(If there is noone else to rp with, you can call Lucy, she works for the magic council too and is one of the high-ranking members so it would make sense :3)
(Same for you too, Lucy is like the go-to girl with stuff to do xD )

Colette followed along behind Gautama and Lucy, choosing to listen more than speak. That is, until Lucy asked her a question she knew had been coming.

Colette smiled at Lucy, and shook her head slowly at the woman's question. "While I do understand why the Council wishes to restrict magic, more than most people I think, I'm still not sure where I stand." She took a deep, slightly shaky breath. Her thoughts lingered on her husband for a moment before she continued, a hint of sadness in her voice, "Magic is part of who people are. And restricting a part of what makes them, them... I don't know. It makes make sad. I've gone a while without using magic before for quite a while, and it soon becomes painful. Like there's an ache deep inside that can't be soothed unless you allow your magic to be free."

She turned to the two of them, her smile not quite reaching her eyes. "It sounds weird, but you must know what I mean?"

@SleepyBuddha @Trust @Errybody else - Come play! x3

"Oh no! We don't mean to stop all magic altogether! It could be used for such wonderful things like emergency services and the like, we only wish to stop those that haven't developed a domain yet to under-go certain training before they begin using magic. Think of it as a restriction on it, not a full ban" she explained, determined to get the duo to join the council. After all, it was either the council or the warlocks, and Lucy would not be able to maintain the peace if any more wizards joined them. Especially given how many wizards had flocked to Bobby immediately after a single broadcast! @SleepyBuddha @heartshapedsprinkles @Alphaius @Anyone else that wants to join us :3

(One mage is sending out a magic signal calling everyone to the area to talk things out peacefully. I don't think it will work.)

Gautama thought for a moment, " Once again what you propose sounds like a good thing but I would like to see the practical application of your system." Gautama said as the group drew closer to the meeting area. "I will ask the same of Bobby and his warlocks. How will such unfettered magic affect society and will it truly make things better." Gautama explained as he kept his hands behind his back.

@Trust @heartshapedsprinkles @Anyone and @Everyone

Colette nodded as Gautama spoke, smiling slightly at him. He put into words exactly what she had been thinking, and she was glad she wasn't alone in this. Turning to Lucy, she said, "I agree with Gautama. I would like to know more about both sides, and actually learn first hand what it is you do, before I make a choice. If I make a choice. I reserve the right to stay out of all of this if I want..."

She trailed off as they drew neared to the powerful energy beacon, unconsciously stepping a bit closer to Gautama. She wasn't at all sure how this would go, and a sunken feeling in the pit of her stomach told her it might not go well.

@Trust @SleepyBuddha @SirGrey (we're outside, you're getting coffee, feel free to casually bump into us. x3) @Everyone who is here right now.

After getting his coffee the gentlemen magician continue on his way to the club he would be performing at today. However along the way he notice a group of people. "One Known, one is the face of the council and think that is the man who made that awful fog" he muttered. He wandered up to the group an merry pip in his step. His cane hit against the ground in a rhythmical fashion. He walked up to them say in a rather proud almost smug tone "Now If I was a betting man ,which of course I am not, I would wager that you three are up to something, after all people of our kind rarely meet up these days if doesn't have purpose.

@heartshapedsprinkles @Trust @SleepyBuddha

"I suppose..." Lucy mumbled, she prefered the rash ones that seemed to accept almost in an instant just because of the fact that she offered to teach them magic. Or maybe it was the clothes. Probably a mix of both. "The ones that already know magic tend to not accept instantly..." She mumbled walking towards the beacon and noticing someone standing there, most likely the cause of the huge magical energy presence. "My job is a pain sometimes.. I have to sort out all the business while all my partners sit in rich buildings drinking fine wine" Lucy mumbled before remembering she was in the presence of others. "Oh! Sorry about that, i got a little lost in thought!" She said with a small laugh that sounded similar to a fine piece of music, music in itself if she were to start singing. One of the main reasons she was chosen as "the face of the council" was due to the fact she could manipulate her voice, frequently choosing what she deemed most suitable for the situation. @all

Colette smiled slightly at Lucy's ramblings. She knew a little what the woman was going through. Working in business herself, and being quite ambitious in her goals, she sometimes felt the same way herself. She opened her mouth to respond to Lucy when another man walked up to them, coffee in hand. She bit back a smile at his introduction, he was amusing, studying him closely. The smugness reminded her of some of her colleagues. Taking a step forward, Colette stuck out her hand for a handshake, smiling brightly. "And that's a bet I wouldn't take, as you'd most likely win. My name is Colette. You are...?"

@Trust @SleepyBuddha @SirGrey

"Hm having you been the reading cosmopolitan guide to manipulation" he said in a sarcastic manner. He shook her hand neither the less. Politeness is never to be refused. Especially these days were it is so rare. Still saying some is great, or rather is feeding someones ego is a simple manipulation. "My names is Autar Ratliff, perhaps you have heard of me?" he said in a very polite manner. "Sorry for being so abrupt, but what are you doing?" he asked while steadying his cane.

@heartshapedsprinkles @Trust @SleepyBuddha

"Mr. Ratliff, as in, the magician? I knew you looked familiar! I've been to a few of your shows!" Colette clapped her hands, eyes bright, pointedly ignoring his comment about cosmopolitan magazine. No need to make a scene after all. "My company likes us to take clients to memorable places for business dinners, and wherever you do magic is a crowd favorite."

