Welcome to LIMITLESS! On the interest check, there was a poll as most of you know for the style of colosseum roleplay this would be. The winner of that poll is a Point System roleplay with 6 out of 11 votes! This means that each character will have a point value, and that will go up and down as they win and lose battles. This way, nobody will be eliminated from the arena forever. As you can see, I have already put up the first poll on this thread! This one is for how battles should be judged, or decided. The first option is a simple dice system. This means that players will roll dice each turn, and the higher number gets to land a strike. The first person to get about 5 or 6 hits wins the battle. This restricts your creative license a bit, but it allows a random winner of each battle without argument. The other option is for the GM to decide the winner based on the roleplay. This means that you can feel free to write and battle as you desire, and I will judge who fought the best and who is most likely to win based off the fight and step in to announce the winner. After that, you may post a few more times to end it, and that'll be it. This allows you to be much more free in your battles, but many arguments may arise, as I am simply picking the winner off my own opinion. You or your opponent may feel unfairly treated. (Also, if this is chosen, I will refuse to pick players who constantly and unfairly dodge and god-mod as winners.) Please vote and have fun, everybody!

Question regarding planet creation. Will these planets be used at all as combat settings, or are they just intended as background? I ask because I want to have a grasp on which details of city and planet creation will come up the most often.

All of the combat will be in the alternate world Valhalla. The reason I am having you create planets and places within them is because I'm planning to have a plot hanging over all of this, so the roleplay also takes place in the "real" world, where non-combat events will occur.

I added them to the Locations section of the application. There's some additional lore about how Falza got to the condition it's in, but I wanted to work with you on that as (a) I envision the shadow creatures being involved somehow in the planet's doom, and (b) I'd like Falza's fate to be uncovered as the story unfolds.

@amybri18 just a friendly warning because I want to mention this before you put all the work in, but Elementria kinda sounds very close to Alsari and Xegregantu. Just double check and make sure you can't put some of those areas in Alsari before you make an entirely new planet, just because I don't want 2 very similar planets when we can just make it simpler by having 1. You don't have to do this if it really is different, but just keep in mind that I'm going to be looking for that when I review the full character sheet o/

@Lockett I'm sorry about this, but can you only stick to Tatik Brutal? With all the weapons and tools, it seems too much like Grin's character currently and just a little jack-of-all-tradesy


@Genocide sorry about this as well, but I already have a creation theory that completely clashes against yours and I just can't see any way of it fitting. You're gonna have to scrap that.


Also, can you narrow down some of your powers as well and stick to one or two? There's just too much different stuff there like Lockett's and some (Reign of Ash, for example) seem to violate this as well:

You cannot have powers that trump every other power, meaning that your power cannot render other powers useless

No no that's what I meant, just get rid of the parts of the backstory that have to do with the creation thing and Galaxy and retweak it, I don't want you to get rid of him entirely
