"I don't want to be some random mastermind in the background anyway..." She mumbled before practically jumping to grab the hoodie as it floated out of her reach, she let out an ashamed groan before sitting down again. "The one with mr. Bobby Boushae? It went terribly, some monk walked in and slapped everyone with whatever magic power that was, then Mr. Boushae ran away before anyone could do anything" she told him, shivering with embarrassment. "And i do believe order is the way things should be run... Just the power is what i joined for, i, personally, couldn't really care what we are standing for but it would do you well to have me on your side..." @Ethan Hart

"Fair enough." Nathan mumbled before resting his head on his arms, leaning back. "And sorry about the hoodie...." Listening to how it went, Nate recognized a few names. Bobby, ex-council member. Rather powerful magic user. Having him on your bad side would be bad news if Nate was weak as well. "Monk? Oh, I would love to see that."

Letting Lucy conclude, the teen chuckled. "Really Lucy? You do know who I am? I am Nathan Warick. I just realised I haven't told you my name yet, so I did now. But, Lucy, other then great looks and powerful magic, without the devotion to our cause, I will not need you on my team. So, Lucy, are you needed?"

@Trust

"Do as you please, it's cold up here and I.. dislike being nude in front of a teenager" Lucy mumbled "great looks is a bit of a cruel thing to say given my current circumstance but I am devoted to the cause alright" her face refusing to go any other colour but a bright pink. "now, do you require anything else Mr. Warwick>" she asked politely, concealing her annoyance toward him @Ethan Hart

Colette smiled at Samuel. He seemed a little quirky, but well-meaning. And certainly not threatening. After all, he ordered pizza! Pizza was always a good way to start a conversation in her book. "Anything with cheese is fine with me!" Gesturing to the chair he fashioned himself, she asked, "That's a pretty handy spell you have! Would it be too much trouble if I could have a seat as well?" She looked down at her skirt and tall heels. "It's a little difficult to get comfortable in these without a chair... Or the ability to take off the heels."

"I could do that, yes. It won't be very comfortable, though."

Samuel created another chair. Once again, barely visible, like foggy glass, and just as uncomfortable.

"Sorry," Sam said. "If I made it much more complex than a simple shape, It might fall apart under you, and no one would want that. But hey, it's better than the concrete!"

Sam paused for a moment. "Say, you wouldn't know a better place for these sort of things, would you? A dark alley makes us seem a bit shady, and is certainly not comfortable."

"I'm performing at a club tonight" said the gentlemen magician making his presence more known. "They wouldn't mind me having guests,you could sit in a private room and discuss matters" he said in a clam manner. "You could ask most likely get a few free drinks and if the gentlemen would like some food as well" he said in a polite but underlying sarcastic manner. "Oh and er Samuel my name is Autar Ratliff, perhaps you have heard of me" he says. Anything to get out of this drab environment. "Of course it is entirely up to you".

"that would be lovely" Lucy told the magician happily. "I haven't been to a magic show in... ever, actually" she told them all, standing up gracefully, her movements almost fluid-like. "not to mention i haven't worn shoes in forever either" she giggled. thinking on the conversation she had with her "master" not too long ago @heartshapedsprinkles @Sheepington @Ethan Hart

Colette's smile grew, tucking her skirt under herself and sitting down primly, crossing her legs at the ankle. "This is perfectly comfortable Samuel, I appreciate you doing that for me! You're right, it is much better than sitting on the ground." Looking around the alley at his comment, she giggled, imagining what anyone passing by might think. She didn't particularly care what strangers thought of her, but he was right. It was shady.

She nodded appreciatively at Autar and his suggestion, voicing her thanks, excited to see another show. And she could probably use a drink as well. Turning to Lucy she said enthusiastically, "Oh, you'll love his show! They're wonderful! I don't know that I've been to a better magic show before, and they always feel so intimate."

@SirGrey @Sheepington @Trust

"I suppose" Lucy said before a thought came to mind. "are we friends..?" she asked, a little curious if they were or not considering how freely Colette was speaking to her. "l-let's go" she said a little quietly, hiding her face as she walked in a random direct, hoping she had chosen correctly, her face a little pink at the thought of it. @Sheepington @SirGrey @heartshapedsprinkles

"Erm Lucy this way" he said point with his cane. Didn't he think that the councils people were intelligent. He may have revoke that. The way Autar was walking with his cane having a grand posture. Being able to listen to people talk about there plans is always something to be glad about. The magician smiled a sinister smile.

(that's cold...)

