Not because they're shit at working together, but because most of them don't have any clue that the others exist. Hell Lucian and Clair literally had the most anti-social conversation in the world in which neither of them wanted to be there and neither one of them seemed to recognize the other. Although it is now canon that Quinn, Lucian and Ignacia are friends...