She smiled brightly up at him, continuing on, "As for what we're doing here, well, why don't you come along to find out? I'm sure you can feel that energy like we can, and we were going to investigate." Tilting her head, she added, "You are, after all, a real Illusionist, are you not?"

@Trust @SirGrey

"Mmm... Autar, nice to see you again" Lucy said calmly "it's rude to run away without saying goodbye you know, and i thought you were a gentlemen" she said with a small smile, remembering that he had disappeared as she had revealed herself to the Urban Wizards. "Also, may i ask as to what you were doing with that... Individual earlier, down in that station?" She asked, curious as to what lie he might come up with. "And no, flattery will not get you out of this one" @SirGrey

"Well I mean I suppose I could" he ask in rather surprised manner. It could be manipulation but the seemingly genuine joy Colette seemed to possess and more over gaining it from Autar. That said maybe it was joy or his ego that gave Autar a pleasant mood Then he heard Lucy said. His mood dropped significantly.

"Oh Lucy I'm sure it won't, you must get some much I mean look at you" Autar said in a kind almost flirty manner. "I I know I shouldn't have run but you have to admit the entrance you made, it didn't ensure safety" He said as he steadied his cane. He had nothing to hide. He had made it know he had no interest in the conflict. "What I was doing there was I going to practice my 'skills' you understand, however once I arrived there that 'individual' made himself known, he said that if i wished to remain there I was going to need to help his new recruits train". He finished off his coffee as he made Lucy an offer "I would be happy to give you names and further details, for a price of course" he said with a smile. "But that can wait for later, I do this won't stop me from accompanying you" he said in a polite tone.

Lucy sighed "fine, I don't exactly trust you but you seem friendly enough right now, i will have the council contact you later and it would be my pleasure if you were to co-operate". She said in her sing-song tone of voice "Also, i do not get very many compliments, I go to press conferences, not fancy balls..." She mumbled, feeling a little happier from meeting the man, he was after all, quite kind, despite his mischievous nature, and had a unique way with words. "You may come with us if you wish, after all, one of my temporary companions appears to be a fan" she Lucy smiled, gesturing towards Colette

"Ah, hello! I am Samuel! Please, make yourselves comfortable. Or, at least, as comfortable one can be in an alley. We really need better places to meet..."
"Oh..." Samuel continued, "None of you would mind helping pay for pizza, would you?" @Trust @SirGrey @heartshapedsprinkles @SleepyBuddha
"I am not here for a party..." She smiled politely, lucy, despite her role wasn't paid very much, instead she was given lodging and whatever she needed in the main Magic Council building. "So no, i will not be paying for food, thanks" she continued, slightly annoyed that he had simply summoned a huge beacon for some companionship but refused to show it, instead she sat down gracefully with a friendly look across he face

Colette grinned when Autar agreed to join them, her joy genuine. She really did enjoy his shows, and tried to make it a point to take as many people to see them as possible. She'd always had a sneaking suspicion that his Illusions were more real than he let on, but it wasn't the sort of thing you could bring up in polite conversation.

As Samuel spoke, Colette jumped, startled when he introduced himself. She had been so excited to meet the Illusionist that she forgot how close they had been to the beacon of energy they all felt. Turning to Samuel she stuck out her hand once more, introducing herself politely. "Hi Samuel, my name is Colette. ...You wanted pizza? Are you sure they'll deliver to an alley?" She gestured around them jokingly.

The magician was intrigued by the events. Plus having some who seemed to hold him in such high regard wasn't to bad either. The man who had set up the beacon however was in Autar's good books. He gripped his can and kept his eyes fixed on the Samuel. Talking like this was a social visit, meeting in a dirty back alley and pizza?. The only good thing to come out of it was Lucy's response. While he may not like the Council its people weren't bad.

She hopped onto his hand before floating softly down to the ground, transforming back to her human form and standing fully upright in a salute. "L-lucy Lucatiel, sir" she mumbled, feeling extremely awkward having to salute to someone younger than herself @Ethan Hart

"Yes, well, sort of." Sam explained.

"They will deliver to a location near here to a Samuel, me. Don't worry yourselves about it too much."

Sam continues, "Hope none of you are vegan! I did get some veggie pizzas, but they have cheese..."

Sam formed himself a chair. Barely visible, and like a brick, but it was better than the concrete.

"Sorry for the location, but I'd rather have a private location other than my home."

(So guys, this will be a flash back of sorts)

Looking at the girl, Nate smirked. "You sure you want to show me everything?" He asked, looking the female up and down. "At ease. I'm just hear to get an update on everything, see if I'm needed. I guess this is a bonus." Sitting against the door to the roof, Nathan gestured her to sit next to him. "So, Lucy, you know who I am, correct? You now know why I am here, but do you know why you are part of the council? Why are you on the side you are on. What do you have to gain from this?"

@Trust

"Is that it?" Nathan asked with a sigh. "So, you don't care about what we stand for?" Rolling his eyes, Nate looked back at Lucy, taking off his hoodie, showing his face. "Typical. I guess that is why you'll never be in my position. Urgh, do you want something to wear? You can have my hoodi-" A strong gust of wind caught Nathan, blowing the piece of clothing out of his hand. "Sorry...I guess you're stuck like that. Moving on, how did the meeting go?"