"well maybe you should have pointed the way rather than waiting for someone else to go" Lucy giggled. waiting for Austar to move first this time. Lucy didn't plan on talking about anything to do with business, she was simply there to enjoy a "magic show". "What's a magic show like?" she asked Colette @heartshapedsprinkles

Colette stood up from her seat, dusting off her skirt and giggling at Lucy's question; she thought the younger woman was quite adorable, as much as she tried to put on a tough front. In response, she linked her arm through Lucy's and pulled her close, smiling warmly. "I'd love to be your friend, if you're alright with that!"

She began walking in the direction that Autar pointed to, leaning in close to talk to Lucy, "Well, a magic show is... Magical?" She laughed, "I know it sounds lame, but that's really the best way to put it. Mr. Ratliff is an Illusionist, so his shows consist of doing things that seem impossible by normal human standards. Non-magic users do it with sleight of hand and tricks, but I have a feeling Mr. Ratliff's tricks are real, which is makes it much more entertaining, in my opinion." She shot a glance at Autar, a huge grin on her face. Watching her shows made her feel like a kid again, and reminded her of some of the dates she had with her husband. It was nice to think about him in a positive light for once, instead of focusing on the negative.

She turned to their other companion, continuing the conversation, "Have you ever seen a magic show Samuel?"

@Trust @SirGrey @Sheepington

Gautama has simply stood there listening to the discussion between the well spoken man, Lucy, and Colette. He was about to offer his temple for the meeting place but it seemed like this magic show was the preferred place to be. " I hope the place is quiet enough for us to have a proper discussion. " Gautama said aloud as he followed the others close behind.

Gautama stayed silent before addressing the well spoken man, " You said you practice illusion magic? If it is not too much of a problem I would like to see it. My domain deals in illusion as well and I think it would be a perfect learning experience." Gautama said as they walked.

@Trust @heartshapedsprinkles @SirGrey @Sheepington

"Of course of course It would pleasure to show you, as well as great honour to show such an esteemed man as yourself" Autar said in his polite. "I would gather that you know my name, can I have the privilege of knowing yours?" The gentlemen said before checking his pocket watch. They should be there shortly.

@Trust @heartshapedsprinkles @SleepyBuddha @Sheepington

Colette laughed at Gautama's comment about quiet, reaching over to link her free arm with his. She was feeling incredibly happy today; it had been a long time since she'd left her apartment for anything other than work and running errands, and she was enjoying herself. And as a naturally physically affectionate person, she tended to display her happiness through touch.

"It'll be fine silly! It might be a little loud, but that's part of the fun. It adds to the atmosphere." She looked up at him, tilting her head, "Have you ever been to a club before, or a magic show? Or gone out for drinks?" She paused, blushing a little, "Oh, I'm sorry. Is that rude of me to ask? Sometimes I lack tact..."

Samuel thought for a moment.

"I can't say I've seen anything impressive, but a magic show with real magic would be interesting."

Samuel then jumped a bit and exclaimed, "Oh, the pizza! I need to pay the delivery boy! Just give me the directions and I'll catch up with you, alright?"

The furniture that Samuel shaped vanished into the air, and the beacon and it's powerful signal faded away, as Sam rushed out of the alley.

Gautama began blushing horribly when Colette interlocked their arms and stammered out, " A-as a b-Buddhist monk I abstain from going out to such places. U-Until I left Japan I had never left the temple I was abandoned at as a child. A-as for drinks I have enjoyed warm Sake from time to time." Gautama explained obviously flustered by her close contact. Trying not to think about it he turned to Gautama, " I am called Gautama Takashi. It is a pleasure to make your acquaintance." Gautama said arriving at their destination just in time to stop and do a how in greeting.

Lucy meanwhile, had the exact same reaction, except she had decided it to be better to refuse to talk. she kept looking away from Colette, hoping she wouldn't try and see her face as it seemed to turn into a large peach. Lucy's arm currently embedded in Colette's. "god I could fly away right now" she thought to herself, while also wondering when the group of five would head to the Magic show @SleepyBuddha @heartshapedsprinkles @Sheepington (nice dazzle pic) @SirGrey

"Well here we are" The magician said as a black car pulled up. "Having contacts is so useful" he said to the others in a slightly smug manner. "Well get in an-Oh" he said to Samuel response. "It is the oyster club" he yelled to him, hoping he had heard him before he ran. So unprofessional was the thought running through Ataur's mind before he got in the car.

Well, everyone left before the pizza got here, but I can just microwave this stuff tomorrow.

Samuel thought this while running home with a stack of pizzas 5 boxes tall. He didn't want to be late, if this performance was as good as Colette said it was.

