Arthur struggled to keep hold of the vine, nearly losing hs footing one.  But he managed to tie the end around a nearby tree to ensure he wouldn't lose the only chance he had to rescue the others, then pulled with all his might, slowly but steadily bringing Alfred - and hopefully Kiku - back to shore.

Alfred set Kiku down on the shore after they managed to get back out of the water. Kiku was breathing, but it was slow. "Shit...whatever that was left some bad injuries on his head and neck..." Alfred carefully looked over the wounds.

Ellen rushed over to the pair and look at kikus wounds "we need to clean and bind them quickly to stop blood loss and infection" she looked around for anything to use to clean or bind tge wounds" anyone got any spare cloth or bandages on them?"

He joined the two beside Kiku, looking around warily.  "Whoever that was, let's hope they don't come back.  But if they do..."  He looked down at the revolver Alfred had handed him, deciding he wouldn't think twice about using it.  


"Is he concious?"  Arthur asked, gesturing to Kiku, then chose to answer that for himself.  "Kiku?  Can you hear me?  What happened?"

He joined him beside Kiku, looking around warily.  "Whoever it is, let's hope they don't come back.  But if they do..."  He looked down at the revolver Alfred had handed him, deciding he wouldn't think twice about using it.  


"Is he concious?"  Arthur asked, gesturing to Kiku, then chose to answer that for himself.  "Kiku?  Can you hear me?  What happened?"

There wasn't a reply. Alfred however, did. "Fuck...we need to get him to camp.." He stood and walked over to his jacket. pulling some cloth out out the pocket. He began to cover the wounds. "We can clean and re-bandage them there. Where it's safer."  The younger nation kneeled, picking kiku up and carrying him in somewhat of a bridal style fashion. "If anyone screams OTP I will personally send them to hell." (DAMN IT AL DONT BREAK THE WALL)

"Yes, of course that'd be our main concern when one of our friends is in possible mortal danger," Arthur quipped, a wry chuckle escaping his lips at Alfred's antics, but he quickly grew solemn again, hurrying and gesturing for Alfred to follow him.  "Keep up.  We need to hurry - who knows how bad it is."


(Haha like Hetalia hasn't broken the fourth wall before... xD )

It appeared they showed up a little  late but it seemed like the others were in a rush. The nation of Japan was hurt by something apparently but they had no idea what because of the reason that they weren't there. Both became relieved for a second because the person they were worried about appeared fine but quickly grew nervous again because someone else was in trouble instead. The others had passed right by them already and they had let them. Soon they changed their course in the direction of where the rest were headed, following behind without saying anything.

Ellen kneeled silently where she was a few minuets ago. She hugged her knees and hid her face fearing that the others didnt hear her anymore after trying to help but be completely ignored.


She waited for everyone else to go back to camp before putting put out the candle and curling up under a tree out of sight. She silently cried to her self briefly before wipeing them away and leaning on the tree to go to sleep.

Arthur suddenly stopped, looking about with panic written on his face.  "Alfred, did you see that?"  He lifted the revolved, ready to use it if need be.  "I thought I saw something move!"

"Keep your voice low. And Is ellen with us?" Alfred seemed a bit worried for her. It was like with Canada. Alfred always was super attentive to those who were ignored.

"Ellen?  She was at the river," he recalled.  And then dread twisted in his chest because he couldn't see her anywhere, and even though he hardly knew her, she was his sister.  He glanced frantically between Kiku and the river, trying to choose.  Finallly he took off back in Ellen's direction, calling back over his shoulder to Alfred.  "Don't you dare let him die, got it?"


As he neared the river, Arthur began shouting.  "Ellen!  Where are you?"  Whoever had knocked Kiku into the river could still be lurking about, and he didn't want to think what might happen if he didn't reach his sister before the mysterious person did.

Feliciano sprung to his feet when he saw Alfred entering the clearing, Kiku unconcious in his arms.  "What happened to Japan?  Is - is he hurt?  How bad is it?  Is he going to be okay?  Is there anything I can do to help?"  Panicking, Feliciano rushed over, clapping a hand to his mouth to stifle a gasp when he notied his friend was soaking wet and had various bandages wrapped around him.   


(By the way, who's the mystery person?)

Ellen got up and walked slowly towards the way back to camp thinking about how to help everyone. She looked atbthe sky and smiled slightly still thinking but stopped in her tracks to look at the stars and take note of what postion they were in 'it might come in handy to remember this it may tell us where we are and what near by' she thought to her self and continued walking slowly.

He nearly crashed into Ellen, who, for reasons unbeknownst to him, was staring contently up at the stars.  "There you are!  Come on, we have to getback to camp right now.  Whoever's hurt Kiku may still be around."

Alfred looked at the panicked Italian. "Feli...hey it's okay calm down. We both know he's been worse off.If you could get me some freshwater, that'd help." 

"Okay!  I'll be back in just a minute."  He hurried to find the pot Kiku had found in the cruise wreckage - that already felt like days ago - and quickly filled it up befor taking it back to Alfred.  "Here you go."  Feliciano stayed beside the other nation, biting his lip in worry as he watched for any sign of conciousness.  "Please be alright..."

"Okay!  I'll be back in just a minute."  He hurried to find the pot Kiku had found in the cruise wreckage - that already felt like days ago - and quickly filled it up befor taking it back to Alfred.  "Here you go."  Feliciano stayed beside the other nation, biting his lip in worry as he watched for any sign of conciousness.  "Please be alright..." 

Alfred cleaned the wounds carefully, as Kiku lie unconcious. Rebandaging them he stood. "You can watch him if you wanna Feli, I need to sleep..."

Again they were passed but Arthur had noticed them apparently. They didn't think that he was going the right way though but then again they weren't sure. They could hear him calling out the name of someone...They couldn't get a break today could they? First Arthur, then the nation of Japan (they couldn't recall his name) and now their sister. The two of them could of just waited for Arthur to return down their path but wouldn't that be chicken? One of them could stay behind and the other could go after them. Joshua chose to go ahead while Alana stayed on the path and waited. Her job was also to watch out for anybody unfamiliar while he was away.


Joshua just wandered in the direction in which Arthur had went or where he saw him went. This wasn't really the time to notice this but the scenery here was pretty nice. He wanted to explore kind of but he continued on the path which Arthur went. He wouldn't yell in fear that he might alert whatever did that to the Japanese man. He had been listening out for any sounds  so he wouldn't be surprised attacked.

Looking back to where she had seen the three, and was glad to see that weren't too far from where they were. "Hey!" She called out to grab their attention, waving her free hand frantically.

"For God's sake, hurry!"  Despite the revolver in his hand, he didn't want to run into someone who had managed to harm Kiku despite the eastern nation's skill with his knife.  


It was still a ways back to camp, and Arthur's thoughts drifted ahead of them to Kiku, wondering if his friend was safe.  The others would have gotten back by now, he reasoned, but that didn't ease his mind much.

Kiku slowly opened his eyes, dazedly looking at the Italian. 

"Kiku!" Feliciano cried out, elated.  "I'm so glad you're awake!  What happened to you?"
