That's tough for me to say for Tou cause of how he is and such. Obvious answer is All Might, cause the dude is just respect incarnate. Asides from that I really don't know, Backdraft, Thirteen, Gunhead, any of them really. He respects all heroes, even though he acknowledges that some do it strictly for the money and not for civic duty.
