Ein would find that he would be blinded by a binding spell, but for him this should be no problem. "Hidden Shadow," Ein said and before you know he would fire what seemed to be his shadow towards the two. Hidden Shadow is an ability that utilizes Ein's specialty in Emission. It would use his aura to of fire off what seemed to be a shadow towards someone. This attack would of course come from shadows, but only shadows that he makes or owns. It would fire off a concentrated blast of aura and would attack someone. To enhance the ability further, he put a restriction saying that he can only use this ability during the night. This attack would be fast and would hit the person that hit him with the binding spell.

The shorter yelled to his taller companion. "Take care of the trash, I'll handle this kid." The voice then revealed itself to be the same boy who'd attacked Laurence earlier. The taller man nodded, disappearing into the trees.

As this was going on I'd woken up. The taller dropped me onto the forest floor, pulling out a sword. My eyes turned a deep crimson as he lunged at me. The sword pierced my skin as I shot a blast of pure chaotic energy, sending him flying into a tree with a sick snap. Everything seemed to slow as I fell to the ground, my vision turning black.

Suddenly i put a few loops into the slide in an attempt to lower our momentum, eventually we slide to a halt in a position near Ein and Laurence

Ein would do his best to break free of the bind spell, and by powering himself up with aura with enhancement he would break through the binding spell. He then went towards Gene with more speed, at the cost of using up more aura, and would strike Gene with his mace powered with aura. At the same time, he would fire off another Hidden Shadow aimed towards Gene in a direction that would change based on where he moved.

May nods in agreement "He knows a lot." She comes to a halt behind Priscilla, pulling her daggers to a ready position. Seeing the fight between Ein and Gene in front of her, May stays back, though scanning the forest to find out in what direction Lawrence was taken. She'd look for broken branches, or other things out of place.

I look at you, clearly exhausted because of the fact that summoning the huge slide took up alot of energy as well as that i had been tired already, i sway a little at the edge of the slide, looking a bit paler than usual. "I-i don't think i w-will be able to fight..."

There would be several broken branches going north, followed by a yell and a sharp snap before it fell silent.

Gene would hear the snap and being seriously injured, he fled the scene.

Ein would see Gene fleeing the scene, and looked to see May and Priscilla. He went to the two of them and said, "Well looks like he'll be gone of the moment. My Hidden Shadow came in handy. Anyways let's go find Laurence," he said rushing to the area he heard the noise.

May glances at Priscilla and nods, then she sees the broken branches to the north. "There," she points to the spot and starts to run towards it, trusting that at least Ein would follow. She'd be screwed if he didn't.

The taller figure would lay unconcious by a tree, his neck twisted unnaturally, as chaotic energy residue filled the area. Laurence lay on the ground, a short sword in his side,his skin pale and his aura slowly dissipating.

Ein would run in the direction that May pointed. Thanks to him hearing the sound, he was able to at least pinpoint the location sort of. He would rush to see an injured Laurence. "Laurence!" He said as he went towards him. "This is bad... His injuries are pretty serious," he said as he would at least use his aura to try and heal the wounds. Being able to at least use enhancement to 80% of what he would be able to do if he was an enhancer, he would use a healing spell on him. The spell would heal Laurence so that he would be able to live.

I make my way back to the room, trailing my hand across trees, leaving small little marks to lead the way back. "Good navigation skills coming in useful for once!" I mumble to myself

May is on edge, watching the lining of the trees with suspicion. "Okay," she said, her voice shaking rather noticeably. "Now, I'm certain we're in over our heads, Ein. We can not fight these guys! And we can't keep this ordeal a secret. Lawrence was attacked twice in one day! And whatever the heck he did to our room to put up a barrier did absolutely nothing! Someone has to tell the headmaster! This might not be just a threat to US anymore!"

And your right again, it its more than a threat to us now. More demons could be targetted..." He looked at Laurence. "Let's go tell him," he said to May with a look of concern.

Laurence would twitch slightly, his eyes slowly opening. "What's going on......" He'd mumble weakly, drained from the injuries and magic he'd used to defend himself.

May would let out a frustrated sigh, and turn to head back in the direction she came, hoping she could find the ice slide, or at least navigate a little. Luckily, Priscilla marked the path. This set her mind a little bit at ease. May looks over her shoulder "Priscilla marked our way back. Just follow the glowing trees." She wouldn't be much help in a fight. In all honesty, the only thing May thought she'd be able to do was sneak Lawrence back to the dorms, if the demon hunters had looked away long enough.
