In Indonesia, almost all schools have uniform. Whether public, private or even some of the pre-school. The difference would be in public school the uniform usually are bland and you can find them in general market while private school's uniform has more flair on them and custom-made. Yeah, everywhere else in the world usually has uniforms. In America, we are blessed for the individualism we are given. For the most part. Some public schools have uniforms. Like my sister and nephews schools.

Every violent delinquent has a short attention span? They'll get angry and lose focus in a fight. Causing a smarter, faster, and calmer fighter to take advantage of that. Thus, having the upper hand. Trust me, I've been in many a scrap. If you just wildly fly out punches, you'll get your arm broken. Also, they'll aggro Sam if she begins to build, making it nigh impossible to build something.
