"I see." He waited as she looked through his drawings. He responded,"Thanks, well I think those type of drawings seem really good also."

"Not much on my part, Danny and I seperated after you left. I went to live with my aunt while she stated with mom."He says as he places his board down. He and DNny never let Isabella near their mom so in his mind she most likely didn't know how terrible the woman really was, or at least the full story..."And I'm always up for a race, prepare to lose!"

Isabella just smiled as she put her board down" yeah when my parents found out about my powers well it wasn't pretty they didn't want me they forced me to live with my aunt in Paris" she say" I speak French" she told him" on the mark" she say she got a head start she just cheated as she giggled

"Hey! You never said go!"He shouts out right as he kicks off after her. On no time he cought up to her as the road out of the school and towards the front gate, not bothering to tell anyone they were leaving.

Isabella just laughed as she was trying to beat him she missed her best friend she just giggled" you can't beat I'm the champ next to your sister she always beats me on everything" she say beating him at the polar shop

"Oh well better luck next time."He says with a smile. She didn't fully beat him, he slowed his pace to let her have the satisfaction. He is a trained assassin after all, this was just for fun.

Isabella just giggled as she wins she noticed he slowed down but ignored it since she was enjoying herself she picked up her skateboard from the ground" come on Darron" she say she was thinking of a nickname to use on him Danny has one but she wasn't sure on Darron

"Coming."He says with a chuckle before picking up his board and jogging up to her. He holds the door open for her to walk inside. The ice cream show was very retro looking, it had a classic feel to it that has stuck throughout generations.

Isabella just looked around" whoa" she says looking around as she walked in the ice cream place" thanks Darron" she told him as she was happy she just looked at all ice cream they had' I don't know which one I want' she thought

"Can I get a cone with two scoops of Cookies n' cream please?"He says taking out his wallet and turning to Isabella to see what she wanted.

Isabella just smiled she loves chocolate ice cream but she choice cookies and cream milkshake she got out her wallet she tried to pay she couldn't pay

"I'm paying, don't even try."He says paying for the cone and milkshake. He takes her unhurt hand and leads her to a table while they wait for their treats to be whipped up.

Isabella just laughed as she just smiled" so we just wait" thanks for paying even though I could have payed for my milkshake" she says giggling a little she was happy to be with him

Lance smiled at his reply and squeezed his hand. He tried to comfort him, "I missed you too. I'll be home from work before you know it tomorrow and we'll have the rest of the day together. Do you know of any good musicals in town right now?" Lance wanted to keep Akira talking. The truth was Lance loved his voice. It had a melody to it that Lance enjoyed. The timbre of his hums, the melodic pitch patterns of his sentences, the crescendo his voice went into when he rambled about musicals and the diminuedo that came when he realized he had been rambling. He'd never admit it out loud, but a part of him deep inside even enjoyed the melody of Akira's emotion in his voice during their fight that morning. So Lance wanted to keep him talking, to hear him laugh, to know all of the songs Akira's voice had to offer.

Beatrix dropped her bags down onto the dorm floor. “Hello? Is this room 9E? Is an Isabella here” Beatrix wandered around the dorm room looking around for any sign of her roommate. After a bit of searching, she gave up and started decorating her side of the room.

Akira - Spamilton References - ( SmallSailboat SmallSailboat )

Akira smiled to himself as he thought of spending the next day with Lance. That thought was pleasant, and so was the heat of Lance's hand. On the topic of musicals though, Akira's eyes immediately lit up and he got to talking "There's these two new ones-" Akira immediately began gushing about the newest musicals. There was one that was a musical riffing on the most popular Broadway musicals as well as one man in particular who'd made a history musical that ended up becoming really popular. Akira spoke really excitedly about it, having been able to quote a good portion of the soundtrack by heart though he'd never actually seen the show live. At the same time there was a new musical about a plain girl who became popular, it was literally just an adaptation of Mean Girls but Akira began gushing about the absolutely star cast with very intense passion.

