "What about you?"

Got it. Dane got into his car and backed out of his driveway. When he got to her house a few minutes later, he got out and knocked on her door.

Sam looked at Avery, "Oh, you know, just stuck I school all day, teaching kids how don't care about what I am teaching." he explained and then placed his computer in his bag. He smiled at her, enjoying her company as they sat in his yard.

Haley walked to the door, smiling when she saw Dane. "Glad you could make it!" she said as she hugged him, and then walked with him to the living room. She kissed his cheek, and then sat down with him.

"That must be so hard." Avery said with a smile. "Why did you want to become a teacher anyway?" She asked. She wanted to know as much about him as she could learn.

Dane smiled when she opened the door and hugged her back. "What? Did you think I was going to make it to Texas in the two minutes it took me to get here?" He asked her. He followed her inside and the sat down with her.

Sam laughed a little bit, "Well, I really loved English, and I like sharing my knowledge with other people, so when the teaching job opened at your school, I knew that I wanted to be a teacher." he explained with a little smile.

Haley looked at him, she stuck her tongue out at him, and them smiled a little. "No, usually people never cam find my house.. Or they lie to cover up the fact that they didn't even come to look." she said softly. Haley let out a little sigh, and then looked at the charts.

Avery smiled a bit. "I think I may want to be a teacher too." She said. "Maybe not high school, I don't know." She sighed a little. "I just don't want to go into the military like my dad wants. I want to be able to stay in one place."

Dane's smile faded slightly. "Well, I'm not like other people." He said, his smile returning. "Plus, I want to do good on this project and that won't happen unless we work on it together." He told her.

Sam nodded, "You know, I always wanted to be a policeman." he told her with a small laugh. "But I was sucked into teaching." he added with a smile. "I think you should spec whatever makes you happy." he said with a soft smile.

Haley cleared her throat, "Okay, we can test my parents." she said as she stood up, and walked into the kitchen. "Mom, dad, we need you to help us with our science project." she explained as she brought them out. She then had the doing the stuf that they were doing.

Avery smiled a bit, but looked down. "I don't know what makes me happy." She said quietly. "I never really bothered to think about it like most people. It just never fit into my life." Sometimes she felt like she was a fail of a person. She definitely wasn't normal by any means.

Dane nodded a little. He watched her go get her parents. Then kind of wrote down how well they did they activities. It kind of felt a little weird watching it, but it was fun too.

Sam placed a hand on her shoulder, he looked at her, and then smiled softly. "You'll find your passion, don't worry." He said with a reassuring smile.

Haley looked at him, smiling as she finsihed the tests. She excused her parents and the. Sat next to Dane, "Now we should start putting the facts on the board

Avery looked up at him. Without thinking, she suddenly hugged him. Her bike fell to the ground next to her, but she didn't care about that. "Thank you." She said quietly. Then she realized what she was doing and quickly took her arms back. "Sorry."

Dane smiled and nodded a bit. "Yeah, that sounds like a good plan." He said with a smile. "So, how are we going to organize these facts?" He asked her.

Sam hugged her back, and then smiled."You are welcome." He said as he looked down at her. He shrugged and then gave a friendly laugh. "You don't have to apologize to me, everyone needs a hug now and then." He said with a small smile.

Haley looked down at the notes, and then looked up at Dane. "Us over here, and our parents over here." She said as she began to write.

Avery was a bit shocked that he'd hugged her back. Though she didn't complain. "Thanks." She said quietly, glad he wasn't upset that she'd hugged him. That would not have been fun.

Dane nodded. "Got it." He said. He started to rewrite the notes, so they at least looked a little better and began to place them. The project was already coming together pretty well.

Sam smiled, "You want to come inside?" He asks her, a He picked up his computer bag, an hung it over his shoulder. He rubbed his forehead and then smiled at her.

Haley had gotten half way through the notes, an then flopped on the floor. "Ugh!" She muttered, and then giggled as she looked up at Dane.

Avery paused for a moment. What could possibly go wrong, though? "Sure." She said. She just pushed her bike slightly more into his yard, so it wasn't on the sidewalk.

Dane smiled at her. "I'm sensing a tickle war about to start." He said. As he said it, he knelt down next to her and began to tickle her.

Sam nodded, he walked up to his front door, an then opened it for her. He walked inside and then yawned as he set his bag down in his room. He looked at her and then yawned, "Want anything to eat?" he asked her curiously.

Haley giggled, she squirmed all over, and then tried to push his hands away. She tried to tickle him, but she had to find his tickle spot. She searched his sides and then continued to giggle as she was tickled.

Avery walked inside, still feeling a little weird being in a teacher's house. "Um, no. I'm good, thanks though." She said. She watched him yawn. "You sure you're not tired or something? You're yawning a lot."

Dane laughed as she started to giggle. "I'm not ticklish!" He said through his laughter. Well, he was, but he wasn't going to tell her where. He continued to tickle her.

Sam shrugged and grabbed an apple. He sat on the couch and then patted the cushion next to him. "I'm not tired, I always yawn, even in class." He told her, with a slight chuckle.

Haley pouted, she pushed him away, but was un successful. She continued to giggle and squirm, smiling through her happy tears, and looked up at Dane as she continued to laugh.

Avery nodded a bit. "I noticed." She hesitated just a moment before she sat down next to him. She was starting to feel slightly less awkward about everything that was going on at the moment.

Dane kept laughing as he tickled her. "I think I'm winning." He said as she continued to laugh. "Getting hard to breath yet?" He would stop if she couldn't breath.

Sam looked over at her, "Are you going to go to the football game tomorrow?" he asked her as he leaned back on the couch and then ate his Apple.

Haley smirked, she put her hands on his shoulders, and then pushed him down, onto the floor. She smiled down at him and then winked. "Got my breath." She told him with a giggle.

Avery shook her head as she pulled her legs onto the couch. "No." She said simply. "I don't understand it enough to even think about going."

"Whoa." Dane smiled as she pushed him to the ground. He laughed a little bit when she winked at him. "I see." He said, smiling more. "Does this mean I can tickle you more?"

Sam nodded, "Ah, well that is a bummer." He said as he grabbed the remote. He set it on the coffee table and then smiled at Avery.

Haley thought, "I guess.. if you can!" She giggled and and began to try to find his tickle spot. Ran her fingers across his torso, and then smirked.

Avery looked down a little. She always thought that it might be fun to go to one, if she knew what was going on. "Are they any fun?" She asked him.

Dane smiled. "Nice try." He said. "But that's not where I'm ticklish." He told her. "If I'm ticklish anywhere." He reached up and began to tickle her again.

Sam nodded, "They can be fun, by do you want to watch a football game right now?" He asked her as hepicked up the remote, and looked down at her.

Haley pouted, but giggled when he started to tickle her again. She laid on top of him, and continued to giggle as she squirmed around.

Avery shrugged a little bit. "I guess." She said. "Not that I'll know what's going on." She added. "I have never understood sports."

Dane smiled as she started to giggle again. "I have discovered your ultimate weakness!" He said, sounding like one of those cheesy villains in a movie.

Sam laughed, "I'll explain." He told her before he started to point out the players elaborating on what was going on during the game.

Haley laughed at him, "You're so crazy!" She said in between giggles. She squirmed around again, an then tried to push him away.
