'Was that the shadow he was talking about? It had to have been.". Teresa thought as she walked over to the camp fire. She had seen a shadow by the armory and felt a sudden wave of depression. Once it disappeared she shook off her depression and sat by the fire.

Jayce stopped. "He said you could help me. I mean my father is trying to kill me and stuff but who knows?" He said trying to joke but not being very funny.

Cade sighs. "Fine, I'll help you. Training starts whenever you want to but right now lets go to the campfire." Cade gets up and walks off.

Chiron clears his throat. "CAMPERS, I WOULD LIKE TO INFORM YOU THAT THERE WILL BE A TAG TEAM TOURNAMENT. YOU MUST PICK YOUR PARTNER BY TONIGHT AND TELL CADE OF THIS SO SHE MAY REGISTER YOU. THAT IS ALL."

Quickly Jessie jumped to her feet and ran over to Cade. "Hey! Question for you! Even though you're registering everyone, do you still get to take part?"

"Sounds good to me, dad said i was so sick last year because I wasn't in the water enough."


Maddie leaned against his side with a smile.


"Just waiting for someone to need a partner. That and praying to your dad that mine doesn't send me anymore weird visions." She shuddered at the thought.

Levinia played with Draco's blue hair. "Didn't know Poseidon kids could get sick just by not getting in the water enough." She looked at Chiron then back at Draco's head. "Wanna be partners? I bet we'll kick but in the tournament."

"I had a weird vision about you just after you left at lunch."


"I'm not Poseidon's son, I thought you knew that...but yeah if I'm away from water for to long it takes a tole on my body. Dad and gramps told me to carry some sea water with me in a bottle from now on." Draco said as he relaxed against her.

Cade stands up and walks over. "Have you all decided your teams?" The reason why she's registering others is because she can't compete until all the other teams are decided. She hasn't been beaten once yet for 10 years and still plans to keep the title of unbeatable.

Cade raises an eyebrow and looks at Barak. "I haven't met him yet."

"I'm Barak. Levinia's older brother." He said, "I don't come to camp much so that's maybe why you don't know me." He played his head back and continued, "I'm usually on self quests, or destroying monsters for fun. But I have heard about you. Your like the best fighter in camp."

Jayce had his arms folded and he was looking around fr anyone Ho didnt have a partner. He was alone and people were walking by him like he was invisible. He dropped his arms and sighed. It's because he was new.

Teresa looked around and saw no one was coming over to her. She let out a depressed sigh and began to kick up some dirt and pebbles. "I didn't want to participate anyway." She muttered and began to walk off. She stopped in front of the lake and began to skip stones. 'I guess I'll wait till someone asks me or I'll just take whoever doesn't have a partner, I'll likely have to do most of the work anyways. Oh! Haha! Ten skips!'

Jayce got bored d waiting and he decided to go to the lake and relax. When he got there he saw someone hi looked familiar. Jayce went up to her and said, "Hey. You looking for a partner?"

Teresa jumped a bit and mess up on throwing her rock. She turned around and looked at the man and nodded. "Yeah, but everyone in this camp are a bunch of wimps that are scared of me, so no one wants to join me. I might have to sit it out." She said as she grabbed another stone and skipped it across the lake.

Jessie looked around for someone who may need a partner. The largr group of laughing demigods made it difficult to spot someone on their own. She moved aside and leaned against a tree.