Akira barely noticed when they'd actually arrived at the grocery store, too busy stuck in his own head about how great musicals are to even notice his own surroundings. "So which should we go too?" Akira stared at him with an almost childlike joy as he awaited Lance's opinion. He wasn't sure how well he'd made both of them sound, but he really hoped he'd managed to get his passion across to the other. He had no particular preference for either- if anything, he really wanted to attend both, but he'd leave it to whatever interested Lance more. He wanted the other to be as entertained as he was while in attendance.

Elijah walked through the front gates of the school exited, at being transferred to a school with more people like him. He pulled out his letter and began heading towards the dorms so he could get settled in.

Upon waking up, Danny looks around the nurse's office. She saw the nurse was a bit preoccupied so she decided to try and sneak back to her dorm, hoping she wouldn't have to do anything before leaving. The main thing would be have her mother called..

Lance was thankful that he had held Akira's hand, because he gently pulled Akira in the right direction as he went off about musicals. As much as Lance loved hearing him talk, he was slightly concerned about the other's ability to not be aware of his surroundings. He could get hurt! "Hm, I do like historical fiction so the other one sounds like something I'd enjoy." Lance's tail swished happily at the symphony he heard when Akira got to talking, relishing in the clear joy on Akira's face.

There weren't a lot of people in the store, but the employees went into a rush anyway when they saw Lance arriving, and with company! Lance often had tall orders when it came to food, and the grocery store was no different. Lance took comfort in having Akira there, he could feel people staring at him and he hated it. Was it because of how he looks? Or the over-stacked cart? Or because of his public display of his relationship with Akira? He couldn't tell and quite frankly didn't care which reason it was, he just wished people would stop staring and gesturing towards him.

He was looking through the multi-vitamins section, which happened to be next to the family planning section, with a worried look on his face. He himself didn't feel like he needed them, but he was curious as to if he could get Akira to take them. Akira was small, and kind of frail as far as Lance could tell. He was worried about the other's health, but didn't want to force him into anything either. He loved Akira just how he was, but his mind couldn't quell his fears. Could the nosebleeds cause him to have an iron deficiency? He hadn't been paying attention to whether or not Akira had also put things into the cart or not, so he turned to Akira and asked, "Did you see anything you wanted? Or have any specific requests for dinner? You told me you'd eat anything, but I found out yesterday you don't like dark chocolate so I'm not sure what kind of food is your favorite..."

Akira - Sweets Enthusiast - ( SmallSailboat SmallSailboat )

Akira could feel the slight tugs from Lance pulling him in the right direction and very immediately switched. He completely followed Lance's lead through the store. He was only barely snapped out of it when he noticed the looks they were getting from the people around them. Akira had never really cared much for the looks he'd gotten before. He'd always gotten them, even back where he was from. Though they probably weren't as bad as what his peers had went through, he was still used to getting strange stares from classmates. Even with Lance there, or maybe it was because Lance was there, he couldn't help but feel the coldness of it all. It was, in two words, too much.

These sorts of things were why he liked music a lot more then people. With music, he could hear the changes in the beats and melodies, understand the tone the song was going for, with just looking at people- He had no idea what he was supposed to be feeling. It was all a bit too easy to detach from them, it wasn't like he could understand any of them anyways. So why bother? Where any of them even worth it? And then he'd focus in on his music all over again and find a window into their world, it was small but it was something. So he'd stuck with the thing he'd be able to understand. He found himself shuffling to walk a bit closer to Lance, as if the physical presence of the other could protect him from the glances from the bystanders.

It didn't help him all that much. He found himself looking at the other sections nearby while Lance stared at the multivitamins, he wasn't sure why the other was interested in them. He'd have to ask later, when they got home. He didn't really feel like talking that much anymore. Sadly, this was the family planning section beside it. And within this section, Akira spotted something that immediately caught his eyes. The tube with an L, U, B, and ending with an E. He was very tempted to scream, but the amount of eyes already on him stopped him from even really opening his mouth. Instead he just subtley slipped it into the cart hoping that Lance did not notice it. Though given what it was used for- Akira was sure he would have to know eventually.

