Jayden walked up to the doors, about to knock, when a flustered teacher unlocked the door, brushing past the other kids.


"Sorry guys. I'm a mess. Hope to see you guys in class."


Jayden hesitantly stepped inside the school before heading towards the library top wait until school began. She sat down in a beanbag and examined the shelves of books with mild interest. She loved books, but wasn't at all thrilled to be at a school library.

"Oh mybgod, freaking finally," Alistar muttered as she walked in the school. It was nice, ish. She's seen better places but shrugged. "Wonder what shall I do for the few minutes?" She muttered once again turning her music off and stuff in her phone in her back pocket. She stood off the side beside the door, trying to think of a place to explore.

Rim keeping her distance from the group entered the school. She didn't know what to do, so she simply wondered off to look around. She hoped no one would happen upon her and make conversation, mostly for their own sakes. and because Rim didn't want to said something she didn't mean again.

"Took long enough," Bernard muttered as he strolled through the doors, hands behind his head. He turned around to face William and Maverick. "We should get going, there's not much time until classes now, and I don't know about you but I want to see the library. I heard this school has a nice one."


He sent a smile over toward Maverick. "And maybe we could find you some books on magic."

[Zombg]

William snapped his fingers, and nodded, smiling as he did. "Great plan, my friend, great plan," and with that, he started off to find the library, he was curious, this place was supposed to have a nice library. Hopefully it lived up to that, he loved books, well, he loved certain books, particularly horror and fantasy. He turned around to face Bernard and Maverick, smiling. "Let's get going, shall we?"

 

[Pumpkid]

Maverick stands up to dust herself off. She sees Bernard smiling towards her talking about books. "Books? Early at this morning?" She sighs. "Okay you're the teacher." Maverick approaches the guy a bit too close. @avis @Zombg

 

[Zombg]

William didn't say anything, he just kept walking, hands shoved down into his pockets. He was smiling brightly as he moved, clearly happy to be in the school. He wasn't sure why he wouldn't be, honestly, it was a very exciting thing.

Bernard followed along, gesturing for Maverick to follow. She had come a bit too close for comfort, but he figured he'd let it slide since they were going walk someplace. "So, what books do you all like? I'm a big fantasy fan myself," he said, trying to strike up a conversation as the approached the library.

Since he had started moving first, William was the first out of the group to reach the library, stepping in with the bright smile still plastered onto his face. All in all, he looked kind of goofy. After moving to make sure he wasn't in the way of the doors, he did a quick scan of the area, the library was nice, one of the best he'd seen. He was going to spend a lot of time here, he could tell already.

Jayden looked up, seeing some students come in. She stood up to go someplace a bit quieter, where they couldn't see her, and zigzagged towards the shelves, hiding behind one. The girl pretended to look for a book, her eyes darting towards them through the cracks between the books.

 

[Zombg]

William felt like he was being watched, but shrugged it off as his imagination, focusing more on exploring the library that he found himself in, it was quite impressive, to say the least. "Oh, yes, I think I'll enjoy this place..." He muttered, walking between the shelves.

The minute Bernard spoke, Maverick has suddenly vanished. She was walking around the school until she found the courtyard. She decides to sit down on the bench and enjoy the garden. Maverick takes her bag and starts drawing a map of the place on her sketchbook. What she is planning has to do nothing but pranks. What can you do? She's a ball of evil sometimes.

Entering the library, Bernard couldn't help but be amazed at the incredible array of books. This was by far the best library he had ever seen. The layout was spectacular as well, although, as he soon learned, it wasn't great for sneaking. The place seemed to be a bit...echo-y. The sound of hurried footsteps was faint, but noticeable in the room. Out of the corner of his eye, he could spot a girl looking for a book. Probably the one so desperate to get away. While his common sense was usually there, he decided to abandon it all to go talk to this girl. After all, all the other people he had met thus far had been rather nice, so why not?


He walked towards the black haired girl, looking as nonchalant as possible while doing so. Looking at the books in that section as well, he causally commented "You know, I don't really many people who are fans of uh," He paused to look at a sign at the front of the aisle. "Non-fiction A through G, but whatever floats your boat. Looking for something to help out with classes?"


In the back of his mind, he had become a bit worried about Maverick, who had seemed to have vanished. He wasn't too worried though. The two were bound to bump into each other again.

Jayden looked up at the labeled shelf and realized that he wasn't bluffing.


"Oh... Just studying for a class. I wanted to get a head start on uh, Capybaras, see." She tilted her head with a nervous laugh. I'm such a dork. "Anyway, it's nice to meet you. I'm Jayden. Good day." She waited patiently for him to leave.

"I'll let you get back to your studies then Jayden," he said with a chuckle. Coming over here to talk was a pretty bad idea anyway. Obviously this was a girl who did not want to be talked to. Tormenting her a bit was kind of fun for Bernard though. "I'm Bernard by the way, and good day to you too."


It was about time to grab some books anyway. While he was at it, he figured finding William and Maverick would be a good plan too. Putting his hands in his pockets, he headed off into the deep expanse of the library to find a book or two, and William as well.

[Zombg]

William managed to snap out of his trance of pure amazement for long enough to notice Bernard, who seemed to be looking for something. He noticed that Maverick wasn't with him anymore, rather surprising, considering the fact that the girl already seemed to adore him. He shrugged it off as nothing, and began walking toward the other, giving a small wave as he did. "Hey, Bernard, looking for something particular? Or are you just exploring?"

"Oh, just looking around really." He paused, for a second, his expression becoming more serious. "Have you seen Maverick around? With all that talk of making the whole school 'fear' us, I'm kind of afraid she's up to something questionable."

 

[Zombg]

He paused as well, that conversation had slipped from his mind, and he saw a very good reason to the worry that Bernard had. "Ah, yes, we should probably fine her, that could... cause some problems, to say the least."

(Heading off to bed for now, see ya later~)


"I'll search around the outside of the school if you've got around here," he suggested. She couldn't have really gone far, right?

 

[Zombg]

(Yeah, I'm out too, guys, I'll see you tomorrow.)


He nodded. "I'll search in here, shouldn't take us too long to find her."

 

[Pumpkid]

Maverick walks around the courtyard mapping things out then into the halls. She finds the restroom for the girls and maps that out and resumes her drawing. She stops once she sees a few students being friendly with each other and calling themselves best friends. Maverick watches until they become out of sight. She looks down and frowns. "Best....friends? I don't...have any friends." She mutters before signing and returning to the courtyard. Her excitement vanishes. The girl now remaining at a bench alone, legs crossed regardless of wearing a skirt. She stares at the garden lost in thought.

 

[Silent Howling]

(School can be an absolute pain when everyone's while you aren't ^^,)


Ebenezer nodded as Jeonghan introduced himself. "I'm Ebenezer, but you can call me Eb if it's easier. Let's explore school together?" Ebenezer spoke quietly, trying to sound friendly and hope that Jeonghan was up to exploring their new school together. Being a new school, Ebenezer was curious as to what lay inside the walls and outside of them as well.

Jeonghan watched the school doors open. It was quite something and he was definitely nervous. However, Ebenezer suggested exploring together and Jeonghan felt a little bit better. "Um, yeah, sure." He nodded a bit. He continued to walk toward the doors. "Um, if you don't mind me asking...what are you?" He wasn't sure how else to ask.

Ebenezer tilted his head again at the question as he started walking down a hallway of the school. "I'm a Bloom. What about yourself?" He wasn't used to being asked what he was since most people wouldn't even bother trying to get to know him.
