Gautama was still red with embarrassment as Colette had ruler to release him and even began dragging him all over the place. While he was flustered he had to admit he was enjoying himself. He wanted to spend more time with Colette, Lucy and everyone else too of course. He wasn't going to single Colette out for anything. He couldn't really think of anything they would do.

When Gautama was dragged into the club he was struck by the loud and strange music first. Almost on Instinct Gautama, " What I seek is Nirvana." Immediately the scene changed for him and any one under his Dukkha spell @heartshapedsprinkles from a loud club into a peaceful and quiet grassy area. The club was still there and the layout of the Nirvana spell was identical to the layout of the Oyster club. Heck the patrons and everyone else were still there still visible but their voices couldn't be heard.

Gautama sighed in relief and the manager showed the group to their room which to Gautama and Colette looked to have a single large tree that shaded the area in which they would sit. Any sort of refrigerator or containment device looked like a large rock while the seats looked like carved stone but would feel like leather.

The magician had been preparing his 'tricks' as well telling the staff about what he would need them to do. As he readied to go on the manger came onto the stage. Singers had been on for while now. Now it was time for a main event. "Ladies and gentlemen, for your viewing pressure we have the great man of magic himself, Autar Ratliff" He said. As he came onto the stage, the cheers of the crowd Autar remembered why he did this. He made sure to wave up to the private room where his companions where.The loving admiration of people. What a humble man. "Thank you, thank you, Now for tonight I think I would like to do for tonight is a go right in a death defying stunt" he says in an overly dramatic way. "I mean any old shyster can make flowers come out of his sleeve" He said flowers coming out of sleeve, "Or make a dove fly out of his hands" he said a dove flying out his hands. While he did these tricks, Autar's assistants brought out a coffin and a blade. "You see I shall be locked in this coffin, while my lovely assistants stab me with these blades" he said his assistants showing the blades, smiles on there faces. "That's what happens when you don't pay for overtime folks, Hey watch were you put you hands" he joked as he was locked into the coffin. Autar sighed. He muttered "Now you see me" just as blades go through the coffin.

Samuel looked down at Autar's performance. It was quite entertaining, but his mind was on different things.

He could detect the presence of another magic user. He looked over to where the energy welled up from.

A young girl was standing there, wearing some strange attire. She had some uneasiness about her, as she probably wasn't aloud in her

Samuel crossed his legs, his foot resting on his knee, and his right hand resting on the revolver he had hidden.

Sam probably should have asked if concealed weapons on the premise are legal, but it was too late now, and he was concerned about why she was here and what she planned to do.

"This is entertainment..?" Lucy mumbled "killing oneself isn't exactly my cup of tea, the only ones that enjoy murder are assasins my mind, but i suppose if the public enjoys it, they know best" considering how easy it woukd be to turn into a mouse or crab or some other small creature to escape the blades. "Maybe an illusion of him got in the box, or the swords themselves are an illusion" she rambled, a little surprised at the endless possibilities to escape one simple box. "I'm too logical to enjoy this very much..." She sighed before getting up. "I think I'll head out to the bathroom for a moment, I won't be long" she wandered out, her eyes once more changing to cat eyes for better vision in the darkness of the room, only to see an odd girl wearing strange clothes and allowing her magical energies swirl around her. "Young miss... It would be un-wise to allow your..." she thought for a moment, trying to come up with a word to describe it. "Unique abilities out, even an average person would be capable of sensing it if they were to get close enough" she told her, thinking of the person as a possible recruit for the magical council

(I can't tell if Lucy was talking to Wynt, since way back in the earlier posts Wynter hasn't used even her ability since entering the Oyster club. @Sheepington )

Wynter had just been glancing around, after counting the number of heads before she turned when she saw a woman walking towards her. It was Lucy, from the council earlier. Even if many magic council members didn't know who she was, the observant teenager knew their names. "Eh?" She said in a soft voice as she caught onto what she was saying, and her arm grasped onto the other one, on top of where one of the magic seal would be. No magic seemed to be going out. "Do you mean...what's in my bag?" She said, referring to her grimoire. She didn't want to take it out, not in front of other humans or Urban warlocks.

