Well, I guess it would be slightly better if it was 7 or higher for a hit. So I'll make that change.
Yes; for mostly everything (dodging, attacking, and negotiating), you will roll D20s. A 10 will give you damage listed on the sheet before the target's defending roll.
For attacks, rolling under a 10 will result in you dealing 2.5% less damage for each number lower, while rolling over a 10 will have you deal 2.5% more damage for each number higher. For defences, rolling a 10 will result in you taking full damage from the attack, rolling under a 10 has you take 2.5% more damage for each number lower, rolling over a 10 has you take 2.5% less damage for each number higher.
 
ah, ok. is 7 the universal number for accuracy? as in, for all enemies/all players (i assume some things may get buffs/debuffs but you know what i mean - its not 7 becasue this particular enemy is 7, but becasue most enemies are 7)

ok, that makes sense to me. ill use wizards for now, but as soon as dice rolling becomes a thing ill swap over.
 
7 will be mostly universal for hits, unless the move has a special accuracy attribute. And as for dodging, you have to roll at least a 13 in order to evade an attack successfully.
 
For the attack, it means that the target may not attempt to evade the attack.
Also, can you send me a screenshot as proof?

Falcon is only doing regular punches, so the enemy isnt going to be mist from it but still - FIRST NAT20!

actually, now that im looking at it, it does just look like ive just been spamming it until i got a 20. welp. i promise this isnt the case, since im doing 2 actions of regular punching (3 punches per action) but welp.
 
2 actions of regular punching, which is 3 punches each. then, of course, he did a lightning kick before that which is roll to hit, roll damage and roll status chance
 
(Roll D100. Since Pixels' luck stat is 20, anything 20 or below results in a crit for the laser rifle, dealing 1.5x damage. If he lands between 5 and 2, damage is instead 2.25x. Finally, if he rolls a 1, damage is 3x. Roll luck for each attack.)
