Nothing for now. Even if he wanted to, the truce is in effect and he wouldn't violate it himself unless he thought his life was in danger.
He remembers what she did and who she is, but he feels some sympathy for her too, or else he wouldn't bother trying to teach her anything at all.

The thing is, he would have in Chapter One. If he had the chance to kill her without anyone knowing about it, he would've done it without hesitation.
It's easier to hate someone when the only version of them you know is the one you concocted in your head from all the worst things you know or have heard about them.
Now that he's interacted with her and worked with her some, he understands her situation a little better than he did before. He hasn't forgiven her for the friend she killed in the prologue by any means, but he knows her well enough to feel bad that she can kill someone without remorse, but can't read and, for all he knows, can barely tie her shoes by herself.
Plus, he's friends with her brother, so helping her is also a means of helping him, as Roland sees it.