"A grimoire..? Why would you have one of those out and about with you?" Lucy asked "old books like those should be left alone, they are dangerous in the hands of the inexperienced, but, you most likely have used it haven't you? I don't suppose this book may contain some... Unsavoury magics would it?" She asked. "Because if it did then i would be forced to arrest you, even members of the council aren't allowed those types of magic, apart for a few exceptions of course" she told the young girl with a pleasant, calming smile, like the type of smile a mother would give to a child

"Dangerous in the hands of the experienced". Lucy did know somewhat about the weapon that she had. All the magic tome contained were scripts and magic circles. On their own, it wouldn't even be able to summon anything. Although, does she even know what magic I do? A voice said in the back of her head. Too accustomed to making herself quiet enough to hide and not be noticed, it wouldn't be a surprise if so.

"B-but," she started out timidly. "Shouldn't you also check whether the council has approved of it?" Her face showed a concerned look, for herself and maybe for Lucy likely to get into trouble for false arresting someone. Her hand ghosted over her bag unconsciously, as if she didn't want to let go of the item within that she had began using since she was in elementary school.

Colette was excited. She was going to see a magic show, talk with some interesting new people over drinks, and possibly get some dancing in, if the music kept up for long. She hadn't been dancing in forever. She glanced down at her outfit for a split second. It was a little too business professional for dancing, but if she took off her blazer and shortened her skirt... Maybe she could get away with it? She glanced around the room again, trying to find the restroom so she could potentially adjust her clothing, when everything changed before her eyes.

"W-what happened?!" Colette stopped dead in her tracks, letting go of Lucy and Gautama's hands. They both continued on, acting as though nothing strange at all had just happened. She, however, was utterly confused, and her confusion was turning to panic by the second. One minute she had been in the club, bobbing her head along to the beat of the music, and the next it had turned into a grassy knoll, all sound and flashing lights gone.

"G-Gautama! What's going on?!" She reached out and grabbed his arm, looking up at him. Panic was evident on her face, as her eyes darted around the room frantically.

@SleepyBuddha

The magician appeared on one of the clubs upper seating areas. He bowed to the awe and shock to audience. "Sorry to panic you but shock is one the main areas of magic" he said as he ran down the stairs and back to the stage. "Now for my next trick" he said as a one of women came on to the stage with a gun. "Is the great Autar immortal? Can he cheat death?" He ask in an overlay dramatic fashioned. "Do not be fooled these are real bullet" He said as the women fire the gun on the floor. "Now let us face death" Autar said as his assistant fired at him.

@Trust @heartshapedsprinkles @SleepyBuddha @Sheepington @Quark

"I'm sorry if i frightened you, i just noticed a rather large amount of magic floating about you, maybe you could try finding some sort of magical nullification box you could put it in...? Anyway, come with me, me and a few temporary allies are watching the show." Lucy told her, taking her hand softly, pulling her along but not aggresively. "I never thought you would go so far as to shoot yourself Autar!" She said as the assistant shot at him before remembering his forte was illusions. "gah... Watching him gives me a headache" she mumbled before sitting down next to a calm Gautama and a panicking Colette

Gautama looked back confused for a moment then he remembered that she was under the effect of his Dukkha spell. He smiled gently and rested his right hand on her shoulder saying, " I'm sorry I had forgotten that you were under my power. This is one of my illusions. I call it Nirvana, " Gautama explained trying to ease her panic. " I will take it away forgive me. " Gautama then began moving his hand from her shoulder to her head.

@heartshapedsprinkles @Trust @SirGrey @Quark

Colette breathed a sigh of relief, her panic dissipating when Gautama explained his magic. As long as she wasn't going crazy, or under the effect of some unknown magic, she was fine. Taking a quick glance around, she decided she actually kind of liked it. It would be especially useful if she felt like she was going to have an anxiety attack. Being able to shut everything out at will must be nice.

She smiled at up, leaning her head into his hand. "I might ask you to do this in the future, it's nice. But right now, I want to watch a magic show, toss back a few drinks, and dance."

@SleepyBuddha @Trust @SirGrey @Quark @Sheepington

A clone spell made death more a light issue rather then a well death. Walking back on stage behind the assistance the magician said "Well don't you hate it when you get shoot" The assistance walked on stage with Autar. Together they bowed and said "Thank you thank you we shall we back on soon, for now enjoy the lovely sound of Dean Domino" The trio walked off. Going to his dressing the room the magician picked up his cane. Time to talk to his companions.

Colette blinked when reality snapped back, before her face split into a grin. Taking a seat next to Gautama in their private room, she quietly gave her drink order to the waiter before turning her attention to the show. She smiled at Lucy and the teenaged girl she had brought with her, waving slightly, but her attention was focused almost entirely on Autar. At one point she pulled off her blazer and hung it over the back of her chair, before accepting her rapidly delivered drink.

