Well, on the first definition, she would not be a furry because she's not an anthropomorphic animal person. She might have been one at one time when she did have animal qualities, but she isn't anymore.

On the second defimition, it depends. Is this girl attracted to and\or aroused by anthropomorphic animal people? If yes, she would be a furry on the second definition, yes. If no, then she wouldn't be.