He rushed into his house, forming energy in the shape of his key to unlock the door in an instant, threw the pizzas into his fridge, which smelled like an electric fire in the making, and ran out.

He called a taxi, not owning a functioning car, to the "Oyster Club."

"So," asked the taxi driver, "ya hear about that kook on the news, saying magic is real?"

"Yeah." Sam paused for a moment. "He caused a lot of damage on his way out."

"Yup! Sure did! Magic is just some silly crap that weirdos believe in. Still, it's real interestin', Feels like a lot of shady stuff's been happenin', since then."

Sam looked at him. He was using magic, fiddling around with some paper clips. He lifted them up and down, bent and flattened them out of and back into a paperclip shape.

"Well," The taxi driver states, as he makes a very abrupt stop, "here's the place."

Samuel payed the man, thanked him, and went into the establishment. He was not sure what to expect from this performance.

Not having enough money for expensive transport wasn't helpful in the current situation, as Wynter was preparing her way to the Oyster Club. In addition, she was feeling a little mentally tired from scouring around the places. As she saw the entrance of the bar, she was still recalling back to the places that she had been to. There were a few alleyways, and underneath the bridge, were likely to be meeting places for some of the Urban Warlocks. They were low-ranked, but it proved to be a secretive place enough. I won't do anything yet, she said,not today though. Perhaps when I have a better idea of their true objective. That sounded nice, the alternative persona would say, to see the faces of despair when they get caught up in a trap.

Instead of entering via the front door, she sneaked her way from the side, unsure whether she was allowed in. It'd look also rather suspicious for an underaged girl dressed in a lolita style to be waltzing into a club. A small group had already gathered inside, and there was a magic show was currently being performed. The shy girl not wanting to disturb the atmosphere merely stayed at the back wall, while counting which of the council members were here.

@SirGrey (well, only if your character has no one else to interact with. Just don't want others to be left out)
@Maverick Tenshi (Me! Me! Pick me! If you're happy to that is, Wynter is just exploring and waiting on orders. )
(I'll read up on the character but sounds like a good fit. Go for it!) @QQuark

(@Trust I could make Rodan stop by Lucy's office before he left the building)

The car pulled up outside a fancy club. "It seems as though we have arrived" Autar said opening the door. Walking to the main entrance the rather large door man seemed a bit perplexed. Autar did have a slight odd fashion sense. "Autar... Autar Ratliff magician performing here tonight, these are my guest, that shouldn't be an issue " He said in a annoyed manor. After being let in, someone who seemed to be the manager of the place came up to Autar. The magician was notorious hard to get a hold of. Probably why the manager was being so polite. "Yes yes If you can just show my friends here to there room I'll go to my dress room and start getting ready". He turned to the sizeable group "I'll meet you upstairs before the show starts, and if you require anything the manger here will be kind to oblige" Autar said before walking off. As his was being shown to his room, Autar's mind drifted. Doing parlo tricks instead actual magic had its charms, like saying to children about Santa Clause. However there was more magic to shows then the general audience might believe. @Trust @heartshapedsprinkles @SleepyBuddha @Sheepington @Quark

"Ohhh... Isn't this exciting!" Lucy said aloud, her interest piqued at the idea of a magic show. "I'll be disappointed if it isn't very good" her soft,white hair swaying around her as she walked in, towards a low-lit room. It reminded Lucy of some dark things of her past so she was left a little uneasy. "I... Would like to get this lver with, if you don't mind she said with a worried smile, not to anyone particular but everyone in general @all

Colette couldn't help but laugh at Gautama's reaction. She was oblivious as to why he was stuttering, but it was fun nonetheless. He had been pretty calm and serious most of the day, and to see him flustered was amusing to her. She wanted to see him like this more often. Glancing over at Lucy, she could tell the younger woman looked a bit flushed as well, but decided not to press the issue. She thought Lucy looked cute when she blushed."Well, I don't think they'll have warm Sake here Gautama. We should find you something new to try!" When the car arrived she hopped right, scooting over to allow room for Lucy and Gautama to join her, and was the first one out when they arrived.

"Thank you again Mr. Ratliff, we really appreciate your hospitality and generosity," she said, waving to him as he walked off. Colette was so excited she was practically bouncing, and grabbed Gautama and Lucy's hands, pulling them towards the private room Autar had gotten them. Lucy had seemed to slow down and look a little bit worried after entering the club, so she gave her hand a reassuring squeeze and smiled at her. Leaning in close, so Lucy could hear her over the loud music, Colette said, "I'm here if you need anything at all, okay?" Glancing over Lucy's shoulder, she also spotted Samuel, waving him over and pointing to the direction in which they were headed.
