  Personality: Ichiya is, in a nutshell, condescending. He is greedy and gluttonous beyond any normal standards. He will buy whatever he wants, whenever he wants, regardless of if he needs it or not. He believes himself to be above all simply because of the amount of money he possess. He is one of the richest people in Hell City and makes every move possible to indulge in it.
  
  
  History: Ichiya grew up with rich parents. He had a rich lifestyle and always got what he wanted at any given time. He was the epitomè of spoiled children. He didn't care who he had to take it from or what was done to get it, if he wanted it he damn well got it or someone was getting fired or worse.
  
  
  Following his parents demise he only got more greedy for the finer things in life, going so far as to buy gold plated weaponry and cell phones. He has no qualms in paying for what he wants, even going so far as to buy favor in the gangs of Hell City. Why? Because he can.

  Fighting Style: Ichiya prefers not to fight whatsoever. It dirties his suit and makes the air smell bad. When he does fight he will use his Aura to end fights quickly and with ease.
  
  
  Either that or he will simply leave, because why the hell should be waste his time on you when he has a 5 star dinner to get to?
  
  
  Crimes Committed/Achievements: Among the richest in Hell City.
  
  
  Abilities:
  
  
  Perfume: Ichiya has the ability to secret a aeromatic toxin from his pores. Depending on his needs it can have the effects of everything from LSD mixed with acid topped with cocaine, rage inducement, or making himself stronger and faster.
  
  
  Feast: From simply being near you he will slowly feast on your energy and add it to his own, making you tired and making him stronger. This is a passive ability.
