My Saber in that game was Saint Quitaria, a fairly unknown catholic figure (the church actually officially denounced her sainthood a while back) who was the leader of a group of 9 warrior women, all of them sisters. Her NP allowed her to be summoned with all of her sisters, a few of who were also saints.

This was actually another Apocrypha style and it was the one where Xel literally played Death.

To be fair, everyone's separated so it doesn't matter. In every Fate story people get ready at different rates. Some people have their servant summoned for weeks prior to someone else summoning. And since Rider's busy dealing with Vita it literally has no impact on either of them what everyone else does. So long as you don't then go and barge in rofl.
