(Yep, there's a few anime episodes where England and Japan form an alliance in the early twentieth century. And I'd say Prussia's a pretty good person to have as one's friend as well, @The Elusive Shadow. 
And if you want them to come back rather than run, we can certainly try to work that into the plot as wel, but it's already escalated pretty far.
So, I'm back for now, then I've got one more class from 4:00 to 5:20, and after that am free for the rest of the day. Sorry 'bout that, but could we work around that schedule? Anyways, here's my reply for ya guys!)

"What the hell were you thinking?!" Arthur demanded as they raced through he jungle. "Any other time you two might've got away with that, but if one of you were badly injured - or killed - here, everyone woudl take sides. We've seen this sort of thing before - one country attacks another, and the system of alliances backfires to start a world war! Do you want that to happen again? Because getting in a knifefight when everyone's trapped on an island is just asking for a bloodbath!"

Kiku stopped, and winced looking at the gashes. "I wasn't thinking. I just reacted. Threatening who I am is one thing, but threatening an attack on my people is another." he looked at arthur sternly. "But I'm sick of his acts. He wants a war he can have a war." Kiku sat down checking the worst of his injuries he could see, minus the ones on his back which bled freely. "and I know it wasn't okay. i'm sorry. But it just brought me back to that state of killing the enemy before they killed us." The things he'd said threatening his people had brought back the mindset of his War Personality.

And this time around it won't just be two atomic bombs. Think about it." As Arthur finished speaking, he caught sight of blood seeing through the back of Kiku's shirt from the tiget's attack. From how it looked, the blood loss was worrying.
"Here, give me your knife, and we can cut strips from my jacket for bandages." Arthur shrugged off the lightweight coat he was wearing. It was warm enough on the island to do without, and already ruined from the shipwreck, so hardly a great loss.

Kiku handed him the knife. He stayed quiet, listening for anything. It was a wonder he hadn't collapsed from exhaustion yet. Ever since being on the island, he'd had his guard up. Not even sleeping, too worried.

It took a moment to hew most of the jacket into several thick, uneven strips, and while they didn't make the best bandages, they would at least stop the bleeding. Arthur passed most of them over to Kiku, keeping two to use for himself. Knotting them around his chest to cover the deepest scratches, he glanced over at his friend to see how he was faring.

He'd tied the cloth around the injuries, and stood up again. The nation stood tense, waiting for his friend to finish.

Arthur got to his feet as well, then led the way through the trees, back towards camp. The sun had set, and it was harder to navigate now in the dwindling light. "It shouldn't take long to get back - that is, if we're going in the right direction. I'm fairly sure we are, but nonetheless, I'd rather get back before it grows completely dark."

So this mysterious person was a isle but not this one. They also were female like he had sort of guessed by the figure. Isle of Man was the thing that rung faint bells . "Nice to meet you?" he wasn't sure if this was their first time meeting.
Alana had gotten down from the rock much faster than she had climbed up and approached them with a excited and nearly creepy grin. "Hello! You're the island, right?" her eyes sparkled as she awaited this girl's reply eagerly. Joshua spoke first though "No. This is Ellen Vannin or The Isle of Man. She claims to be the sister of Arthur."
Alana quickly became deflated with the answer but the last part of what Joshua said stuck out to her "Are brother has a sibling we didn't know about?" she was confused by this and gave this person a suspicious look "Are you sure about that Ellen because if we had any more siblings I'm sure that Joshua and me would know."

They moved on in silence, Arthur growing more and more worried as they passed none of the landmarks close to the camp. By the time an hour had gone and darkness had fallen completely, he had to admit they weren't on the right track. In this part of the jungle, the trees were thicker, and he could hear running water from a nearby stream. "I don't recognize this place at all. Let's face it - we're lost."
(Canonically, he's described as the king of losing things; thus, I didn't think he'd have the best sense of direction. XP )

"Good idea; we'll not find our way back any more easily in the dark." It was only a moment's walk to the stream, and by it's banks was a small clearing where Arthur chose to rest, sitting with his against a tree. It wasn't the ideal place to sleep, he thought, but he'd just have to make do.

She looked at the floor and held the hem of her jacket tightly " Im the youngest of our siblings so i guess i would be forgettable"

"Get some sleep," Arthur advised through a yawn, suddenly realizing how tired he was. "We'll have a long trek tomorrow to get back to camp."

They stared at her for a second, apparently examining her and after a few seconds it hit them at the same time. Realization struck them and both their eyes widened noticeably. Both glanced at each other with slightly panicked expressions. They had remembered her now but a little too late it seemed because she looked to be on the borderline of crying. Both were unsure of what to say because it was obvious they had forgotten their sister. Joshua spoke first but out of pure sympathy "Sorry Ellen! Your name did stick out but I just couldn't put my finger on it at the time..." that wasn't any better.
Soon it struck him that what he said wouldn't keep her from not crying. Alana gave him a look like he was crazy before saying something herself to lessen the effect of what Joshua said "Um...Sorry. We didn't mean to! If you visit or something we maybe would remember your face! Don't cry or anything!" she wasn't a very sympathetic nation so she wasn't probably helping anymore than Joshua was.

She let herself be dragged along but only because she was surprised by her grabbing her wrist like that. Even once she recovered she still didn't bother to try to struggle out of her grip because it was probably futile to try to pull away. She just followed her and kept p with her pace so she wouldn't be pulled to the ground. How embarrassing that would be. "You see someone?" she asked though it was a stupid question because she could see them too.

Both nodded though they couldn't remember exactly when ''last time'' was. She had kept herself from crying though what she said kind of made them feel like terrible people. "Thank you~!" she had a proud smile on her face at the compliment which Joshua mimicked. "I could say the same. Anyway you said that you made a camp?" Alana added on with another question and one of her eyebrows raised "Which nations exactly?" for a unknown but still quite obvious reason she wanted to know what nations specifically and so did Joshua but he didn't ask about at first, thinking it was unimportant at the time.