He shook his head as he replied to Lance's question "I like sweets, but I really will eat anything." He tried to keep his head low so as not to attract any more attention to them. He had meant that, he'd once eaten a Kitkat he found on the floor. As long as it wasn't bitter, he'd stomach anything. "Dark chocolate is just really bitter, and I can't stand bitterness." Akira explained his distaste for dark chocolate as quickly as possible. He did his best not to look or sound any shyer, though he was sure he was failing miserably.

Lance nodded at him, not having noticed Akira's slip. Sweets, got it. Lance could do sweets. He nodded and decided to skip out on the multivitamins in exchange for more honey bottles. He could make eggs with honey in it to make them sweet, and he could sweeten plenty other foods with it too. "No dark chocolate, but milk and white chocolate will work?" He arched his brow in question at Akira as they left the store with Lance carrying more bags than should have been physically possible. He forgot how beautiful the city looked at night with the lights, so he stared in awe momentarily before shaking his head and walking beside Akira. He decided not to mention musicals this time, he couldn't risk Akira getting distracted with his hands full.

He and Akira made it home just before sundown, and Lance went to put the groceries away when he noticed something odd in one of the bags. Why was there lube in here? Lance didn't pick it out, did Akira? What does he need that for? He stared at it confused, then just shrugged and put it on the table behind him. "Lube's on the counter, I presume it's yours since I didn't pick it," he wrote straight-faced. Lance didn't care for that kind of thing, but he understood that there were other people who did. Some even claimed it as a necessity to their survival, or that they were addicted to it. Lance's brow knitted together as his thoughts perplexed him. What was so special about it? Does it really feel that good? Wait, did Akira want to...? Lance wouldn't have minded doing it if it made Akira happy, but he kind of wished Akira had said something if that was the case. He didn't really know what to do, but surely if that was what Akira wanted he could guide him into it, right? All he had to do was ask.

Lance continued on as if he hadn't said anything unusual. "Oh and don't forget, we're supposed to go see Danny tomorrow. I want to make her something to feel better, and I can't decide between chicken noodle soup and udon, what do you think?" Lance's mind was lost in thought, dreading having to let Danny down. He knew that she knew, but he still felt that they should officially confirm it to her and support her as their friend regardless. He knew that they all still cared for each other deeply, just in different ways than any of them had thought previously. He put the empty grocery bags together into a couple of other grocery bags then put them away under the counter. Those could be useful later, you never know.

Akira - Burning Down - ( SmallSailboat SmallSailboat )

Akira nodded to Lance's question, keeping his head down the entire way back to the school. He knew it was unnecessary at that point, but he could feel the gazes lingering on him. It was uncomfortable, to say the least. Akira hadn't really had white chocolate all that often before, but he was very much okay with milk. He wanted to ask if Lance needed help with any of those, given how he was practically carrying everything, but Akira found himself staying quiet. It wasn't like Lance seemed to be complaining, so it must have been fine.

That was when Lance started unpacking the groceries and found- t-that... Akira's mind froze up when he saw Lance pull it. He watched carefully as he saw the other looked at it. Akira's face went bright red as he watched for Lance's reaction. He didn't seem disgusted or anything, just vaguely disinterested. So... maybe he had a chance...? Akira was still a bright red about the entire thing. He had no idea if he would even want to do that sort of thing with Lance, he really liked the other a lot and there was a lot of physical attraction there, but could he really confidently say he wanted to do something like that? Akira had no idea. Before he could even think about it, he found himself asking "It's uh... not just for me, if you'd be willing to...?"

Akira could feel the red covering his face only become a more vibrant hue. He didn't want to push Lance into something like that, but he knew he'd have to ask about it eventually. He tried to shake it off and quickly answer the question about Danny, trying to think about her to scrub the images of Lance shirtless from his mind "Udon." She was just their friend, thinking about her helped to calm down his nerves. Though Akira never really cared much for either food, he'd always had Udon himself when he was feeling down. Well, his mom always made it for him. Always. Honestly that had always been the one dish she knew how to make well and Akira was very thankful for that, as it had been the same dish she shoved down his throat whenever he'd gotten a cold. So Udon was better in his opinion.