At the completion of Autar's first trick, she clapped her hands and whistled her appreciation, laughing in delight. And when Autar's assistant fired the bullet at him, Colette gasped, her hands flying to her mouth. She knew he would be fine, but it was still startling nonetheless. And when he appeared again, she cheered with the rest of the crowd before downing the rest of her drink. She waved the waiter over, and turned to Gautama and Lucy, "Do either of you want something to drink?"

@SleepyBuddha @Trust @SirGrey @Quark @Sheepington

"I refrain from drinking alcohol, so water would be nice" she said happily, her headache seemingly gone. "Not to mention last time I got drunk I shifted through hundreds of forms..." she thought to herself, remembering the exact reason why. "Oh, do any of you drink alcohol?" Lucy asked with curiosity, not for any real reason. "not to be rude, I'm just curious" she clarified a moment later "and what was all that fuss about? I'm pretty sure I saw you flailing.." her head tilted slightly to the side, her eyes watching Colette's eyes to check if she was lying about anything

@SleepyBuddha @SirGrey @heartshapedsprinkles @Quark @Sheepington

Gautama shook his head, " The only time I drink is when I eat and monks such as myself only eat one time a day. " He explained as he watched Autar approach them, " It was quite the interesting show. Though I'm curious how your illusions work. "

@SirGrey @Trust @Quark @heartshapedaprinkles @Sheepington

Colette laughed sheepishly at Lucy's question, rubbing her bare shoulders in embarrassment. "I was flailing? Oh geez. Yeah, I'm fine. Gautama accidentally used an illusion spell on me, and the whole room changed in front of me." She gestured around the room, continuing, "It was actually beautiful, very peaceful looking. I'm a little envious of it, honestly."

Giving her second drink order the the waiter, she made sure to ask for waters all around, and a non-alcoholic drink for the young woman that had come to sit with them. "And yes, I drink! Going out for drinks is an easy way to court potential clients. They love to be wined and dined." Though, I've probably been drinking a little too much, since- She shook her head to clear the thought from her mind. She didn't need to focus on it when she was out like this.

Turning her head to Gautama, she added, "And you only eat once a day?! I could never do that. I love food way too much."

"No thanks," Samuel said, "I don't drink, either. I just don't like the taste of alcohol."

Samuel has never actually seen a magic user drink. It would be quite interesting to see how the energies around a mage are affected by it.

Samuel hadn't seen a real difference in the energies of those who don't practice magic when they drink, subtle as these energies were, but was very curious about how this would affect someone who does practice magic.

Samuel examined Colette as she ordered her second drink for the night.

Hopefully she doesn't plan on driving home, after this!

With the given suggestion, Wynter merely nodded her head. She looked down at her bag again. Nullification box, hm...

At the invitation of being asked to sit down with Lucy and a few other companions,she let Lucy take her hand with a small smile on her face as they made their way to the group. She watched Autar perform with the others before he came to join them.

She blinked at the question, whether she was also asked whether she drank or not. "No, I'm not allowed since I'm underage," she said softly. She wouldn't even bother entering if she didn't notice there could be enemies lurking around here.

"Damn, it's hot..."

Raven walked down the sidewalk, her headphones on high and her hood pulled up over her head. Her falsely brown-colored eyes watched her hightop clad feet kick a few stones out of her way. She wanted to take off her jacket, but she liked the hood too much, it gave her a place to hide her face from the many eyes around her. Raven sighed deeply, tapping her front black jean's pocket nervously as she tried to rush home from her work as quickly as possible. She didn't like being outside with people...

The magician approached the private room were his companions were. "Well what did you think of the show, I myself thought it went rather well" Autar asked as he sat down. He order a scotch. A stiff drink sounded good around about now. @Trust @heartshapedsprinkles @SleepyBuddha @Sheepington @Quark
Gautama smiled, " I enjoyed the spectacle. If it is alright with you would you explain how your magic works? I'm interested how your illusions work. In exchange I will gladly show you my magic in return. So that we both receive something from this arrangement." Gautama suggested as he watched the others.

@Trust ah okay thanks.)

Raven paused, looking up at a brightly lit sign. "A magic show...?" The girl scoffed. Yeah, right. It's just smoke and mirrors. I'm all alone in this. Always have been. But, something drew her towards the place, some invisible force.

Raven ducked inside, glancing around hesitantly as she turned her music off and slipped her headphones down around her neck. She shouldn't be here... The dark haired woman turned quickly to leave, immediately regretting the decision to enter in the first place.
