Sorry for taking so long; if I messed anything up for the rolls, please let me know with utmost frustration. I'm sorta knew to the whole dice rolling scene, and am only familiar with the basic concepts of rolling for stats with some modifiers.

We already do. The XCOM Commander, Pit, Sam, and Ib. But I'm waiting for the mission to finish before the Monarch awakens them.

Under most circumstances, no. I feel like four is the perfect balance.
Though you can bring in the new character, anyway. Once I get around to reading the PM you sent me.
